My family has been going to Ivan for car problems for years. Whenever I needed an oil change, I would go there. However, this time I needed to fix my rear brake pads and the related parts. I had a really good experience with them. They were able to fix my problem on the same day I dropped off my car, and they finished by noon. They even allowed me to pay with both cash and card. Now that I have my car back, I can definitely feel a difference when I brake. The pedal feels cushioned and not harsh. If you're in need of car care, this is the best place to go. The staff are so friendly, and they offer great service at an affordable price! Excellent job, Exclusive Car Care!

This shop knows they are taking care of peoples cars and people! They have always treated me and my family right. I like to do simple repairs on my own so whenever I need to take my car here, it s usually because something went really wrong. They have always been able to fix it and usually their work comes with a warranty! I have had to use it once on a transmission and it came in handy! Finally a free warranty that you ll actually use

If I could give zero stars, I would. I m not sure how this place is still in business. I m also not sure where they got people to leave 5 star reviews unless these people are friends and family. The shop existing for 30+ years shows how much they rip people off or disabled veterans like myself off so they could stand. You know that saying underpaid and over qualified ? Well it s the exact opposite, they are overpaid and under qualified. They like to treat you like you have no idea what you re looking at when they have no idea who you are and what you ve done in your life. As a woman, they were extremely condescending and extremely rude. Every chance they had to make me feel worse they did. I went there thinking they were honest people but left being deceived and a car they made worse. Please avoid this shop the best you can. Man or woman, they will remind you how they are the experts and that you have no idea what you re talking about because you don t work there. SMH avoid avoid avoid. After 30+ years, they need to be condemned and shut down. Avoid if you re looking to repair through your insurance and if you receive VA assistance. Any shop would be better to give your money to than here.Edit: the leak they couldn t figure out was by their own work. I didn t have a leak coming in and wasn t sure why they saw one but it makes sense. They didn t tighten the clamps correctly. For someone they tried to make feel incompetent, I sure was able to find that leak alone and fix it. I know I m a woman but I was a gas turbine mechanic once in the navy. My attention to detail will never leave me nor would my integrity and honor. Can t say the same for the shop. Paul and Ivan, you guys need to do better or just close up if you guys don t care to do your job.

I ve been coming here for years and I love the service. I highly recommend this place. I m real careful where I go for my car cause I m scared of getting cashed out, yet who isn t. This place has its reasonable price and always look forward to their coupons they deliver thru mail as well. It is worth the drive to come here.

It was my first time taking any truck here. I had an oil leak on one and a coolant leak on another of my company vehicles and Paul was able to get them both in immediately to diagnose and make the necessary repairs to get my employee back on the road safely.. What made this business stand out to me was their integrity, honesty and kindness. They communicated with me about the status of my car through the whole process and made sure that things were done right. They worked with me through my concerns, answered any questions I had and kept me in the loop. And they went to multiple extents to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. If anything were to happen to my car while I m in Phoenix I would come back - they are trustworthy, hardworking and show care and respect for their clients. I started using these guys about a year ago after a recommendation by another trusted retiring shop owner/friend. I ve been back for my third time now getting work done on two different cars and I ve been very satisfied every time. I m fairly knowledgeable about cars and feel strongly that they were and are quoting and doing only the work that needs to be done. I feel pretty confident they re doing the job right. I really strive to have a mechanic I can trust. I haven't cared in the past if they were the best in town, just so I can trust what they recommend for my vehicle. These guys are great. It's nice to find great technicians that I can also trust! We will definitely use them again.

I recently took my 2016 Kia Sportage in for a 2nd opinion on work Kia had informed me was required being that My warranty had expired. I called and spoke with Paul Bloomberg the Service Technician, who asked that I take my vehicle in the next day. Upon arrival the mechanic evaluated my vehicle and to my surprise mySUV did not require all the maintenance the dealership informed me it required over $4000.00 in repairs. Paul asked I leave it to get it repaired that same day, I hadn't planned on getting it repaired that day, therefore I did not have a ride home. The owner Ivan offered to drive me home. As I sat in the Lobby waiting to get my car inspected I spoke to another customer who informed me she had been going there for over 20 years, not only her but also her children and friends go there. Both Paul and Ivan knew all their customers by their name I can truly say I've found my auto shop for my vehicle for the remainder of its life. I highly recommend them to everyone reading my review. They are honest, proffesional, informative, fair and reasonable prices. I have not wasted any time in spreading the word of how impressed I I'm with my experience with Exclusive Car Care that I've been sharing their business with friends and anyone who I come in contact with. Exclusive Car Care is more than a 5 star business .
