Writing this review to show an appreciation to the Service Advisor Mr. Shawn Williams. He was extremely helpful during my car needs check up. I haven't had any problems with my car since then. Mr. Williams is great, knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommended.

First and foremost, the only reason the service center is worth five stars is because of Paul Steenman.After a heated exchange with Santana and a newer service representative who is extremely nice but not fully trained up, Paul offered to step in not once but twice.When Santana advised Paul not to step in, and that he was setting himself up, Paul ignored him, handed me his business card and deescalated the situation seemlessly.Santana was rude, argumentative, abrasive, irrational and lacks the basic customer service skills to remain employed.Paul sincerely saved the day, and but for him, I'd never write such a glowing review or recommend the service center to anyone.

I have purchased two automobiles from this dealership, and have been completely satisfied with their customer service, and eye for detail. The service department is exceptional. It is easy to book an appointment, and they take care of everything. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Camelback Hyundai, and using their professional, competent service department.

After spending over $3000 for a new transmission, my vehicle started leaking transmission fluid within a few weeks. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle they had a list and pictures of repairs costing another $3000. I took my vehicle to another mechanic and was advised that they had miss diagnosed several of the repairs and that a couple of the pictures were not even my vehicle. This place lied about repairs that were not needed so that they would make more money from me. I paid $900 to fix what repairs were needed instead of the $3000 plus for unnecessary repairs. I wouldn t recommend this service department to anyone that needs their vehicle repaired.

Untrustworthy and unreliable. Brought car in for routine recall work. Tech somehow managed to break parts of HVAC in process. On second visit, tech claimed that other parts were broken, which they could fix for $1k. Took to my local shop for a second opinion, which revealed the HVAC damage. Local shop also observed that the other parts camelback Hyundai claimed were broken were fine. Final straw was when service offered to pay some of the new bill for my inconvenience. Have yet to see that check. Do not trust these people and obviously will not be using them again.

BEST service dept in the Valley, hands down!! I have been bringing my vehicle here for many years. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and they ALWAYS fit me in. They take customer service to a whole nother level. THANK YOU Sidney for helping me today, I had a minor service issue and he had me in and out in 15 minutes!!! Everyone in the whole dealership is fantastic, I will def be buying my next Hyundai here again :)

Came in to resolve several safety recalls a week ago. Not only did they forget to call to let me know that my service was completed, they failed to tell me that they did not resolve one of the safety recalls I was in for. I left believing that everything was completed but received a text message from my advisor a week later that they are now able to handle my recall due to having had received a part relating to it. Extremely frustrated in the lack of communication and the fact that I was scheduled for an appointment at 7:30am without them asking for my availability.

This service center is completely incompetent and unsafe. I drove over a hundred miles and dropped it off early in the morning to get my car looked at for a safety issue. With the new Hyundai app I get a GPS pin and a notification every time someone moves my car without me near it. After they let it sit all day without touching it I called them and they proceeded to lie to me about their progress. When it got close to their closing time I had to call them again to get an update, they informed me that they planned on keeping my car overnight to which I explained that wasn t acceptable and proceeded to pick up my car. I gave them a second chance later that week and they were able to diagnose the problem in no time. Due to not having the part I had to come back over a month later, during that visit I experienced the same issue as the first. After the car sat all day I called them and they lied about how difficult the repair was and how they needed another day. I got a ride back to the dealership and showed them the procedure to repair the car and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. (While I was waiting I witnessed the service advisors use profanity and racial slurs to describe other customers) I received my documentation from them and noted that they repaired two safety recalls that I request when I scheduled that appointment. On my way home I got a frantic message from the service advisor stating that they didn t do the safety recalls and wanted my car back in ASAP. I am extremely concerned with how they are doing business and with how little they care about the safety of the vehicle they are entrusted with.At this point I ve contacted everyone at the service center and at Hyundai corporate and have not found a suitable resolution. I will never let them touch my car again. I just hope they haven t somehow prevented another dealership from preforming the recall repairs by claiming to have completed them already.

I had no appointment on my oil change and rotation and still fit me in right away. Washed my car too. Cost was $80 cheaper than Chapman.

This was the worst service appointment I ever had. The service advisor barely communicated, she didn't wash my car at the end even though I specifically asked. Left writing all over it. There shouldn't been better communication. I will drive further now to avoid going through this negative experience again.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

For the 45 time stop calling my phone trying to sell me a garbage car. Everyone before you buy look up the kia hyundai challeng and check insurance quotes. Ive already started a lawsuit called your coorporate in the states and outside them. Ive recorded my calls and have my entire call log saved. This is agregious at this point I would call it harassment. It would be in Your best interest to take any Seth off your call list. I'll be starting a new suit everyone I get a call from here out.

