Came in for a regular oil change with rotation and diagnostics test because i had a coupon. It comes with a car wash as well. Usually about 57$ is the cost before any coupons. I don't know what other places charge but Borst offers a free shuttle home, a snack bar, and great customer service so I'd say it's more than worth even then. The diagnostic came with a printout and an online form that included pictures of items of note listed from worst to things that passed. They also included an estimate of cost for those things that did not pass, but I felt no pressure to try and sell me those services. Some of those things listed I can take care of myself, but if I needed professional help I'd feel okay getting them taken care of at Borst because I know they at least care about their clientele. That seems to be missing from most places nowadays.

The people with whom I interacted, first Kee and then Pat, were very courteous and pleasant. The work done was very efficiently performed and seems to be high quality. I received status reports via text throughout. Any recommended additional work was fully explained prior to my authorization. Moreover, I will continue taking my vehicle to Borst

I ve only been in Phoenix for a few months and this was my first time going to Borst. I am so thrilled with both the customer service and the car service. I will never take my car anywhere else. They did a full inspection of my car for free and I only went in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. They even washed my car. I highly recommend them to everyone. Their prices are very reasonable and they will not try to sell you stuff your car doesn t need. Borst Is the best hands-down!

I want to thank Borst Auto for our recent experience. You guys went beyond the call of duty. My husband had a heart attack and I was left with the decision making. My husband is on the mend, thank goodness. The truck is working fantastic. It passed emissions with flying colors!! The service we received at Borst is great! Everyone involved has been kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and so very personable! We recommend Borst highly for getting the job done with little or no hassle!!

I needed to leave my car for many hours to get work done. They offered a driver to take me home and back again and she (Kaitlin??) was very professional!!! Really appreciated that service. My person who checked me in (Pat) was very professional and kept me informed of what was happening to my car. Great service!!

I recently had the pleasure of taking my mom's Dodge Caravan to Borst Automotive for emissions repairs, and I must say, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. What truly stood out was the incredible service provided by Pat. From the moment we handed over the keys, Pat was the epitome of professionalism and kindness. He ensured we were kept in the loop throughout the entire process, providing timely updates and detailed explanations of the work being done. It's rare to encounter someone who not only excels in their technical skills but also in customer service. Pat made a typically stressful situation feel seamless and worry-free. The car now runs beautifully, and we finally passed emissions test thanks to the meticulous care and expertise of the team at Borst Automotive. For anyone in need of automotive repairs, I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially if you're fortunate enough to have Pat overseeing your service. Excellent place to take your car, can't recommend it enough. The gentleman that work here are genuinely honest and helpful. They helped me diagnose an issue and fix up my car for a big road trip. No nonsense, they were honest with me about the condition of my car and what work was needed/recommend. Plus great prices.

Love this auto shop! Highly recommend it.My husband and I go there for oil changes,and any time our dash warning lights go on! We can trust Borst to have our safety as priority.They are knowledgeable,and take the time to explain each step they intend on making.Each associate,from the technicians,to the customer service and the kind woman who shuttles us back and forth...all friendly and accommodating.

The guys at Borst were very professional and they finally figured out what my problem was. The mechanics did an awesome job figuring out my vehicle. It WAS NOT easy but they pulled it off. My truck is running great now and appreciate them figuring out a solution. A+ service!

Pat was great. He had the mechanics take a look at my car and can to the same conclusion as the dealer . He gave me an estimate and told me what did need to be repaired and also what I didn't not need to have done that the dealer tried to up sell me! Will definitely be back when more service is needed.

Courteous, professional; placed plastic seat cover & paper mat down beforehand. The place is spotless inside and out. Normally they do an exterior wash w/service, but ask on rainy days. Great deal on an oil change with coupon. Only complaint is they said they'd get it right in and call when it was finished, but I ended up calling them several hours later...they apologized...evidently something came up. They ended up having my vehicle for approximately 5 hours. It was no big deal for me, I didn't need the vehicle. I guess an update would have been good. I will definitely use them again. Looking forward to a long relationship with Borst Automative.

Amazing service!!!! You get what you pay for and I paid for amazing service and I got just that! I felt like I could trust these great machanics and Pat was just going above and beyond! I will be doing all my car needs here with Borst!! And I will be sending all my friends and family with car needs here as well!!!! Thank you guys once again!

LOOK NO FURTHER! Borst Auto was inviting from the moment I walked in. Jim was friendly, check in was seamless & even offered a rental car while our car was getting serviced. For the amount of work that was done on our car, Service was done in a timely manner. Jim communicated throughout & Borst also provides a detailed breakdown of everything WITH PICTURES. They send a link with all problems from important, all the way down to routine/future flags. They really blew us away! If you re looking for a trustworthy place to bring your car, this is the place! Highly recommend. 10 STARS!!!! We are so happy to have found our future shop for all our vehicles! Thank you Borst Auto & big thank you to Jim! Appreciate your honesty & recommended assessment.

I needed an oil change the dealership is so far away. I got a coupon for Borst which is so close. I called and they could do it. They were so friendly and helpful and went over everything needed to and performed the necessary repairs. I would definitely recommend them by all means.

Very nice people. Clean waiting room with beverages. Car serviced well offered free wash which I did not need but good perk. Only suggestion is to text customer if they are running behind. I waited 45 minutes before the car was taken into the service bay. If they had let me know I would have come 30 minutes later and still be early.

First time going to Borst. They have coffee, water, sodas, and munchies. Comfortable waiting area and very friendly and knowledgeable managers. The price for the work I had done was fair and a free car wash is a nice perk. I will be bringing my other cars here in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Borst automotive. every time I have to go, I am met with happy and helpful service people. The waiting area is complete with coffee, cookies, sodas, water, and popcorn. I feel this company is honest and straightforward and I recommend it highly.

Friendly staff, good value. It took just under 2 hours for an oil change which was a bit longer than I was hoping but they had initially stated it would take up to 3 and they were able to get me out a bit quicker so I could get to work. Would definitely use them again!

It took 3 days to change spark plugs and battery terminals. Customer service was good. After service was done I went to another locally trusted mechanic to verify the proper work was done. The work was done correctly but the other mechanic quoted me $150 less than Borst. I also didn t get my $75 dollar AAA discount as advertised. Recommend if you re in a pinch but that s about it

Everyone was super friendly. They had probably the nicest, if simple, waiting area I've been in (including most dealerships). The suggested repairs found during the inspection lined up with others places', but were a better deal compared to most. Even though it's out of the way, I'm definitely coming back here for future oil changes and maintenance.UPDATE: I went back to get some of the repairs done. They had forgotten to include a major part in their quote, but, rather than bait & switch, they honored the quote while replacing the forgotten part as well. GREAT customer service!Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Very honest and friendly. They applied a coupon to my oil change when I didn t even know one existed .. most places just want your money. We take both of cars there. I m so glad that a neighbor told me about them a year ago after we moved to Pointe Tapatio. They ll even shuttle you back forth!

My favorite part of their service is prior to authorization for repairs you receive a text that opens a link that details needed service/repairs required immediately along with future items to complete along with items assessed and in good condition.The staff is quick to assure your comfort while you wait and ready to drive you home if necessary.The facility appeared meticulously clean with plenty of drinks and snacks for you to enjoy.Overall, I can say few businesses meet so many important customer service satisfaction qualities.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Battery, Oil change

There were Snacks and drinks in the waiting room, polite and attentive staff. I was given a list of suggested repairs, from which I selected. Used coupon from battery purchase from AAA. I was pleased with the whole experience.
