Douglas and Keith were so helpful. Excellent service and I will definitely go there again. Travis, Sean and Austin the tow truck drivers were also excellent. Jordan from Phoenix Battery Service wasn't helpful at all.

I came here for an oil change and to see if my tire could be patched from a puncture. While the tire was unable to be repaired, I received a vehicle health report and short waiting times. John and Keath were both great. They didn t try to oversell me anything or recommend any unnecessary pricey services (this happened a lot to me as a single woman bringing her car in historically). They both went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, and I received a discount on services because of my AAA membership. I have already booked another appointment to change my filters at my convenience. Thanks guys.

I want to take the time to leave a review which I rearly do. Keith and the owner have a lot of respect for cars. Both are very knowledgeable I can tell. Great customer service. Friendly atmosphere! If you LOVE your car or truck bring it here and they will take care of you! Very fair pricing. Much respect to a professional business and service. I feel confident my issues were resolved with my automobile. Glad to have a Tripple AAA in my neighborhood. Thank you very very much!James

I can't say anything bad about the staff. Scott especially was awesome and provided us with timely updates and was very helpful.The reason my review isn't 5 stars is because someone broke into my gasoline tank to siphon gas on the AAA property after the tow truck driver brought it there, which caused significant damage and cost more money to fix and delayed getting my car back by an additional week.When I called management about this, it took me 4 days of calling to finally get a call back and they said they have a sign outside that essentially says anything bad that happens to the cars is not their responsibility, which for one is something no one who had their car towed there would see, and two, should not be the companies stance. Yes, the location is in a bad area, but then AAA needs to provide security or gates to protect vehicles from being broken into. AAA offered no resolution or help outside of charging me for the repairs that were needed because of what happened on their property.

This new AAA repair location was great. Very thorough evaluation and thoughtful recommendations as to what should or could be fixed on an older vehicle. Repaired on time with no issues. Nice responsive staff. Decent prices.

We have had multiple repairs and maintenance at AAA East Thomas Road. They are professional and thorough and always expedite work in a timely manner. I feel like I can trust them, which is hard to come by. Keith has gone above and beyond a couple of times and has a reassuring way about him, but also creates wisely reasonable expectations.We moved here from NY and had a couple unpleasant experiences before finding this garage. Overall exceptional service. Keath and Douglas were kind, knowledgeable, and truthful about the issues with my car and had it fixed timely. 10/10 would recommend them. I also got 10% off for being a AAA member. Really appreciated their kindness and excellent customer service during a stressful time.

I had my car towed to the shop. I spoke with Kristina from the very beginning. She was absolutely fantastic! She kept in touch with me and went out of her way to help me. She offered to help me find a rental car if I needed and also offered to help me with towing to get the car out of the shop. I would recommend the shop based on her customer service. I have never had a shop want to get two quotes on repairs to compare!! Thank you so much Kristina!! I hope they give you a raise!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

I first came a few months ago for an oil change because the place I usually go to changed their policy to doing synthetic only. I appreciate that AAA told me that's nonsense and continues to give me a conventional oil change at a really good price. Keath is great. He checked my tires out for a leak and told me to contact the place I purchased them from rather than sell me a new one. The one auto repair place I know for sure will not rip me off.

Very happy with this AAA center. They did a very thorough examination not just regarding the issue I visited for, but evaluated 50 different areas of my vehicle. They gave me a list with areas that were functioning perfecting, areas I might want to fix eventually, and ones that were more concerning to fix sooner rather than later. And they were not pushy trying to get me to fix a million things at once. The member discount is great, and being able to be picked up and dropped off is very helpful. Keith and the woman who helped run things are both very helpful and great customer service.

AAA was amazing to me. I rarely say that but I had a minor tire problem and they helped me from start to finish. Kristina at the desk was very helpful, she called me with updates, let me use the Lyft system to come get my vehicle. They put really good tires as replacements on as well. The service was beyond 5* and I ll be coming back to AAA on Thomas in the future!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I took my son's car in because his engine light was light on. Keath was so helpful from the beginning of my experience to the end. Very unhelpful services & the manager Douglas was rude, interrupted when spoken to, very unprofessional, even after informing what had been done to vehicle still proceeds to give outcome which part was already replaced twice. Wouldn't listen & didn't care to listen. Just wanted to say this is what it's telling me & you can either fix it or not & if that's not the problem will check it again & charge you more for a misdiagnose. Manger Douglas stated to never return to location as well. Prices are just as much as a dealership unless you have a membership. So if you can afford it I would recommend going to a dealership instead

AAA AUTO repair is now my go to auto repair shop! Kristina was so awesome and helpful in walking me through everything that was being done to my car, why it was being done, and how much before I even committed! Excellent service! Did oil chg./no tire rotation-I forgot to ask. I was waiting there & they txt' me-weird? I believe they look at the high mileage & list work that may have already been done. I've owned the f150 4x4 ecoboost, about 1&1/2 yr. & put maybe 5k miles on it. Oh well.

Today 8/19/22 Asked for an oil change, replace a brake light bulb and replace fuse so car charger would work $ 215.89 took them 5 hours and I still don't have a working car charger but they were happy to provide me a list of everything else that they said I needed to the tune of over $ 3500.00. If they weren't so busy making that list and trying to get me to pay over $700.00 to replace what they said was leaking coolant hoses perhaps I would have a working car charger. Had there been coolant in my drivewayI may have believed them.Service: Oil change
