Just the time my "change oil" light came on I received a special offer from AAA so decided to take advantage of it and I'm so happy I did! From the moment I entered the shop and checked in I was treated like my oil change was a $10K job!! The front desk person was exceptionally welcoming and kept me informed as the job progressed and recommendations made by the tech. Will definitely return to this shop!

Had to replace car battery was fast and easy. Less than 30 min.Tow truck driver came gave car battery jump very nice person to deal with. All the people that work there were very nice and help full.Chuck II

Amazing services. I struggle with finding mechanics and I'm always worried about being scammed but they were extremely helpful and thorough. I even had a coupon that helped with the cost. Our service person, Jimmy Inada, was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable. He did his absolute best to update me every step of the way and I would 1000% bring my car back here again. I now recommend them every time someone asks me about a mechanic.

I went in for an oil advertised for $29.95. I called and told the guy I wanted the 29.95 oil change. He gave me an appt. I went at the agreed time. They performed the service. It was only when I got home did I realize that they charged me 39.95. They never once asked if I had a coupon. Since I thought I booked the service at 29,95, that's what I thought I'd get. Very unhappy with that!Service: Oil change

Asked for a brake fluid flush and HVAC evac and recharge. They charged me for an hvac diagnostic I didn t want and a brake flush they didn t bother doing. I had to do the brake flush again elsewhere to have it actually performed. Attached a photo of the brake fluid after they supposedly flushed the system. Absolutely abysmal service. My car overheated on the way home from work and it was towed to this location since it was the closest to my house. It took almost a week for me to get my car back and there were CONSTANT delays and broken promises. Not only that, but only a fee days later the oil change light comes on in my car. I am cancelling my AAA membership. This is ridiculous!

So nice to know we have honest, kind and professional mechanics/AAA facility in our neighborhood. Quickly diagnosed and repaired. Just had a water pump replaced and oil change in the past. We have already referred to friends, family and neighbors. Great facility including every single person we came in contact with. Had my 3 year-old battery checked; still good!! I thought it was better than being stuck with a dead battery and calling AAA@ Also got information on their insurance. Everyone there very helpful and professional.

I brought in my 2001 Cadillac for air conditioning service because it was blowing warm. I got a call from Jimmy after a couple of hours that I had a couple problems that they were going to fix. He was very nice, answered all my questions and kept me informed about the process. The vehicle was finished the next day and I went to pick it up. As I was driving home, I realized that it was blowing warm still. I turned around and had them look at it again. Turns out it still had some leaks that hadn t been apparent earlier. He told me those would be fixed and I d be on my way. There were some complications and he asked if I could leave it overnight. I agreed and went home. The next day he called and assured me it was fixed after they added more parts and more diagnostics at no charge to me. I picked up the car and it has the coldest a/c I ve ever experienced. This place is great, I highly recommend and Jimmy is a superstar and this business is lucky to have him. If I could I would give 10 stars. Thank you AAA!Service: A/C installation & repair

This place absolutely saved me today, in more ways than one. My air conditioning wasn't working properly and, as you can imagine during an Arizona summer, it was misery, especially considering that I have a 2 hour commute in total. I had folks telling me I needed to replace all kinds of things requiring well over $1500 just to TRY to fix it, which was completely unrealistic for me. They got me in same day, and got my AC running like new, helping me stay within my financial confines. John was in contact with me every step of the way and I can safely say I have never had a repair experience so painless. Thank you SO much for making something that can be so overwhelming so much more manageable.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

this time i was very disappointed car delivered with greasy carpet floor mats. then the price of the work was $300.00 higher than arrowhead cadillac.i have been a customer there for some time but this is not acceptable.

Very warm and welcoming front desk personnel. I give 3 stars due to the polite and friendliness. I give 3 because I haven't been serviced, they are backed up and it is more of a drop off service(I am unable to wait the few days). In the future when I try again, I hope to change my rating!

I called AAA auto after receiving a diagnostics elsewhere, the guy on the phone treated me like I didn't know anything and told me that the reason I stated would not be why my check engine light was on. He said I HAD to do a diagnostics with them because the reason I said was not correct. I mentioned this in my customer service complaint and they said it was required to get a diagnostics with AAA to get serviced as protocol but the guy on the phone did not say that was the reason and instead saidthe reason for the diagnostics was that I was wrong about why my check engine light was on. They did the diagnostics for $144 (without specifying this amount when i brought it in) and told me the exact same thing that the other place told me.I'm a young woman who does not know much about cars and feel taken advantage of as they were condescending when I was setting up my appointment. The guy at the desk was perfectly nice but neglected to tell me the diagnostics charge up front. He did not tell me a single number. It showed up on the screen when I was signing so i put two and two together but I found it shady that nobody told me the price it would be up front, out loud. I find it ridiculous that I paid for them to tell me the exact same thing the other diagnostics did even when I explained to them that I already had my car diagnosed. They proceeded each time to tell me that the diagnosis was wrong and the AAA diagnosis would get "right to the source of the problem".After all that, they wanted to charge me $900 to get a transmission fluid change and then "see if that does the trick". I took my car to AAMCO to get an estimate there and got my car serviced for the issue for $360. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but can't help but think they treated me differently due to my being a college-age woman. I was left in the dark for a lot of information and it was very upsetting that I was treated like I was giving them false information when they told me the exact same diagnosis that I told them in the first place.Update: I sent an email to the one they gave in response and no one ever responded back.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

First rate experience with getting car oil replaced and brakes replaced. Great through service by knowledgeable people. In process of oil change AAA discovered brakes were shot. Amazing service and they give you constant updates on your car so you aren't sitting in the dark not knowing whats going on. I would definitely recommend anyone go to this location even if you arent a Triple AAA member.

AAA member for 35 years. Came in with a slow leak to a tire. They said they can't repair a tire. Wth can you do if you can't perform the most basic services?
