I recently took my car to Brakes Plus for a brake inspection due to some concerning noises. Upon arrival, I faced an unexpected dilemma my key suddenly stopped working, leaving my suburban unstartable and stuck in the parking spot. I braced myself for the worst, anticipating a tow and a dealership visit. However, Tony was a game changer. Without hesitation, he dived into the problem, employing his tablet for diagnostics, examining the key fob, and checking the battery. He quickly pinpointed the issue: a dead battery had caused the security system to malfunction. Not only did Tony address this unforeseen issue, but he also repaired my brakes. Remarkably, both tasks were completed within a couple of hours, and the pricing was exceptionally fair.Tony's approach was a blend of honesty, expertise, and a determined resolve to address every problem at hand. I was thoroughly impressed with his dedication and the quality of work provided. Thanks to Tony, my car woes were resolved much more smoothly than I could have imagined. I'm genuinely satisfied with the service at Brakes Plus and highly recommend Tony for his outstanding problem-solving skills and customer service.

I can t say enough good things about Brakes Plus and Tony Lundberg specifically. There are many mechanic outfits to choose from around town, no doubt, but every single time I have been to Brakes Plus, I have had an exceptional experience. Tony, not only is fair, but he is accommodating, sometimes getting me in and on the schedule in a pinch, he is thorough and he is professional. I have been bringing my vehicle to him for some time now and I would never go elsewhere. I would highly, highly recommend Brakes Plus at Tatum and Bell Road.

Came in for an oil change and brake inspection. Tony was very helpful and did a very thorough job in helping me out without all the added pressure. I d recommend and be back for future service. I didn t catch the name of the mechanic but he also assisted me by providing knowledge with an issue I was having and helped me tremendously!

These guys are 2 for 2 for a great experience. Tony is great to work with. Both times they turned my car around the same day. I had a radiator done the first time. I just had a starter replaced. Both times the pricing was reasonable, there was no upsell that you get a dealership. The work was done, right And for the price we agreed on. I m so glad I found someone reasonably priced in North Scottsdale!

I ve been bringing my car here for several years and have always been satisfied with their work. I m here quite often as I have a Chevy. They re always able to fit me in for appointments and provide excellent communication, and reasonable rates.

Tony, Jared, and the crew are phenomenal. Every time I take my vehicle here I m reminded as to why I m proud to give these gentlemen my business. Solid communication and updates about my car are given without having to go out of my way to reach them. In addition to that, their customer service is amazing! Regarding mechanical work and repairs, their efficiency is simply unmatched. They knock out any project very quickly but it is NOT RUSHED. Every time I drop my keys off here I know my vehicle is in good hands. Thank you for everything

I went here to have my brake pads and maybe rotors changed, but they lifted up my vehicle and were very honest with me that I didn t need the job done yet. Absolutely 5 stars for honesty and transparency. Will come back when the time is right!

I don t know much about cars and life s been really hard. I came in and the team were so kind. Showed me and explained everything to me in such a clear and honest way. that I felt comfortable and confident in the services provided. Everyone was super helpful. Andrew was very honest. It was cheaper then what they quoted... so I was very happy!!!. They communicated through the whole process. I will definitely be back!!! Great experience at this location. They got my brakes done same day at a very fair price. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Seems to really care about his job. My family has also been treated well at the Tempe location. Highly recommend.

Tony is genuine and honest with any care that is needed for your car. I have been a longtime customer here because of the customer service and level of trust that I have with their recommendations. They are not pushy up sellers, which is a plus in my book.

We brought our car in for brakes inspection. We had previously taken the car to the dealership and always heard that brakes were good even though we could feel in the pedal that it was slow to stop. Tony and team found the issue and fixed the brakes. Huge help and safety assurance! They also found an antifreeze leak that was causing the heater not to work. The dealership missed too. Highly recommend this group.

Dropped by this am to see if I needed new brake pads on my Tesla M3 with 50K miles. Spoke to Tony who is GM and he looked a car and said if he owned it he would not think about it until car has closer to 90K miles.The fact that he took the time to inspect the brakes and tell me the real truth is building a book of future biz. I ll be back for sure with my wife s car in several months and definitely will recommend this location of Brakes Plus to my friends.

Every time I bring my vehicle in for maintenance or repairs Tony and his team are exceptional! They always go above and beyond and try to get to the root of the problem and discuss the best options possible. They even take the time to explain each issue which is very helpful and transparent. Tony and his team genuinely care about each customer and want to give you the best rate and make sure you are safe on the road. I couldn t recommend them enough. Such a great experience. Everyone was so friendly. Tony was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining everything and showing me the issues that needed to be addressed. Best place to get your car looked at, and I was educated! First place ive been to where they dont pressure you to get something done thats not necessary. Theyre willing to take the time to make sure you understand whats going on and if something needs to be fixed now or later. The owner and the crew are all so nice, thank you! I definitely trust Brakes Plus at this location to get it done right! I had my jeep compass serviced here!

Will not hesitate to come here again. My 2008 Infiniti G35 had brake issues and I needed an oil change not to mention other things most likely. I told them my situation with the car and that I'm looking to get something different. They replaced the rear pads/rotors which were a must at a reasonable price and gave me guidance on what to keep an eye on for the front brakes. Tony the manager was great and professional; could tell he cares about building relationships with his customers.

This is my 2nd time going to breaks plus and man they do not disappoint. All the service techs know what they are doing and they are extremely fast and care for the customer which is rare these days. I had a job that was going to take multiple days and they finished it in one cuz it s my work car. I really appreciate the employees and managers this place is ran extremely well

These guys are 100% there for the customers. They are informative and keep you updated on what's happening. Service and prices are top notch. Manager and mechanics are honest and have integrity. Its hard to find this kind of service anymore. Keep it up guys. 5 stars. I've been twice now and had front and rear brakes/rotors replaced, radiator replaced, and an oil change.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

Came in here for the first time today, after recently having a flat tire replaced. My car felt "fluttery and loose", with a slight pull to the right under hard acceleration. My car typically has a very stable, tight and stiff suspension.Made the appointment and was out within an hour after doing alignment. The guys were very knowledgeable, prompt and professional!Would 100% do alignment here and will be back!

Brought my car in, thirty minutes later Tony is showing me everything they found and made recommendations on what to tackle first. Before the day was even over I received a call my car was done (was expecting a full days of work) and it rides better then it ever has. Became a customer for life that day.
