I have been coming here several years now - though the name has changed- and keep coming back because I trust John and Mark. I ve always been very satisfied with the services they provide, tires, oil changes, brakes replaced, and other services. I had my AC unit fixed and they did a great job as usual. I feel that they have integrity in their work and not trying to take advantage of me. I highly recommend coming here.

Had a blowout around midnight after waiting for 3 to 4 hours for The No Show tow truck service to show up to help me out, was forced to limp The car into the nearest tire shop which was these guys. They didnt open for a couple more hours and when they did I was asleep in my vehicle parked in their parking lot. To make a long story shorter, I was greeted by a nice gentleman who saw me asleep and obviously in need of help. I had next to no money on me and was about $20 short of paying for their cheapest tire. I told the gentleman how much I had and accepted that as payment then had me back on the road in under 30 minutes with a brand new tire. These guys deserve five stars they helped me big time when my own insurance company didnt and for about half the price. Thanks guys.

Reviewing after having completed several service visits now - Immediate service on arrival, honest on the side of caution availability/time estimates (though our vehicles have been taken to a service bay almost instantly at all of our visits), and very fair pricing. We will continue to use BBT&S for our fleet s needs, and would happy recommend them to others.

John and Mark were very patient, friendly and helpful. They helped me reschedule right away as well as help me find something that worked for my budget. As a single mom, feeling welcome and comfortable is huge and they made me happy for choosing them to get my tires and warranty. Thank you guys!

I liked that they were open earlier than competitors. John was so nice he got the tires that I wanted in early that same morning and my car was in and out.

This morning on my way to work, I was about to get on the freeway when I realize I had a flat tire. I was lucky enough to be close by Big Brand Tires. The staff took me in right away and fixed my tire. In less then 30mnsi was back on my way to work. They save my day and charge me nothing! Very friendly and efficient staff, I gladly recommend this place for tire services, they are the best!

I happened to find this service location by accident and, man, I'm glad that I did! This is a hidden gem for anyone looking for quality and on-time service. I called about a tire issue and Mark got me in very quickly the sane day and the team took care of my issue. He was professional and courteous. I will definitely return for my future auto needs.

Extremely pleased with my experience here. I arrived immediately after experiencing a blowout on the highway and AAA suggested this Big Brand Tire Shop. They were very helpful and compassionate replacing my tires in less than hour I was safely and happily on my way. I highly recommend!

So early this morning today my little warning sign is letting me know that my tire was on a low pressure and I start to freak out because I am a beginner rookie driver and I am 40 years old and I don t know what to do I was afraid because I found out it was a nail in my tire so when I got to work, and my coworker told me about this place so my boss let me leave early to handle my situation with my tire and I m like oh I don t wanna buy another tire right now but it is what it is sometimes you just gotta roll with the punches and go in I think he was the manager I think I don t know he was a very nice gentleman. I wish I would ve catch his name because he was very respectful and patient I was so focus on getting this fixed but he was very nice and he got me in and come to find out I didn t really need to change the tire. Just need to do a fix a flat and I was grateful for that and they also put air in my tire. I could tell so I walk out with a smile on my face and I was very appreciate it and he didn t charge me either so I m truly am grateful. I will definitely come back if anything changes with my tires or anything else. Thanks again.

Came in to get my tire repaired on my Ford Escape (free of charge) and they did a great job! I wasn't there long like most tire shops. They were fast and very friendly. Thanks guys

John and Mark are really nice people they helped me out when I had a problem with my tire and they fixed it. I was in and out. The staff there go above and beyond I know where I will go for my auto repair work now.I even ask how much for the tire fix and John said don't worry about it.I was shocked and very Thankful I just got me a spare tire for my truck they sized it up and gave me a great deal on a spare Thanks John and Mark.

Had a promotion an they didn't know it included their store so they granted we were happy. He was friendly n nice kept us updated on everything told us I needed to get parts fixed so now I know what I have to get taken cared of. He was very helpful, it's in a area u wouldn't go to but it's safe inside n they are very helpful. Thanks guys again.

Fixed a hole in my tire for FREE and put it back on. Scheduling was easy and the guys working there are super friendly. Will definitely come back when it comes time to replace these tires.

The best customer service. A few years back I bought 4 new tires. The guys there were super friendly, since I had to get back to work one of the employees offered to take me to work, while my car was getting worked on. I will always remember their customer service and how they really took care of me as a customer/family. Also had a flat one time and they looked my name up in the computer and I guess since they saw I was a returning customer they took care of the bill. Thank you Tire Pros. I always highly recommend my friends and family to go here.
