Where do I start? Their communication is A+ and extremely honest! Amir put me at ease right away and informed throughout the whole process. Do not judge a book by its cover. AZ Auto Repair & Body does not have that franchise look, but they do have that franchise quality. I was in town for a brief period of time and needed some body work done ASAP. I used the website to initiate our communication, ultimately providing photos of the damaged area. AMIR provided a quote which was acceptable, more important he promised the repairs to be completed within a couple of days by squeezing me into their schedule. When I brought the car to his shop he noticed a couple of other minor scratches that were not obvious from the photos, but still held his quote. The craftsmanship of the repair was 5 Star and he completed the repairs within the quoted time frame. Highly recommended.

Great customer service from the moment I pulled into the lot! Took time to give a detailed quote with different options to work with my budget. Was very communicative throughout the process and the end result exceeded my expectations! Amir goes above and beyond to give great service at the lowest price possible! I brought my car here to repair my front bumper that got a bit damaged from scraping the wall in my garage. They quoted significantly cheaper than other shops so I figured I d give them a try since it s a 10 year old car anyways. It s definitely a get what you pay for type of thing. It took a whole week to complete, the color match & blend is slightly off but not too noticeable (which is understandable, ruby red is a hard color to deal with) there s some bubbling, and there was a greasy residue all over the back of the car when I picked it up. Based on the other pictures, it seems they might ve just rushed my repair. My experience could just be an anomaly but I d only recommend this place if you want a cheap fix, not perfection.

I met AZ auto repair and body after needing some help getting a hitch installed on my Camaro. They were more than willing to help and went out of their way to get the hitch installed, I can say that I am relieved and happy they helped me out in a time a need. I would recommended AZ Auto Repair and Body to anyone!

We ve only taken our vehicles to AZ Auto Repair since I made a happy mistake pulling into the wrong location. These guys fix what s broke and never try to up charge us. I ve had 4 of my vehicles worked on by AZ Auto Repair and every time I get fair pricing, quality repairs, great communication, and honesty. They ve stayed late for me to drop off or pick up. They have been honest with timing and given me a call with any issue or possible changes. They know how to fix cars!! I m taking my vehicles to no one else.

Very good people , when I brought my vehicle to be serviced for the next day , AZ Auto Repair and Body decided to work on my vehicle at the end of the day , so I won't have to ride the bus home or ride the bus to work in the morning , then ride the bus from my work at the end of the day to pick up my vehicle . That's a good service , you hardly ever get service like that any more . Thumbs up to AZ Auto Repair and Body

In short, they held my car hostage and I had to call the police to get my car back. Officers said this was not the first time they have been there for a situation like mine. Keep reading for details but I obviously do not recommend these guys.I had a damaged tailgate and bumper cover. I opted for an aftermarket bumper cover to save some money. They had my car for roughly 2 weeks. Came to pick it up and from a distance it looks decent but subpar up close (cover not fully clipped in, paint has cracks and tape lines, etc). They blamed me for choosing aftermarket and took no responsibility for anything. Their offered resolution was for me to pay in full and then buy a new OEM cover for them to do it again. Why would I have them do more work?I agreed to pay so I could get my car. At that point, I went outside to take pictures of their setup for my review. Their setup is shared with a used car dealer. There is no actual shop . Just open air bays in a rear parking lot. This is when Faez said I could not go into the back lot (which I did not), told me to leave, moved my car into the back lot, and closed the gate.I ended up calling and waiting for the police. They corrected Faez and said I was allowed to take pictures of the property as long as I was not in the back lot. They stayed until I paid and left.Also I purchased a yelp deal and I was not allowed to redeem it because he knew I was going to leave a bad review.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car for body work + paint to several body shops and received estimates, I don't say the estimate by AZ auto repair and body was cheapest one, but it was very accurate and they had reasonable reasons for each item in their estimate. The time management and quality of work was perfect, I picked up my car on time, I recommend AZ auto repair and body to all of my friends.

Let me start by saying this. I read the reviews but I am one that still likes to check out what's happening myself & to judge for myself. THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE REAL! The price was more than fair and the customer service was awesome. These guys care about their customers like your personal "old school" mechanic/car repair shop. They don't tell you what you want to hear, they are refreshingly honest & the kind of place that tells you what you really need to know.Having been in Arizona for only a little over a year it's exciting to find this place after hearing the nightmare stories about auto service. I am blown away by AZ Auto Body & the respect for their customers. It just makes you know they are glad to be of service to you.Most of the problem with people today is they want to be treated like royalty while treating service industry entities like trash. In my book it's simple, if you don't like this place then the problem is probably you and not this shop. Simply because they go out of their way to do it right or to make it right. Looking forward to service visits in the future.

