I picked up my vehicle and noticed that there is now a curb rash on my wheel and a small chunk of tire cut out from the sidewall. I understand that the techs are required to drive my vehicle after my needed services were performed however I'm incredibly disappointed that there was no proactive accountability, there was no way the tech driving my vehicle didn't feel that rash, which leads me to believe the tech didn't even bother notifying his management team, additionally there was no evaluation by management to identify if the vehicle is in the same condition as it was when it was dropped off, The service performed on my vehicle was a fraction of the price of those wheels and tires and as a customer I would have appreciated my maintenance services to NOT result in more repairs. Unbelievable.

This oil change place advertises it will top off your fluids . Apparently transmission FLUID, power steering FLUID, and brake FLUID is not included. So in essence they will throw some water in your windshield washer bottle and add water to your radiator!!Junky sketchy place! Stay the hell away!

Staff was nice and explained all that was needed and didn't try to sell something that wasn't really needed. Fair price, lower than going to the dealership, and work was done right! They are busy, and recommend making an appointment!

I am a AAA member and got very little for being a member at a AAA repair shop. Was towed beyond my free mileage to this shop and eventually had to have my truck towed from their shop because they quoted me a significant amount more than the dealership did to fix.When my bill was getting close to $8,000 the service manager said he would look into waving the $90 inspection.Too late.

This is where both of our cars go for routine maintenance and any issues we have had. I really trust these guys. Bennie is always available to provide shuttle service. Highly recommend this location.

First time ever. I had a very good experience. It was positive they worked well with the warranty car shield and they had it back to me a day earlier than guesstimated.

I have jumped from place to place for years trying to find a good auto repair shop. The last one I chose and started trusting, put a big oil gasket over a faulty gasket that then it started leaking everywhere after an oil change. I took my car to this AAA expecting a huge problem and they easily fixed the issue and let me know what had happened.Yesterday, I took my car here for a few things that I have been needing to take care of for some time. Tim Hansen was honest and professional again in taking care of me. They offered a shuttle to drop me off at my home as well as a shuttle back to pick up my car. The prices on my repair were less than a previous quote from another company and they finished the job promptly. I feel the whole experience was as good as it could have been when you are spending money on auto repair.I have found my go-to place for fair and honest auto consulting and repair :)

AAA is my go to place for everything automotive. i've bought a car from them; they've referred me to a collision repair shop when my car needed body work, and the repairs are always done perfectly for a fair price. Tim is personable, yet professional. I give the a five star rating,

I keep taking my 2005 Nissan Xterra here for maintenance and anything quirky. It's at 188,000 miles and as still one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. This team here at AAA is professional, honest, and efficient. There have been times I couldn't afford to everything done and they helped me effectively prioritize. They're friendly and reliable to their word. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else.

These guys are great. They got me in quickly, were upfront and honest about their work and very fairly priced. Tim in the office was very professional and helpful. I would like to give a shout out, thumbs-up, and a high five to the crew at AAA Northeast Phoenix Auto Repair Center. They have got me and my 1977 Ford Coachman motor-home back out living off the grid! Yes . Life is good. They have worked on my RV a few times now. This must not have been easy for them. My RV had spent most of its life in Michigan so yeah a lot of rust under- neath. I would imagine for the technicians it was very frustrating dealing with the rust. And also frustrating for whoever had to find the parts for my old motor-home. Thank you to the manager-owner, technicians, parts people, and everyone else. Also a big thank you to Matt, my service adviser, he kept me informed every step of the way. Although at times it was not what I wanted to hear LOL. Hey, it s an old vehicle. It is what it is. Their roadside tow driver and shuttle drivers both arrived early/on time, and from the moment I clicked the seatbelt to the time we arrived to this location the staff was overwhelmingly engaging and concerned with trying to make me comfortable, asking technical questions to help guide me through what to expect during my visit. The service bay quality was honest and they went above and beyond to explain alternative options after spending three full days helping us to systematically resolve engine performance and possible electrical issues. After I left they continued to follow up with me checking status on a referral through the end of that week. This was hands down the most approachable and knowledgeable staff I have encountered in recent years.

My brother told me about AAA auto repair. He has been going there for one year now. My repair shop went downhill when two of the technicians quit. So I went to AAA. I spoke with Matt. This man in my opinion was very professional. I had the serpentine belt replaced and went back three weeks later and had all six motor mounts replaced in my 2005 Honda Accord. The car is running great now. I'm going back after Thanksgiving to have the brake fluid flushed out. Excellent technicians,excellent employees.Will be going back if I ever need any repairs.

