Great experience getting my car serviced. Needed brake pads and my car checked out for other issues, and Stan took the time to explain and show me each item that needed to be serviced. The pricing was reasonable and they even finished the job ahead of schedule. Highly recommend to anyone who doesn't know much about cars and doesn't want to get ripped off.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received at the BreakMasters off cave creek and bell road. My breaks have been squeaking for a couple months. They drove the car and couldn't hear anything. Of course it didn't, lol! Stan took my word for it and told me they care about my safety. They replaced the breaks at ZERO charge.I had to use the restroom and immediately noticed how clean it is:)These guys are awesome!!!

I've been a loyal customer of Brake Masters since 2019, frequenting a different location for my car needs. This Brake Masters is great!The staff are extremely friendly and professional. New to the city with no connections, good place to try!Got a chance to speak with the owner who is friendly and welcoming!Like most mechanics they will give you recommendations on future repairs but will not hassle you or pressure you. Go see for yourself!

They have been servicing my vehicles for about 3 years now. They are great, excellent service and always willing to help. They do my synthetic oil changes as well. Great location off Cave Creek between Bell and Growers.

Dave the manager was stand up. My brakes were squeaking and although they were working well I wanted to make sure they were safe. The mechanic confirmed that brakes were okay, just needed lubrication. While inspecting the car the mechanic noticed a large nail sticking out of my tire. It must have happened within the last 15 minutes driving. So he temporarily plugged it so I could drive over to Discount Tire. He even offered to put spare on for safety but since Discount Tire was around the corner, I was fine. They didn't even charge me. I appreciate honesty in businesses so I will bring my car there for oil changes and other issues. Thanks Brakemasters.

Stopped by this location the day before thanks giving with an emergency need for front brakes. I was lucky and my service advisor, Jerry, was able to get me in the same day. The tech seemed fully competent and did a clean job on the brakes and I was pleased that all of the parts were in stock and I didn t have to wait for anything but the service to be complete. Will definitely be back here!

I've been here twice and have had great experiences both times. They do excellent work at a fair price. They are diligent and will notify you if something is wrong, but won't try to upsell you with unnecessary services. The two guys I've dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable. The team at Brake Masters on Cave Creek near Bell Rd is AMAZING! I have been coming to this shop for years, and with multiple vehicles, and they always take good care of me. Their mechanics are polite, professional, and knowledgeable in their craft, and management will always give it to you straight. 10/10 would recommend coming here to have your car serviced - no matter what it is you need.

I have used Brake Masters for more than 20 years. A lot depends on the management in the store and the guys on Cavecreek north of Bell may be the very best. Very good group, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. My entire family uses them and I could not be more positive about the way they do business.

Great place for repairs or routine maintenance for your vehicle. Estimates are usually right on and they are reasonable and fair with their prices. It's hard to find mechanics that are honest and do good work but that's what you get here. I've been taking my vehicles there for years and continue to go back.

Came here to have my rear brake pads replaced, the staff was really friendly and upfront. I dealt with Greg and it was refreshing to meet a genuine mechanic. Greg had noticed some additional maintenance that he recommended down the line, I really appreciate it when the shops are honest like that. Im also not mechanically inclined whatsoever and he was really cool about explaining what was wrong in a simple way that I could understand. I will be coming back here for that maintenance he recommended.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Highly recommend coming here! Dave is super helpful and professional and I was taken such good care of during my visit to get my brakes done. Not only was the price great, but the service was fast too! Everyone in the lobby was really entertaining to talk to as well, such a good experience! I will definitely be coming back!

Dave and Mike are the friendliest guys ever to have serviced my car. This location came highly recommended and with good reason! I made an appointment for 10 but found myself with free time at 9:15. Came in and they happily helped me out early. In and out the door in about 45 minutes for an oil change and free tire rotation. Can t beat the price or the great customer service. This will be my new shop!

This Brake Master's location and Dave is amazing! He's always courteous and responsive when I take my vehicle for maintenance. I tend to leave my vehicle during my lunch break and it's always ready when I return to pick up. Their service and prices can't be beat. They have a loyal customer in me.

The amanager at this location is awesome sauce! I used to go to another location i will go out of my way for this location because they are so timely helpful and if work needs to be done they'll explain it and will show you what was replaced and why without being prompted. Thank you for the 5 star service. P.s. they are much more efficient and faster at getting the repairs or maintenance done. :)

I did my research and found this place to have the best price for quality work. Dave was very professional knowledgeable and honest about what additional service I needed for my vehicle. I came for a brake job and oil change. They also alerted me to other additional items I will need to repair soon. Dave and his crew have my business from here on out. Great people with a down to earth approach to maintenance is much appreciated, and will earn my continued business for sure.Dealerships have a reputation for pushing thousands of dollars worth of unnecessary work - a story I can personally verify and will forever refuse to return to one for service. Thank goodness, we have Brake masters. I used to go to one on Scottsdale but have since moved, and can see the way they work on a whole is very reasonable, helping prioritize repairs. This location is very convenient with friendly staff as well. A special thanks for having my dog there too! This'll definitely be my new car spot.
