Went in 15 mins before close, no line, hassle free. Was in and out in about 7 minutes, definitely saved me time. Every time I've been this location I've been in and out in within a 15 minute time frame. Highly recommended if you are in a press for time.

Charged me $17 for an emissions test that failed due to low voltage on obd2 port and unable to communicate. Took my vehicle to Lexus where they were able to scan my vehicle just fine. Waited about a week and went to emissions closer to my house and passed. They did not charge me another $17 either.

Went during the week, and it wasn't too busy, only a couple cars ahead of me. I was there roughly twenty minutes or so. The testing was pretty fast, about three to five minutes. They make you turn off and on your car make sure the engine light comes off after ignition. Then you sit and wait in a small booth a couple minutes, make the payment, and they'll print out your car test results.

Soooo incredibly easy, the staff were very professional and nice. Coming from the Midwest, I ve never had to do emissions testing so I had no clue what to do but the guy working there walked me through the whole thing. All types of payment accepted. I would estimate it took 5 min total (no line).

It seems to have the shortest wait of anywhere so it's worth the drive.

Very professional. I usually go to a different location. I tried this since it was just a little further, but there was no line.

Make sure your OBD port isn't loose or dangling. My truck failed because the connector that they plug their computer up to was loose. I literally just clicked it back in to place....it took like 2 seconds but they already failed me. All they had to do was snap it back in to place but they failed me instead and told me to come back in a couple days. I know places have rules but something like that? I'm sure if I was some young lady wearing a short skirt and heels they probably would've snapped it into place lol

Normally I have a good experience with this place. Today was not that day. Some jerk of a guy tried to lecture me instead of focusing on customer service. I exited the vehicle and was asked to open my hood to my Hummer H2. This guy already put up the the chocks and necessary hardware in the front of my vehicle making it awkward to get to the front of my SUV. I got the drivers side unlocked and had to walk around the back of my SUV to undo the latches on the passenger side. When I got there another tech was there to tell me the same thing. What? Are you guys not communication to each other? Why did you think I was walking to the passenger side? I've been coming there for smogs for years. I told the second tech that I was aware and to give me a moment I know what to do.. I'm a vet with a number of disabilities including mobility impaired so I walk slowly. When I go back to the drivers side to get my service dog out of the vehicle the first tech tells me I need to calm down and not talk so loud. OK, all of the noise from the emissions testing and I can barely hear myself talk and these guys are wearing earplugs that filter the noise. I tell this tech to back off and provide me service and not lecture me when you are not fully aware of what going on. I watch the first tech stumble around not knowing what to do to smog my vehicle. Grabbing hoses with wrong attachments and scratching his head over other aspect of making the vehicle ready for testing. The second tech must have been a supervisor and stepped in and we were able to get back in sync and I was outta there in 15 minutes. The whole initial encounter was a very negative and unnecessary. If the first tech was a newbie, then he ought to be taught how to focus on customer service and not try to lecture disabled veterans and grown folk twice their age. If it wasn't for the unpleasant encounter, I would have rated 5 stars.

Fast and easy but confusion amongst the workers due to ticket machine not working and sending people back around in a never ending circle. But once there it was fast friendly service and I was in and out.

Quick, professional. If you're able to, recommend mid-day, lines were short and I spent maybe 15 minutes waiting. Quick to put out results, was able to register my vehicle within 10 minutes of leaving.

This was not my first time at this location. It can get pretty busy so I suggest getting there early in the morning. I went around 0800. The process was easy and fast. It took less than 10 minutes to get my emissions test completed. The technician was professional as well.
