I was visiting from out of state for a wedding and my car started having some major issues. I was really nervous about finding someone to fix it but these guys were super personable and honest from the start. I am so impressed that they were able to look at it right away and diagnose the problems. I ended up paying less than I expected and they really went above and beyond to make everything safe and ready for my long drive back home. I really appreciate businesses that operate like family and take care of their customers. Thank you so much!

Really happy with the service. Had issues with my vehicle and I shopped around. Autobahn was super quick to respond and easy to discuss the details. They diagnosed my vehicle, were transparent with the details, and finished up all within a day. They even drove my vehicle back home when I was working!The experience was great as the shop worked with my overall schedule. I did not have to take time off, puzzle piece my schedule, etc. Reach out to this shop if your vehicle ever needs to be looked in to.

I was looking for a good place to take my 2019 Audi Q7 for oil changes and regular maintenance. I stumbled upon Autobahn Imports and decided to try them based on the reviews. So glad I did. They are reasonably priced, way cheaper then the dealership, and they also did a thorough inspection.

Recently bought a vehicle with service records from this shop. Service records show air filters replaced 1k miles ago. After buying the truck I went to check them and they definitely had not been replaced. I did not have work done here just unhappy with them updating service records without actually doing the work. This does not say the work they do is bad, would just ask they only list services completed.

Took my Audi S5 in for a fuel issue. Jimi and the team at Autobahn quickly diagnosed it as the Fuel control module and fixed the problem. Jimi is honest and upfront and will take care of you.

I could not recommend a Autobahn more!! They were awesome from start to finish, I was in a really bad situation with my car and they talked me through everything being extremely helpful. I felt like they were very honest and I was getting the best deal. I will only take my car to them going forward, I got my car back in perfect condition in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them also, I really appreciated how communicative Jimmy was with me. He really listened and answered all of my questions!

Quick diagnosis, thorough, great at communicating and gave thorough responses. Don't be thrown off by the "office building" setting of the location, they're legit and worth the visit if you want a better experience than some of the chain or dealorship mechanics.

I had many incredible experiences at this car shop! From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to address all my concerns. This is definitely my go-to place for any future car repairs or maintenance. Highly recommend!

My initial experience with Autobahn Imports was awesome, and as a result, they will be getting all my future business. It was the first time utilizing anyone other than the dealership, so I had some reservations. All my concerns were quickly dispelled by the service that they provided. The customer service was exceptional, and they were extremely responsive to my questions and repaired my car very quickly. Autobahn was also were very transparent with repair needs and costs. Amazing customer service, and fair prices for the work done. I got timely updates as they worked on my car, and they were always ready to answer any questions I had. They got my Mustang all cleaned up and passed emissions. Thanks guys!

This was our second experience with Autobahn Imports. After the excellent service we received following my wife's breakdown, I knew we could trust Autobahn Imports. Two weeks ago her catalytic converter was stolen and after receiving a quote from the insurance company we contacted Autobahn to complete the service. Somehow they were able to procure the parts 4 weeks before the anticipated delivery date. This shop receives my highest recommendations.Services: Exhaust, Oil change

Man, great place to get work done! Took my E350 here to get my headlights replaced, they even checked out my problem with my ignition and informed me about a leak I had. I had a great experience with the Autobahn Imports team. Jimil was very professional and really made me feel like my business was appreciated. They went above and beyond and let me know about a few other unexpected issues with my BMW. An easy to follow report was sent to me to review and I had the choice to decide on what of the recommended fixes I wanted to pursue. Jimil took the time to explain each problem in detail. The team then prioritized my vehicle to ensure I could make it to work after two short days. I am so happy about the service I received recently from Autobahn on my Audi A7. The service team was so friendly and helpful! I was having trouble with my tire pressure for weeks, had a blowout, and needed a new tire and wheel and an oil change. They took care of it so quickly and at a much better price than other shops I got a quote from. My car is driving way smoother than it was before getting work done here! I'll definitely be back for service in the future. I'm located south of Phoenix but it's still well worth the drive. Highly recommend!!

I am SO impressed with Autobahn! The professionalism Jimil exhibited from start to finish was superb. I was in dire need of some car maintenance but due to my work schedule, it was very hard for me to get to a shop. He offered to pick my car up from my office and brought my car back! It could not have been simpler and more convenient for me. Couldn t tell you how grateful I was for the above and beyond service I was given. Absolutely amazing, all I can say, car was fixed right the first time and at a reasonable cost, they serviced my mother in-laws car as well and I wouldn't trust that to just anyon!!! This place is my go to for all my mechanic needs they are reliable honest and are always there for my mechanic needs. I have several cars and they handle and treat every one of them efficiently they work on Maseratis as well so I have a peace of mind that they know what there doing will all my vehicles best shop in town! Jimmie is very attentive and always keeps me in the loop and answers all questions I have immediately he is the best! I brought my VW Jetta in for a transmission flush and fill back in November. I couldn't have been happier with how efficient the process was from booking the appointment to having my car serviced. Gabe serviced my car. He was very kind and professional and got the work done within the estimated time. Jimil followed up to check in with how the service was and how my car was running. I don't have any complaints with the service received at AutoBahn Imports and will bring my car here for all future maintenance and repairs.Service: Transmission

Id recommend Autobahn imports to anybody and everybody I know .. they are very HONEST , and I feel like they ain't out to get you for anything extra but what your car is in need of ..I had brought my mercedes S class in for some work .. and now I'm a returning customer because of how honest and how much knowledge they can provide you about your vehicle came back with my mercedes e350 today for some work definitely one of the best import shops I've ever dealt with .. 10/10 THANKS Jimmy

So everyone knows Phoenix summers are the Worst. My truck was, of course, doing a funny thing with the AC that it wasn t doing before on a Regular day and God forbid, we CAN NOT GO without an AC in Phoenix summers. Anyway, I took it in to a new machanic on faith and THANK goodness I did. Gabe was so knowledgeable and took care of the truck. Management worked with me on the price and my kids thanks Autobahn for them not sweating in a Cadillac Escalade anymore!!

I had a breakdown on my Mitsubishi outlander on the 10. I got it towed over to Autobahn Imports and my experience could not have been better. I got my alternator replaced & basic maintenance. They sent an inspection report showing me what my car needed with pictures so I knew I wasn't getting screwed over. Gabe and his crew did an outstanding job on our nissan titan. they picked it up at a compeitors and saved us about 1400.00, they also were prompt and were very professional and delivered above and beyond. i intend to use them in the future and will recommend Autobahn to everyone i know. I had my water pump go out on my truck and took it to autobahn imports and they did a great job in a timely manner. Personally, I had a great experience with Autobahn Imports and Jimil. They really helped me out when I originally got a quote from another auto shop where my car was located to get the A/C fixed. I decided to get a second opinion and Jimil looked over the quote and saved me a couple thousand dollars!! I greatly appreciate the staff and Jimil for helping me get back on the road! I just moved to Phoenix from a small town in Wyoming. Coming to this shop, I was greeted by the most friendly staff. The city is different than the country and this shop knows how to make someone feel welcome who knows nothing about cars. I was given a quote on my jeep from an accident and I was able to get what I needed ordered. This shop was friendly, quick, honest, and efficient.

I took my Mazda 3 into the shop after a collision I was in. There were some mechanical issues that needed to be addressed. They were very respectful and helped me understand what was wrong with my car also used Original Manufactured Parts!
