As a customer please ask if the technician torqued your wheel lug nuts to the proper OEM spec before driving away.The technician that worked on my car didn't check the wheel lug nuts torque nor did they tighten the front passenger wheel lug nuts. My wife even asked if she needed to come back for the technician to check the wheel lug torque.

Big Brand tire service is the only place I will be coming to shop for tires now. They don t try to sell you on the most expensive option. They recommend what s actually affordable and what is actually a necessity based on your driving habits. They even taught me how to change my own tire. If I could give 10 starts I would.

I recently had a an unfortunate breakdown of my mazda cx5 that had me baffled. I'm not much of a technician but I do know how to change a tire... So when I went to start my car it would not stay on, it would start and eminently die. So after all the calls I found a big brand service that was amazingly close to me. All the people were so nice and very responsible for giving a task of hey can you fix this. That in no time I was given the call I was waiting for... It seem that when your gear shift module break it kills the battery just enough that it will start and trips the computer because it's in-between gears and shuts down. Thanks to everyone over at big brand service and Garrett my tech that never would have crossed my mind.

This place is the worst ever! The 1st experience I had with them they put the wrong oil in and didn't put the oil filter back on correctly so by the time I drove home which I live right next door 387ft away and when I parked the car I could see the oil trail. Luckily since I did live so close I was able to run back to the ship and get the mechanic to come over and see what happened cuz I didn't know. He saw the oil filter wasn't in properly and that half the oil had leaked out of the engine so I got them to fix that and they gave me a free oil change which I did today and my Golly it took them 2 and 1/2 hrs to do. Unbelievable!! Never again will I go to them for anything.

I had gone to Community Tire and Auto for over 20 years and have made an incredibly smooth transition to Big Brand Tire at that same location. It's well managed and they take their customer service seriously. I'm very pleased, particularly since they are in my neighborhood. Their work is very reliable. Thank you BBT!

Best service from start to finish. We are from another state, visiting our son and our tire was losing air. They fixed and repaired 2 leaks and didn t charge me a cent. If I lived here I would buy my tires from these guys. Thanks!

I take some responsibility for my bad experience because I mistakenly made the reservation at the wrong store. There is an excellent store 2 miles south of this store. I kept the appointment because it was my mistake. I had an 8 am appointment. It took two hours and they charged me for synthetic oil that I did not ask for. At 9:40 when I asked how much longer it was going to be I was told that the fluids (nothing specific) where a little bit low and the air filters were a little dirty, they had to recommend changing and would I like a quote for the work. When you have to recommend something, is it really a recommendation? This is the longest (why I made an appointment) and most expensive oil change with recommendations I have ever had. Beware and call the other store!

Great price! Friendly staff. Called me when tires arrived a day early and had them installed in a very timely manner that day. Went over all of my options for maintenance and protection. Sitting area was clean and comparable. Overall, very accommodating. Thanks!

I have to give a five star review to the guys over here at big brand tire. I tried to fix up a car and was having some trouble so I asked them to take care of it. It was so difficult they were mot able to fix it either. But Paul was really nice and wiped off all the labor cost on the vehicle. The service was very impressive and I must give a big thumbs up to the manager for being such a wonderful man. I ll definitely try them out another time if I have the chance.

Not good service terrible service I cannot use my own warranty with them on my tire and they charge me for each tire warranty $25.

As a Canadian, finding a trusting car repair shop is difficult as we are unfamiliar with the mechanic shops. However, I would like to give Paul and his staff a 5 star rating. Not only are they courteous and professional but absolutely trustworthy. I have returned to this place again even though I had other choices available. I hope the managers read this as well as they deserve high commendations. Thank you Paul.

This place is AWESOME. Brad (Front Desk) and Manny (Tech) were amazing to work with. These guys are consummate professionals. They were patient explaining everything to me and even allowed me to go into the work bay to see exactly what repairs I needed on my vehicle. I will definitely be back as a repeat customer as long as they have people working here like them. Thank you so much Brad and Manny!!!

I was referred to the team here and I m happy I was. They were very friendly, very knowledgeable and accommodating. When I had challenges getting there they offered to send a car to pick me up. The tires I selected had a better warranty than I was expecting and their nationwide warranty plan is fantastic.

Another outstanding job!!! I called another location and they couldn't see me due to booked appointment. However, they recommended me to this location. They were also booked, but after a complete examination of my vehicle. They made room for me..From beginning to end, the staff and Marc was extremely awesome!!! They don't rip off women and I appreciate them!! I've recommended 4 women to them already!!!

My son lives nearby this shop and told me about their superior service. I have a 2013 Mini and have never used anyone but the dealer where I bought it. I love this place! I'm planning a long road trip and wanted an oil change. They not only were able to fit ne in before a holiday weekend, they checked my car completely as a courtesy service. And it was certainly wonderful to pay $80 rather than $150. Community Tire Pros are worth the trip!

Community Tire provides the best service at an affordable cost. I had to get my car's rear shocks changed. The dealership said I would need to leave my car overnight whereas community tires got it done in 1:30 hr and at a cheaper rate. Car feels amazing now The people working there are very kind and friendly. I will definitely recommend it.

Excellent experience with high quality customer service and knowledgeable staff. Techs and service advisors are friendly and take the time to explain issues and/or service performed. I thought I needed a part, turns out it was just an adjustment. They could have taken advantage, done the repair and charged me, but instead, they showed me that the part wasn t in need of replacing and then made the needed adjustment at no cost! If you want a quality repair and tire shop with excellent competitive pricing, no need to look any further than Community Tire Pros!