I called twice yesterday 5/30/23 to schedule an appt to have recall issues taken care of. Both times I was told a service manager would call me back. I heard nothing yesterday from anyone. I called again this morning and was given the same song & dance about a service manager would call me back. This is very very poor customer service. What is so difficult about scheduling a service appt.

Horrible service, by service advisor Ricky, Paul service manager, and customer service manager. Brought my car in for a recall issue, per Svc mgr, at the end of day, Svc mgr, Paul is spewing all kinds of issue with my car and blaming other car repair Svc, when I asked him how he knew what the problem with the car was when he has not looked at the car, he was so embarrassed he started yelling at his employees and me, the customer. After, he refused to provide Svc to me anymore, according to him due to me yelling at everyone (never happened), if someone pulled the video camera, that would have seen Paul, infuriated by his own mistakes.

Couldn t find a local dealership that could service my car without a 6 hour wait time as a walk-in. I was in a bit of a bind to get my car fixed before hotel check-out time during my cross country drive. Came here and Paul was able to assist me promptly and found the reason why my car was making a funny noise.Excellent, friendly, efficient, and honest service. Facility was also clean and spacious enough for social distancing.

Troy and Kassem were very helpful with my first time purchase of a vehicle. They explained a lot of it to me and helped me understand the basics for a first time car-owner. Although the wait was a bit long, it was completely understandable given the amount of people buying cars that day! Very good service, friendly attitudes, and most of all, helpful. 10/10 would recommend again

My first time here at this dealership and I will not go anywhere else again. My AC went out and I need it living out here and I plan on going out of town this weekend. I actually called Kia and showed up to Kia service side and the service manager Adrian Jaramillo took his time and set me up with Paul Steenman the service manager with Hyundai. He was able to accommodate me in my time of need. Also in the future I will go back for regular service. They assessed obvious parts on my car and took pictures that they emailed me so I could see for myself. My last dealership never even took the time to check my air filters. To save me time and money Paul suggested I buy the air filters through the parts department and he would show me how to install the new ones. This is a little drive for me from where I live but I will hands down be coming backServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Air conditioning

I bought a car here 2 weeks ago, while test driving a warning light was on, they said bring it back when the service shop is open and they would take care of it. I took it back they said nothing is wrong, but it was still on. It ended up needing a part replaced, while my car was in their possession, after the shop was closed my car was taken from the dealer ship, and parked over night in a residential neighborhood of glendale.

Much better than 6 months ago. Carlos in sales, Paul and John in service has made my experience a great one! I will continue to use this Hyundai location for my future needs. I had considered finding another dealership. Thank you to the entire sales and service teams . Also, thanks to the new Customer Relationship Manager for checking in. Oh thanks Denis in finance too for working so hard on my loan application.

I was getting my car serviced and Paul was great, if you have to go here definitely ask for him.However, multiple employees and customers didn t have any masks on. A few ppl were even coughing and no one asked them to put their mask on. I was very uncomfortable and I recommend you do a drop off service. It s still a mask mandate for the city of Phoenix.

Communication is a nightmare. I have no idea whether they do a good job on repairs because the person who was going to notify me when/if the parts were delivered has not done so and does not return voicemails or e-mails. Tried the main appointment number and she said, "At this time we are not able to ..." All I want is communication; it's not like my time is totally open and I can just wait around forever.

I inquired on one of their cars on their website and they called as expected. The first time I told them I was still shopping around and I am not at the point of looking at cars in person yet. Basically I was still in the price checking and comparing phase. They said okay and I thought that was that. However, it was not. The days moving forward they kept calling and calling. And not just once a day. Once a day I can understand. Your just wanting a follow up. Literally everytime I would decline or not answer because I was busy they would immediately call back within seconds!!!! They would do this up to three to five times in a row. Today I was fed up. On the 4th time they called I told them to please stop calling back to back as I was busy and would talk to them later. When I said this they were slightly passive aggressive and told me that if I would just tell them that I was interested in the car and schedule an appointment they would stop calling. I had told them I was interested but I do not have time to schedule an appointment nor was I ready for that. This whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and felt very predatory. Needless to say I hung up and blocked there number.
