Fly in from out of town to buy a vehicle that I knew needed front struts replaced before I drove it home. My flight had been cancelled so I ended up only having a couple hours to get the work done. I stopped onto this shop, they quoted me a better price than I would have got at my local mechanic. Unfortunately because of my short time frame they couldn t fit me in to get the work done which is understandable. Joshua took the time to give me recommendations to some other local shops he knew and trusted, personally made contact with them to make sure they knew what I needed and the price he had quoted even though he was not doing the job. Best customer service I have had in a long time. As a business owner myself it s what I would hope my customers would experience. While ultimately they did not perform the work on my vehicle, their prices, and staff s professionalism spoke volumes.

Went in to check out some truck tires. Ended up buying 4 new tires. They had them installed in 20 minutes. Great service and prices

Called at noon on a Sunday. Site says they are open Sunday 8am to 6pm. No answer so figured they were busy. Took a drive and they are locked up tight at 1230pm. Bummer.

Got some new rubber mounted, and noticed a little problem when I got home. Brought it back and they fixed my issue real fast. Great service, fair prices, and excellent customer service after the sale! Now I just gotta figure out how to fit those 24s on the Jetta

Very helpful and informative. Best prices in town. I literally went to 10 other shops and these guys were the most inexpensive. Great service as well. The employees help me select the right tire and rim set up for my vehicle. I highly recommend this business.

I called and exchange text messages with Yuri to made sure they have the rims I ordered, long story short I drive from N Scottsdale all the way to they location to find out they got me the wrong rims. Wasted gas, time for nothing. The one rim with the red background is the one I ordered, they got me the one on the floor. Not even close .

Was happy with my new wheels and tires for about a month. Until i removed the center cap for the first time to install some wheel locks. Found a rusty broken stud where a lug nut should have been. I knew it was not broken before, because i had just been at the "old" famous tire shop an hour before where I tested a few other wheels. Good to know this place has no integrity, and had no problem sending a customer down the road with a missing lug.*EDIT* *Owner has decided nessessary to block me on social media. Very happy with this shop. Very good deal on Toyo 38s for my truck. Nobody could touch this places prices and trust me I called a few competitors and no one was even close. Will definitely be back

My first experience with New Famous Tire Shop was nothing but positive. My tires are not a standard size so if I were to go with new tires they would have to be ordered. Finding used tires is near impossible yet these guys had them no problem. The service was fast, the guys were great, and the prices were affordable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family!Update: once again I had nothing but amazing service from these guys. Welcomed back, and treated, as if I were family! Caught them at a good time and had my 2 new front tires mounted, balanced, and installed in under 30 mins. Again with an awesome price. Not that I want to need tires any time soon but I'm all for giving them all the business I can!!

I normally shop with a competitor for warranty and convenience sake. Although the warranty never seems to help much as I normally end up paying for new tires even when the tires don t last to their listed mileage warranty. A friend suggested I try 7th Street Wheels and Tires just to keep to big box retailers honest, so I did.I needed (2) p235 50 r18Bridgestone: $425Discount: $395Big O: $425 but since I m a repeat customer with prorated warranty discount it was $3757th Street Wheels and Tires: $240 and it was even for a pair of better graded tires (50k vs 40k)No brainer!A few days later I had an issue with a tire, it was likely my fault, so I called their representative who said bring it in and we ll replace it with really no questions asked just take care of my people. His people were on point and easy to work with.Great prices! Great service! They care about their people and obviously they care about the customer, why would I go anywhere but 7th Street Wheels and Tires in the future. In fact, I m quoting out my other 2 vehicles now!

Bad business I bought a tire from them with warranty had the tire for 3 months had a flat tire took the tire off of the car had a bubble on the inside of the tire I took it to them they said they couldn t do anything and I had Warranty don t take ur car there, plus there brand new tires aren t brand new it s a scam place bad business

Terrible tire shop tried to call them. I asked about some brakes and tires and they hung up on me. I tried to call back they not answering now. Terrible shop they don t wanna help you there then if it s early in the morning they re gonna do the worst job possible.

Great place to get a good set of new or used tires! Staff is friendly and very professional. Bought a set of tires, balanced and mounted them on my car for free! The valve caps on my tires have super small screws that you can tighten so people cant unscrew the cap and deflate your tires. The screw got lost and the staff looked for it and found it even though it was the size of an ant and I told them it was fine. Amazing service! Will actually be back in the future!!!

They just make up prices depending on what they think of you or whatever.. was quoted one price for one guy and end up paying a lower price from another guy at the end. Also little things but they did not put valve cap back on and just put some random rusty nuts on my rims and kept my new ones.. I didn't notice until the next day. Decent work, I'm a terrible customer service!

Don't waste your money here. You can buy for same price in Discount tires and be happy. Horrible customer service. Promise me balance and rotation for one year and tires are start shaking just after few months. Want to collect $50 for rotation and balance. Stay way. Bad business.

Bought my tires from here first time they were all nice spent 1700. Went back again since the service was so good to get w leveling kit and the mechanic they had gave me an estimate of 2 hours. So I said not bad, price was good and time was no problem. Well turned out 2 hour job turned out to be a 4-5 hour job. Not only that they destroyed my control arms shocks and rims. The cheap job turned out to be a 700 dollar job had to replace everything. The guy even put my sway bar links wrong, and my shocks had no bolts to hold them. Not recommended to anyone unless your just buy tiers or rims since they pay more attention to the people that are going to spend a lot of money. Regret going

Bought some wheels, didn't say anything when installed that 1 wheel was bad. When I got home I called them right away and it's been 3 months and they still give me the run around and seems like they don't want to warranty my wheels. Eric is the worst owner and would NEVER recommend anyone to shop there.

The people at New Famous tire were excellent! Got me in and out with 4 new tires at a great price in no time! And Lora at the front desk was very kind and courteous! And Eric was great as well, Thank you New Famous tire!

We arrived there at 9:30 AM. They already had two customers in the shop. They greeted us at the door and I told him I needed rims he showed me their supply was not too sure what I like I picked out one and he said that he could mount on my truck so I could see. I bought them. Great customer service!!!!

These guys had the best price in town on a new set of mud tires. Fast, friendly and professional service. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.

Stay away from this store!! Horrible customer service and low quality tires!! I bought tires from them 3 months ago for my Camaro, but the tires are already shot. They accused me of burning out, but that has never happened. I went to a second tire shop for another opinion, and they showed me exactly how they could tell I have never burned out. There would be black in the wheel well, but there isn't any black in the wheel wells on my Camaro. I should have never bought tires there because they use cheaper name brands. If you want your tires to last more than 3 months and good customer service, buy your tires from somewhere else!!

Brought tires here 4 months ago. Took my vehicle to dealer, dealer stated tires are no good. Came back here to let the tire shop know the issue. They made every excuse to not warranty the tires. They are defective and make my vehicle shake. Defective tires and they won't warranty the tires. BS. Will never shop here.

This place is awful my son and I go to get a new tire for some rims he just got sold us 1 tire that was not new. Told us they would charge us 30 to put our new rims on was also told we needed to buy new lug nuts at $7 a piece we agreed to all this all said and done 180 later we got 3 new rims and tires the 4th one they said could not be fixed by them the rim was bent didn't get any lug nuts we paid for drove 1/2 mile and the front drivers tire just came off caused major damage after police and insurance this place cost me 780... Be very careful guy is a fast talker and watch them will get you to buy things that u don't get...
