After having a few bad experiences in the valley, with either being overcharged , work not done properly, I was blessed to find Central Car! I ve never had a friendlier, efficient experience as these guys. They are extremely helpful (got me a toe and a Konner car) and educated (went over pricing etc) me on what was being done to my vehicle. Also if you need to wait inside their establishment, it s extremely clean and has space to get work done while you wait. I won t go anywhere else!

I have been going to Central Car Care for 20 years. It is the only place I trust to take my car. Service is always great. They will fix your car and never push unnecessary services. They are trustworthy, honest, and professional. I took my car in for to have the thermostat replaced and an oil change. Given that it was a Mercedes the cost was high but their price was way more fair than the dealer or other places. I ended up having to bring my car back twice because the coolant pipes burst and then I needed my spark plugs replaced. None of that was their fault but they took SUCH good care of me. They gave me a FREE loaner each time and they even gave me an AMAZING deal the third time I brought my car in for the spark plugs. Believe all of their four and five star reviews because they re true. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

This was an emergency. My car was dirty, my hair looked like a cleaning lady, but I was smiled at and spoken to like an old friend, my car was taken right away and minutes later I was back on the road. Very thankful.

I took my 2008 f250 Super Duty 4wd diesel there that hadn't been serviced for quite awhile. I asked that they go over my truck and check the hoses and do an oil change. I was told the hoses were still pliable and seemed just fine. After checking other things and finding no issues, they only performed the oil change...the bill was actually less than I anticipated. I most highly recommend them and intend to use them now for maintenance of both my vehicles. Jordan was my contact person inside and he couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful...he indicated they presently don't perform heavy diesel work as they currently are without a true diesel mechanic on staff...this he stated was due to lack of demand. I must say it's refreshing to know there are repair shops which still value honesty and integrity.Michael Wright

Was extremely impressed with how clean and organized this shop is. A huge lobby area with rim displays setup for those interested in buying some and they even had a badass basketball hoop game setup which I brought out my inner Kevin Durant to.Oh yeah the actual services They not only sent a detailed repair estimate report on their findings and recommendations as well as cost estimates, but they also give the option of either a complimentary towing to the shop (as long as services are provided) and a shuttle service both to and from the shop if needed and even a few vehicle rentals if you need a vehicle for the time your car is down getting repaired.Although the cost of my specific issue (power transfer unit) which was $3000+ it was done by the very next morning after giving the okay for repairs to be done the previous day.The staff I talked to (Chris and David if I recall) were very helpful and professional and explained the issues and broke down things one by one and even was nice enough to add a new customer discount to help offset the cost a little bit.The best part is they GUARANTEE a 2 year/ 24,000 mile warranty on just about everything that they offer.I m glad these other customers reviews were spot on and relieved to find a honest shop with dedication.

They saved me about $120. Went to Discount Tires for my usual balance/rotation and they found that the tires were "cupping". So I thought frontend alignment or worse. Central did an inspection and showed me that the frontend was in good shape and no parts were needed. After describing how the truck handled, they suggested that an alignment was not necessary. They could have just as easily told me that I needed to have work done. They didn't. So not only were they HONEST, but the inspection was FREE. Two things that are hard to find in today's market place. They have my complete TRUST and FUTURE BUSINESS.

Central Car Care is a reliable, trustworthy shop I recommend to anyone looking for a great local mechanic and for a refreshing alternative to your dealership. I've only had great experiences with them. Super customer service with a friendly crew at the front desk, a second opinion on what my vehicle needed that beat what the dealership had quoted me by quite a bit, and the option of getting a ride nearby or a loaner vehicle if my repairs were going to take longer. Central Car Care is legit.

I would like to start this review by first saying my father Billy Wayne Masters recently passed away October 24, 2023. I am his son Thomas and I have been by his side for 25 years and if there was 1 thing he taught me more than others it would be loyalty. He was a man of his word and would take you for yours. The most loyal people in his life aside his family was the great men of Central Car Care. There unwavering service over 20 years is a testament to their exceptional commitment and loyalty. They consistently went above and beyond, earning my father's trust. Central Car Care has consistently exceeded expectations over the 20 years that my father trusted them with his vehicles. Their exceptional service not only kept him on the road but also fostered a loyalty that went beyond just customer satisfaction. My father's unwavering trust in them speaks volumes about the quality of their service, making it clear that Central Car Care is more than just an auto shop it's a reliable partner and even family when needed for there customers. I'll make sure to continue one of my father's last requests , which is for me to continue taking the car to Central Car Care.Thank you for taking care of my father. It ment the world to him.. Fixed my Jeep for $1k less than the other estimate I had gotten. Did a great job- can t believe how good it drives after they replaced all the motor mounts! I will be sure to go there for my repairs from now on!!