These guys are amazing. I was traveling and had a crash and these guys fixed it in no time. I felt they did it for a reasonable price compared to other places that I ve been to. I would definitely recommend this place.

As a single woman, I was very nervous about going out on my own to look for someone both honest and fair to work on my car -but let me tell you, from the moment I first walked into AZ Auto Repair and Body, I felt super comfortable; I felt completely at ease knowing I found the right place for the services I sought, because I really felt this great vibe from them...one of friendliness, honesty and integrity right off the bat -which I normally do not feel when I have gone to other auto places in the past where I felt patronized or taken advantage of. Not here! Here, I was treated with the upmost respect and was greeted with a handshake...and parted with a handshake when the job was done. These guys really impressed me with the quality of work that they did and you can see that they have a great work ethic and you can see that they put a lot of heart into their work as well. Their pricing was very fair & affordable.These are the nicest, most respectable guys who did such an awesome job on my car!! I was so pleased when I came to pick up my car...The job was done a lot quicker than what they stated, and may I state again that they did such a beautiful, meticulous job on my car? My car was brought in all dented and camouflaged looking and left with a smooth body and gorgeous paint job!!! They also did other work as well, like fixing my broken rear view mirror and some other damaged areas on my car. I was so thrilled when I came for my car...I no longer was ashamed to drive it now, in fact it looks brand new...better than when I bought it used a year ago at a car dealership. I highly recommend these guys-they are wonderful!! I will definitely return for any future jobs!!

Just picked up my 2006 Ford freestar, I told them what I thought I needed, they got it in as I was still there said they already rip it apart and told me what I needed exactly, plus it was cheaper than what I thought it was going to be. Parts got there within 30 min, and they were done in the next hour. Very quick, very reliable, very friendly. I will suggest for anyone, and I will personally will go back for anything I need done.

I ve used these guys a couple of times now and they do great work for a competitive price. This time they repaired a dent on a 2007 BMW. The color was tough to match and they did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them they repaired my Honda fit bumper and side of my vehicle. They were very responsive and even detailed my car after the repair! Also they were very affordable.

AZ Auto Repair and Body is the best place to go for your auto body needs! I have had three vehicles repaired there over the past 18 months and have been an extremely satisfied customer! From minor to major repairs - in and out in no time! Two of the vehicles needed to be left there and the last one I waited for a couple hours - in and out! Very accommodating, flexible and communicative from start to finish. I love these guys and don't be deceived by the location or the amount of cars in the lot.

Purchased a used Audi A6 from a large used car retailer in the valley sight unseen. Turns out the hood was littered with chips and the dealer made a poor attempt to correct it. Read the previous reviews and the provided photos/information and I am happy to say the car came out looking brand new! Amir & Faez where super responsive and where clear and upfront from the beginning. Any future auto body work I will be giving them a call!

This is under my husband s name but I am writing it (his wife) since I do not have a Google accountIt s my pleasure to write this review for AZ Auto Repair and Body.I was in need of some auto repair work. Not knowing the Phoenix area or anyone I could ask for a referral, I searched through Yelp and other review sources. I came upon AZ Auto Repair and Body on Van Buren Street in Phoenix.They had good reviews, so I decided to call. I spoke to Amir one of the owners and I explained my situation, hence we started the process. I found his communication to be excellent and more importantly honest. He kept me updated throughout the repair process. Being a senior, one could be easily taken advantage of, however, I felt very comfortable. Amir was very easy to work with it was a good experience.I definitely will be back with my car needs. I would highly recommend him and his shop. Thank you.Service: General repairs & maintenance

AZ Auto Repair and Body did a great job on our car! We took our Volvo in for some body and paint work and we couldn t be more pleased. It looks every bit as good as new. Every person we talked to and worked with here was helpful and professional. Their estimate was reasonably priced and they completed the work just when they said they would. Had a big dent and some scratches on my car, Amir took it in and him and his guys did a great job. Car looks brand new, it was fast and he even put the finishing touches at the end when I arrived. Stay away from this auto shop they are super thieves and threats to the poor. They choose who they want and if they don t want you they will rip you. They held my vehicle and I had to pay them $1709 for nothing saying is diagnostic charges since I wasn t able to afford $11,000 to fix my rear passenger door. They took off my tires to check fuel pump which we did not agree of while telling me my fuel pump was broken. Once they had I wasn t ready for these charges they charged me for storage fees and threatened to sell my vehicle. I sent my brother with a towing and they gave him a car without tires returned in. He did all the job himself and tow due to over waiting charged me extra. These people will never go off my minds. I wish I can get a help
