Anytime Auto Glass and Tint was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend to anyone needing their windshield replaced or tinting. The entire process was really fast and easy. Kari helped set up my appointment. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable; knew all the answers to my many questions. The installer was also great; fast and friendly. The glass and tint were both high quality. Thanks again!

I had taken my car to the dealership and they had an Any Time Auto Glass service advisor there, by the name of Chase. Chase handled getting my insurance company on the phone, and took care of submitting the claim within minutes.I had a huge crack across my front windshield, and with the replacement I was able to get window tint across the top of my wind shield as well. When I picked up my car from the dealership, my windshield had been replaced, and everything was done at one location. Chase was efficient and professional, and I would highly recommend Any Time Auto Glass!!!

I took my car to Toyota Peoria for some routine maintenance & asked if i was able to get my glass fixed out of convenience. Anytime Auto replaced my damaged windshield while at the dealer for my other items making this a very seamless and super easy process! The glass was installed perfectly! Highly recommend.

We are from Florida but we're in the Phoenix area in our RV with a broken windshield. We called up to find out about replacement then to make arrangements and we're extremely pleased with how simple Pat and Grace made it. We also had a tight time frame or we would have to stay longer than scheduled which affected other travel plans and they worked really hard to get us fit in and done within a time frame that wouldn't impact our plan travel. Excellent job and very reasonable price for what it was I highly recommend this place. Thank you for such great service and work.

The overall experience was not good. It started fine. I was having the glass replaced while at the dealership. That was good. However the black seal on the passenger side started to peel off quickly and was effecting the calibration of my glass. I contacted them and sent pictures of the problem. They were able to schedule the technician to come back out easily and this was to be done at my home. They confirmed my address and I had a window of 10-2. At around 11 I received a call from them asking to confirm my address and I was told the tech was on his way and would be there shortly. After an hour and no one showed up or called I called back. I was told there was an error on my original claim and they defaulted the address to go to as the car dealership. I asked why I was not called when this happened and she didn t say anything . I was told that he was at the dealership and was then asked to go to the dealership. I said I was expecting this to be at my house. The rep then told me that this mix up was really causing THEM problems and that they would probably have to reschedule to avoid further conflicts. For them?? Really?? I was increasingly frustrated because the woman was giggling when she talked to me, like this was funny. This was not and I said as much. I said no and made the decision to go to the dealer-shop and told the woman to make sure he stayed there and I would get there in 15 minutes. I arrived at the dealership and spoke to my dealership rep and he said the guy was gone. My rep then called the glass place and the guy had already left but would come back I had to wait. I then found out from the dealership rep when this started instead of calling me they called the dealer rep because they had his phone number listed and not mine. I didn t have a problem with the initial error, things happen, but everything that happened after was unacceptable. It was very disappointing and not one time during any of this did I get an apology for all the errors, mix ups, and inconvenience. The glass may be fine, but i would not use them again and will share with others. The dealership is also aware of this mess.

I don't remember anyone's names but everyone involved from the scheduler to the installer did a great job. It was easy to schedule and pay over the phone and express my exact needs. The installer was communicative and prompt. Installation was quick. I'm very pleased and will definitely use them again if necessary.Highly recommended

I will always come back to the shop. I brought in both of my trucks and I didn't catch the techs names, for a windshield replacement on both my frontier and my old dodge truck, if I could give this shop 10/10 I would in a heart beat. thanks again Rachel and Molly for all your hard work.

Quick, easy, professional and easy are just some words to describe them. Exceptional service and communication. and it doesn t end there, I was told if any chips happen I could come back to get fixed or they could come to me.Price to fix was lower than other estimates I received

Very courteous. They repaired my glass at the dealership while it was there for recalls. Quick and easy with no issues and they also have mobile equipment to adjust the cameras for the automatic cruise control cameras in the windshield as well. Thank you, to all that helped me.

It was a pleasure working with Bonnie at Anytime Auto Glass. She assisted me with the replacement of my windshield, they were cost efficient and the turnaround to get the work done was fast. John came out to my home and did a great job. I would definitely recommend their service. The experience from beginning to end was GREAT!!