We always enjoy talking with the central car care team whenever we come in for service. These are family oriented people who genuinely care about their customers & the service they provide for your family. My husband who used to work in a shop & can be pretty critical is happy to take our vehicle to them knowing it s in good hands & always recommends them to others.They also provide a kid friendly environment so if you have to wait with your littles they ll enjoy being there. Our toddler always loves to look at the first tanks, watch tv & try to shoot some hoops.

Very organized, the waiting area is comfortable nice seats and TV. I went for a oil change, they were very quick. They didn't try to sell me anything, they gave me a report with suggestions I might need to consider for the future. I would recommend them. Rick S.

Drove in here on a whim one Thursday afternoon to have what I believed to be my leaking and noisy water pump examined. They were willing to take the car in right away to begin diagnostics. For transportation home, they provided me an Uber! The next morning, I was contacted with confirmation that this was the issue. They also inspected the car and found that I needed brake system maintenance, which indeed is something that I had been putting off. By Friday evening, I was contacted and told my car was fully repaired and ready for pickup with new brakes (pads and rotors) and the water pump replaced. One of the employees came and picked my up at home. I was very impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly staff at CCC, and of course the repairs. The price is reasonable for this level of service as well. I will return to CCC in the future for my automotive repair needs. Thanks guys!Services: Engine repair, Brakes, Auto brake replacement

They're always friendly,,jordan& chris,,& always helpful when I take my car to them,,& let me know exactly what's wrong with the car! Jordan at Central Car took great care of me. I signed up for service online and mentioned prior work done at another shop and they conferred with that vendor to provide too service for my alignment after an accident. The service was expedient and customer service above and beyond! Thanks much to the whole gang at Central Car Care!!

My car was telling me that maintenance was needed. I assumed it was the oil but the mechanic said the oil looked fine. I said to go ahead and change it anyway if there was nothing else needed. They did and I m very happy.

The staff at CCC was fantastic! What we thought was an impossible repair, they made possible. They went over and beyond what was expected. The staff is friendly, courtesy and knowledgeable.. I will always take my vehicle there. I highly recommend that everyone take their vehicle to Central Car Care, you won't be disappointed.

I took my 2017 Audi Q7 for the annual oil and filter change and cabin air filter change. Various systems had to be inspected per a check list I provided. The front office staff was friendly and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. I had an appointment and my car went in on schedule. The cost was reasonable and in the end there was not one flagged item that would involve extra work much to my surprise based on past experience at the Audi dealer. I now have a go to shop for my Audi.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

What an amazing place. I bought an old car a while ago, and knew it had some issues. One of my coworkers recommended this place to me since their family works here! And I'm like, well, I like my coworker so I'll trust them.Best decision ever. They did a full review of my car, and I mean FULL. They made a list of most serious issues, minor issues, and stuff that could potentially be an issue in the future. They also gave me a list of the prices to fix each thing individually as well as how long it would take them to fix it so I could best manage my time and moneyThe staff are super friendly and the lobby is well prepared to keep you comfortable while you wait. Good air conditioning, lots of chairs and space, and even multiple charging stations! It was a little difficult for me to figure out parking, but don't be deterred! These people are worth it

They are actually a decent auto shop with a nice waiting area and basketball hoop. My oil change was quick and painless. I feel safe here because one of the men has a wife that works there also and she brings her baby. I have never seen any women at any of the auto shops I take my car to unless they are the customers. I want more places where woman feel comfortable to bring there car, where they will be treated with respect, and not ripped off. This place is a start

I don't quite remember the name of the man who helped me, but I believe it started with a J. He was super professional, extremely upfront and honest about what the repairs entailed and what they would cost me, as well as very friendly both over the phone and in person. Had to get my windshield wiper assembly replaced, and they were quick but great in the repairs, this was my first time going to them but I'll be keeping them in mind for the future!

Central Car Care did everything thing that I requested including a thorough check up. They did found one thing but didn t try to upsell me and just keep an eye on it. I appreciate their honesty.
