I was referred to this shop after a car accident for repair. They did a nice job on repairing my vehicle and keeping me up to date with the repair. I never had to wonder when my car would be fixed because I got that link to check on the repair and when I called everyone was nice and friendly. Overall I had a good experience and would totally recommend

I was referred to Altra and when I called I spoke with Casey and he set up the appointment to get an estimate... When I came in I was welcomed in by Brock and from there on it was wonderful. I got the estimate with ease , he had the scheduler call me and I brought my car in and I was text the progress everyday and also received phone calls . I am very impressed with the whole business. Look no further if you have to have body work done on your vehicle. Very reasonable and outstanding workLRG

Took my SUV to Altra for a little road rash repair and painting. Price was reasonable (paid out of pocket), customer service was excellent with daily communication on the progress of my vehicle. Finally, the finished product was outstanding. I would definitely use Altra again, though I hope I won't need to.

I very seldomly write reviews however I picked my car up from Altra a few days ago and can t rave enough about them . I dropped of my car that had been side swiped just before I was leaving town for a few weeks with about 6 K in damages . Altra came Very highly recommended to me and oh my gosh they did not disappoint . My car was fixed flawlessly . It looked like a brand new car when I picked it up . Casey kept me informed all the way through and was very professional , efficient and friendly at the same time , There were an issue with my Insurance company and Casey handled any problem that needed to be handled . Thank you Altra for the amazing service you provided me with.

Everything about this place is great! Would highly recommend if you are needing a repair shop. They were upfront from start to finish on how their process worked with the insurance and parts. My car looks amazing!

Altra Collision Center was fantastic. It was one of the easiest and best experiences I have had in awhile. My estimator Brock Wilson made things simple. I would highly ask for Brock. Altra provided the most skilled and professional collision body work transaction that I've ever experienced. I've never had better communication with a shop. They will always keep you up to date with your cars process. Very helpful and friendly as well.

Casey was extremely helpful with my claim. It turned out they were able to repair the damages for less than my deductible!! Super happy, I was able to get it fixed and not have it hit my insurance! They were on time with the repairs as well as keeping the original quoted price. We are very happy with Altra and their staff and quality of workmanship.Service: Body & Trim

I highly recommend Altra for all of your collision needs. They are amazing. The customer service was amazing. The work they did was perfect. They went above and beyond walking through this whole situation. They work with insurance companies and made this extremely easy. They updated me the entire time and finished the job on time. They even worked with the rental company and were able to have them pick up the rental car. I looked at other places and Altra blew them all away with their customer service. It is hard finding good customer service these days and this place is on point. Great job Altra!!! Great Job.

HORRIBLE quality, do not take your car here! I have had it fixed THREE times and it is still not right. The first time my fender was replaced and came back with two scratches so before looking the car over, it was sent back. When I went to pick it up the second time, I got home and discovered paint was mismatched, they forgot to fix parts of the car (side mirror, windshield, undercarriage damage) and did not put all of my tire sensors back on (which caused my tire sensors to go off). Third pickup revealed windshield was not sealed (so light and water can get through and cause damage inside my car), undercarriage was still shredded on parts, passenger side door was misaligned and did not close properly, and the fender was not placed on right (leaving a significant gap under my headlight and was not even clipped in on passenger side). The owner called me personally the second time and stated everything would be made right and he would check it over, he also offered a detail which I thought was very nice. Based on the existing damage, I am going to assume he did not check it over. Car was washed and waxed (thank you) but was no means a detail (parts of interior were still in the same condition as before as there was still dirt and marks visible). I just want to caution everyone strongly before coming here. This has been almost a month ordeal and it s still not resolved- I want to spare anyone else this headache.

They do an amazing job I recommend they fixed up my husband s car and we loved the outcome came out like new!! Staff is really nice and outgoing, the location is really nice you can see it a mile away. I would recommend to put an trash can outside though so people can throw their trash away and not in the parking out a lot of cups and bottles other than that is fine. The owner Roger really nice person!!Service: Painting

I had a great experience with Casey and Altra Collision. They did a wonderful job fixing my Audi Q5 after I was sideswiped. I highly recommend them for any auto body work, they were very helpful with dealing with insurance and rental car as well!

I recently used Altra Collision at the recommendation of a local mechanic. I thought the service and communication were excellent. Casey looked at my vehicle, immediately checked on parts availability, and gave me a quote which was at least 1/3 less than what I was quoted elsewhere. They had my vehicle into the shop within a week, and Casey kept me updated throughout the process. The work was completed in 4 days, and was done beautifully. Upon pickup, the car looked brand new, and was immaculately clean both inside and out. Fortunately, I haven't had the need to have this type of work done in many years, but if the need ever arises again, this will be the shop of my choosing. Thank you Casey & team for a job well done. I would highly recommend using Altra for any body work. The customer service was outstanding from the estimate to the work being completed. After a wreck that more or less resulted in the front passenger side wheel of my car being SHEERED OFF, I thought I would never drive this car again. Enter the fine folks at Altra Collision. After a period of examination, they determined the car COULD be repaired, for a price, of course. My insurance provider (the one with the lizard) simply dismissed my case as a "total loss" after keeping me guessing for well over a week. A few strongly worded emails and voicemails later, (expletives are overrated) the repair process was underway.The team at Altra Collison was phenomenal. As repairs progressed, I was provided with progress updates, and kept informed of expected completion even as a couple setbacks arose. The old Ronco slogan "Set it and forget it" was the impression perceived.Upon receipt of my car, I was awestruck (and not by the list of parts replaced either!) by the quality and attention to detail during the repairs. The car looks and drives better than before the wreck! It is almost like it never happened. Hey Google? Play "The Memory Remains" by Metallica."Do it right the first time," my Mom would often remind me as a kid. Hands down the best place you can take your car for repair. Most places try and stick it to your insurance for every last penny. Altra's owner is the most down to earth and respectable guy in this field. I will be going back from here on out.