Anytime Auto Glass and Tint were very communicative, had great customer service, and did a great job with my installation. The process was estimated to take a total of about 6 hours which during that time I would need to pick my daughter up from school. They were super accommodating and scheduled the install for one part and the calibration for another day. The day of install comes and my daughter ends up staying home sick from school. So I asked the installer if he could have someone come the same day rather than splitting the day. He was able to call into his office and someone for the calibration was at my house within the hour. They never made me feel like I was asking for too much. I can t appreciate them enough. Highly recommend for their professionalism and understanding that life happens.

I had my car scheduled for maintenance at the dealership. I received a call from this company who was there. I had been ignoring a crack in my windshield because I didn t want to deal with making an appt with an autoglass company and waiting for a long time while they fixed it etc. so when they said they could work on it right away I jumped on the chance. I really appreciated them dealing with my insurance company and handling my replacement while it was already over there so I didn t have to go out of my way later on.

Absolutely love this glass company! I came into Avondale Toyota to get regular service done and they saw my windshield was cracked. I had been going back and forth with insurance trying to get a mobile service out to replace it without any luck. Anytime tells me they have the glass there in stock and can do it during my service appointment. We called my insurance and 5 minutes later I was on my way. I come back 5 hours later from work and my 4Runner now has a new windshield along with all the other items done that needed service. Super happy with the whole experience with this glass company and Avondale Toyota!

I have used Anytime 4 times in as many years. They have come to my house to change the glass for both my car and my husband s car at the same time. They came to my work to change my glass while I was working. Rachel is very responsive. She always has my claim submitted the same day the damage occurs, and my glass changed and cameras calibrated within the week. For better or for worse, I have her on speed dial!

Ivory was courteous, clearly explained my options and I told him I didn't have time too go through the process since I had other obligations. He took care of insurance contact, form and put my insurance company on the phone to verify and finish the administrative process. He did the work while I was drying off my car at the car wash. Quick, efficient and professional

It was so easy to work with Anytime Auto Glass. When I pulled into the service center he introduced himself and handed me his business card. He helped me talk to my insurance and quickly said he can do it for much less than the deductible so no need to file a claim. He gave me a quote and they did a great job for the same amount.

Great service and really nice people.Kevin was such an expert windshield installer. He was extremely cautious of my brand new paint on an old car in fixing up. I really appreciate Kevin. Great guy too!Also, Mike is the nicest, most honest and transparent guy I've ever met.These people deserve business for sure. A+ service.

Good experience. The replacement crew was on time and very efficient and the gentleman they sent out to do the reprogramming of the sensors and such was very quick and efficient as well. Everyone polite and professional and got me back on the road quickly. My replacement was on a 2023 Hyundai Elantra.

Came across them when I worked at Toyota. I have been using them every time my windshield needs to be replaced. They call my insurance and take care of that side for me and all I have to do is schedule a day and time for them to come by. I am really really happy with the customer service and the service overall! Thank you Anytime Auto Glass!

I give them 5 stars because I had Shane as my sales guy (not sure his title but the contact person). He helped me every step of the way. I had questions, he was friendly and patient with me. I have a 2024 and the windshield was on back order. Shane kept giving me updates. He become frustrated that it took so long so I felt I didn t have to be frustrated. As for the tint on the front, I added some to it, well it was part of my order. To be honest I can t tell. It looks like how my old windshield was so I don t know if I have it. To be honest, I m just happy to finally got it in as it took 2 and half months to get it in. I will for sure use them again.

I usually take my care to safelite but decided to try out Anytime Auto Glass because they worked with the Toyota dealership. I was surprised that they offered a service where they come to your home to do the installation and calibration. It was so convenient! It was also covered by insurance. I ll definitely be using them again.

Very pleased with my experience with this business. Through, professional, helpful! I had little to do on my own. They contacted my insurancecompany on a three way call and helped me walk through the process on the phone. Then they took over and completed the job. The vehicle was ready shortly afterwards!

Windshield replacement, tint removal and installation done on my suv in less than 2 hours. Looks fantastic! I was offered a loaner vehicle which luckily I didn t need. Excellent service. Recommend to all!

The process of getting my windshield replaced was a breeze from start to finish with Anytime Auto Glass. The phone representative even called my insurance company while I was on the line to coordinate. That is always such a hassle. Not this time ! Once the claim was approved through my insurance they came out quickly and replaced the windshield. Everyone from the gal I spoke with on the phone to the two guys that came out to my home (one to replace and one to recalibrate) were kind, prompt and professional. How nice to not have to go to their shop ! It was a really good experience. Thanks AAG !