Great service, the staff was pleasant and very helpful. My spouse got a Lyft to take her back to pick up the car, all arranged by AAA. They called and gave an estimate after review of my vehicle, and then the cost was exactly what the quoted. Very pleased.

Highly disappointed in AAA for sending me to this place. Truck broke down about 1 hour away from my house; AAA had me towed to this shop. Wish I would have read all the bad reviews before hand. I would have never agreed to it. AAA customer service rep told me I would not be charged for the diagnostics, that was a lie. They charged me half the fee, after I told them that AAA said there would be no fee. They did a 36 point inspection, told me the fuel pump needed to be replaced. I agreed to the job paid $725. Two days later the check engine light is back on, truck is giving me the same problem. Not worth my time, and effort to take my truck back to this terrible place. I rather take it to an honest local mechanic. Lesson learned, just because they say they are AAA certified mechanic's, doesn't mean you can trust them.

I took my perfectly running Prius in for an oil change. One month later my Hybrid battery was broken. I m a single woman. I suspect foul play. I called back to check price on replacement. I was told I couldn t get best price but they would give me a 24 month warranty. No best price. No business. I ll never be back.

Just because they are AAA certified doesn't mean they know what they are doing. I had my car towed here to have a new radiator, cooling fan and cooling system put in. When I got my car back my air conditioner did not work. Once again I had to miss work to take it back. They told me my AC hose was ripped. Keep in mind my air conditioner worked prior to them working on my car. I had them replace the AC hose. Two days later my car battery died they ran that down. Luckily, my warranty from Bill Luke Chrysler covered it. To this day my air conditioning still does not work since they worked on my car so I'm going to have to take it somewhere else. Keep in mind the car that I have ( 2005 PT Cruiser Turbo) everything has to be taken out just to even get to the car battery . I KNOW that AAA ripped my AC hose and also caused me other problems with my car that I had to have taken care of at another location. Beware. I even brought it to their attention when I picked up my car about my air conditioning. They backpedaled and still charged me I will never go to this location and I will never refer anybody to this location.

It was reassuring to have a AAA mechanic shop to tow the car to when it went kaput during an extended out of town stay at the Phoenix Mayo Clinic recuperating from a kidney transplant. The tow truck driver gave us a coupon for a $49 diagnostic (normally $110) 15% off labor and a free shuttle ride to and from our Mayo Villages residence - another small savings. It's a clean, highend, high overhead 20 bay operation. Prices were standard for a big shop. The AAA discounts certainly softened the blow. The car was back to us in 24 hours.Overall it was an outstanding experience. A special shout out to Benny our shuttle driver. He deserves 100 stars.

When MANY people are saying the same thing, it cant be a lie! You people are the most dishonest mechanics there is in Phoenix Arizona! Company needs to review who they have working on folks cars at this place.

Staff was very friendly, but was unable to determine what was causing a misfire in my admittedly older car. Was overall okay with how things went, however, after I took the car home I noticed it smelled a lot like gasoline, but cars usually smell when they leave the shop. A week later I restarted it to move it out of the drive way and noticed it is now leaking gas, which it was not before. Called and left a message about this and have not heard back. Really disappointed!

We were very happy with the way we were treated and the repair was reasonable and fair. The whole staff was warm and welcoming. Everything went smoothly and as scheduled and we will definitely bring our vehicles here in the future.

I took my car with noise issue to this place and they charged more than 500 and said to bring back in case if noise comes back. Guess what ..it came back in less than two weeks. I took it back and now they say they need to change the pump and another 500. In short not honouing their warranty. I would never ever go back . This was my first time and worst experience. Felt cheated.

Arrogant manager at front desk. Failed to recognize my AAA membership. I am on auto pay for my AAA membership. Quoted crazy price for even headlight bulb change . I am regular at the other AAA auto repair shop , wanted to give them a try. Never coming back here. Other shop is much better.

I've taken my '95 Volvo to this shop many times. I have never experienced a problem with the work. Also the staff is kind and there intelligence is at the zenith of automotive mechanics.

I needed major work done on my truck. This took some time and doing. Matt called for a car rental for me during this time, which was nice. Now my truck can drive as it's supposed to, and they stand behind their work.
