Friendly fast service! No deceptive or pushy tactics from Pete the manager. Pricing was very competitive. Hope I don t have to come back anytime soon but would definitely pick them while on the road or recommend to a friend

Big Brands tire on Tatum & Bell were great! Had a nail in my tire, made an appointment, tire was repaired in about 20 minutes for free! The staff was very friendly and efficient! Would definitely recommend!

Friendly service. Got my tire alignment done quickly with no appointment. Competitive pricing. Will do business again. Pete is a nice guy and they didn t try to oversell other services! Great business

Pete was very helpful and professional. Ordered my rare tires and had them in and installed in 1 day. Get that man some help that phone would not stop going off while i was waiting

Steve and his team were amazing. We needed a tire repair late afternoon last Saturday, it would have been easy to say they were wrapping up for the day and suggest another time. Steve took our call and said come on in and we can help you out. Fixed the tire quickly.Great job Steve, appreciate it!

We had a brake issue traveling from South Dakota area heading to California. Made an appt and was seen first thing in the morning. Great service all four tires and brakes were thoroughly checked out. We were cleared of any issues and made it home safely.Big brand helped save a marriage .

Really good shop they have here. Technicians are the best. Overall service is the best. I would recommend this shop to anyone that actually wants to get their vehicle service the correct way.

Best place for quality tires snd car service..Been a customer for over 30 yrs...Rudy Garcia the manager and the service group are the best. Had new tire replaced at 5.45pm tonight..old tire was leaking very bad..the night Mgr on dutyChris had me in and out before they closed.i can't make out ihis first name on the card he gave me but he was the one who did a great job...thanks again..

I came for a free brake inspection and get to leave more confident in what's going on with my vehicle. Took the time to help, couldn't of asked for more! Would definitely recommend this location. I also didn't have to wait long for the results very pleased.

I have a Nissan 350zx, and they were having issues with a repair so they took it to Nissan, had them fix the issue, didn t charge me for that, and dropped off the car at my residence. Who does that? These guys, couldn t be happier.Kevin

Big Brand sucks, use Discount Tire and Christian Brothers.Let me tell you why this Big Brand location sucks:1) New ownership/management (Big Brand) doesn't honor the 2-year alignment warranty that I'd purchased under the old company (C&R Tire) that hadn't yet expired.I paid for 2-year alignment warranty for my truck in June 2021, expiring June 2023. Company changed ownership since I had the alignment done, and I'd visited this location in 2022 (apparently around the time new ownership took over). I asked if the alignment warranty was still valid, turns out they are not honoring those prior alignment warranties; they also would not refund pro-rated balance of remaining warranty and no other solution was offered.2) Sept 2023 I gave Big Brand a second chance; mounting a set of 165/70-12 tires that I ordered online (because no shops could source this tire size locally). After picking up the car with new tires mounted, I noticed it still had the old, crusty valve stems. I called Big Brand to ask why they hadn't been replaced and Rudy said they do not replace valve stem seals unless customer asks (which they didn't mention previously); that I'd have to pay ~$120 again for dismount/mount/balance if I wanted new valve stems. That's not happening.3) Dec 2023 - Discount Tire found a leak at one of the valve stems (remember, Big Brand didn't replace them) and Discount Tire replaced valve stem at no cost to me. Discount Tire said a wheel stud snapped while removing the wheel (Big Brand touched the car last; their mechanic cross-threaded the lug nut on my car) but Discount Tire took care of it for me (referred me to Christian Brothers; no charge to me).

Kiddos to this place. I needed a last minute maintenance check up and they squeezed me. Great customer service. Bonus for active listening to my concerns and questions. The manager there is amazing and helpful. The service team knowledgeable and impressive finding out car issues that other shops could not. Trust worthy and honest work. Cars need maintenance and with time wear tear happens irregardless. The manager gave me a peace of mind and honest feedback to what my car needed and showed me what my car needed. Yes, I got to walk around my car and the manager showed me what maintenance my car needed. I love that! Shows integrity and that they truly care that the customer gets the experience and knowledge about the car. Happy!

C&R Tie/Big Brand Tire has been servicing my cars for years. I bought a battery in 2020 then C&R. Just now I've had to jump it several times. Brought it in to Big Tire and despite not having an exact replacement they warranted it and replaced it no charge. Now that's customer service!

RUDY AND CHRIS ARE BOTH AWESOME! I called over 10x while my car was in the shop and they did a thorough job in assuring me everything will be fixed and done in a timely manner. I will always recommend and use the team at BIG BRAND!
