The team at 25th Street Automotive were amazing! They were great at communicating throughout the repair process, especially since I had to have my car towed there, and letting me know what was wrong, and how long it would take to fix it. The pricing was reasonable, and mechanics did a wonderful job. I'll go back!

Super friendly, quick and reasonable prices. I ve been to lots of auto repair places that really try to take advantage and upcharge me but 25th automotive gave me a fair price for parts and labor. will definitely be going back!!

I wanted to go here because it was close to me. However, they were very rude over the phone. I asked a few questions and was met with a condescending tone. I asked a friend about them and they said they were extremely rude to him as well and even messed up his engine. I am really shocked I had this experience because they had great reviews. I called a couple other shops down the street and was met with much more kindness.

I was referred to 25th St Automotive by my former neighbors and have taken my Toyota Corolla there as needed for oil change, scheduled maintenance. I'm pleased with their service and recommend them to anyone looking for good mechanics to take your vehicle to. Don't go anywhere else.Angie's list was a bust on shops that made repairs but broke something else on my vehicle.Got this shop info from Mark Salem's web site.Best shop in Phoenix.If they can't fix it they know somebody that can.

Awesome guys! Being away home gets tough especially not knowing who to take your vehicle too. They are super close to my apartment so I thought why not give them a try. They diagnosed a suspension problem with my 02 xterra but unfortunately could not do the work but ended up referring a great shop that I can take it too, so when it was time to get my new vehicle inspected after purchasing they were the first ones in mind! Called them up and Tom got me in the books to get my new 12 xterra checked out! Gave me a run down of what needed to get fixed even had my vehicle ready before time frame! THEY DO NOT PRESSURE YOU AT ALL! They let me know that I should be looking at getting some new tires (I had already ordered some but the fact they checked on them even though they do not work on tires is awesome!) I already have a list of things I need them to do next but going to add a few miles and enjoy this new beast before heading back for my oil change!Thanks for everything guys!

I love 25th Street Automotive!! I am a single woman so finding auto mechanics that I could trust was a challenge. Not anymore. This is a small shop that provides excellent service and advice. They run their business with honesty and integrity. I have been a satisfied and happy customer for over 10 years now.

I met with Bill's team at 25th Street Automotive because my shifter was locked into the park position. Bill and his team were able to schedule me in a timely manner, accurately diagnose the problem, and get my car back to me later the same afternoon. What an incredible experience. We have a clunker that was making a terrible squeal, and they used a stethoscope to diagnose exactly what was making the noise! Knowledgeable, honest, meticulous, hard-working, kind, wonderful business. They completely explained the problem and our options, and were careful of our budget. We have found our forever auto repair shop. THANK YOU guys!

Through the recommendation of a friend, I brought my wife's 1990 Toyota Pickup for some much needed maintenance. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that these folks did!I was greeted by Tom, who was very professional and friendly - he took the time to go over every item in detail and provided a fair estimate on what it would cost to repair all of the items we requested. There was no pressure to do any unnecessary work. He gave me a time-frame for when the job would be done - and it was all accomplished on time... and under budget as well!Bill, the owner, was also great - his shop is clean and well run! My mom has been coming here for years and it was finally my turn to bring my car in for the first time! Not only was everyone super friendly, but they were straight to the point and honest about my vehicle while staying professional and offering solutions. The guys here gave great service and were very timely as well and only had my car for just a few hours. brought my car in to repair my ac. they couldnt fix it because its a new ac system, but they waived all fees since they couldn't service the car. they're good, honest, hard working people and i would definitely recommend this place.

Honest guys who know cars. I've asked about doing transmission work and they advised against it. I've taken my car in for mysterious issues and they document what they've done in detail and advise against throwing money at a problem until they know it will fix it.Whether you know cars or not, take yours here for service, maintenance and repairs

Check fluids and oil change.Mr Hightower, the owner, checked my fluids for free.He acted in an honest, ethical and fair way.He had a reward certificate on the wall and he deservedthe reward.I will absolutely use his auto service again whenever I needoil changes and changing of fluids and do other repair work.Thank you very much Bruce

I was referred here by my partner who loved the mechanics and their honesty. I came for an oil change and they informed me I should also perform a brake fluid flush and estimated when I would need to purchase new tires. They provided me with a ride to/from my apartment which is nearby and I appreciated this as I otherwise would have had to spend $ on a cab.Friendly mechanics who did exactly what I needed and didn t pressure for more as other places often do! I have found my new car shop for life! The service and experience here are worth driving to. Bill and his team are just incredible and value honesty, care and integrity above all else. As a younger, single female, going to get your car fixed at a place you feel is trustworthy creates all kind of stress. Not here. From the first moment I inquired, until days after the work was complete, I was taken care of. Bill and his team worked me in that day, made sure I was set on having a ride, explained everything they felt was necessary work to complete WITH a long term plan to get it done, beat their estimate, and kept in great communication, even checking in days after. I've taken my vehicles here a couple of times for work I'm too afraid to do myself and both times they were efficient and knowledgeable. First repair was when my gear shift was not going into place and the second was for my heat/ac blower that required getting under my steering column and removing break pedal.

I'd been told my vehicle may need the drive shaft replaced by a dealership and 25th St Automotive told me after driving it that they "didn't" think it was that but that it was the wheel bearings. Which would be less expensive and would be done sooner. I'd heard MANY GREAT things about 25th St Automotive from many other people!!So.. of course I took it to 25th St. They were busy but still managed to get me in and out very quickly. They have given me faith that there ARE honest car guys out there that actually care!I will be bringing my vehicle there for maintenance and everything else in the future! So grateful to have an honest auto shop to go to and refer my family and friends to!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

It's so important to have a mechanic you can trust. Bill and Bill (and the rest of the staff) are wonderful! They answer all my questions, never upsell and are quick to callout when a service is not needed. They once alerted me that soon the shocks will need to be replaced and at what cost so I could plan ahead... Two years later, they said they're still not to the point of needing replacement yet. I love that they didn't take my money and replace them unnecessarily.They also offer a shuttle service if you work or live nearby which has been so convenient.While most mechanics take longer than they originally estimate, this place has always finished on time or earlier.Very friendly, trustworthy, good quality. I've been taking my cars here for 5 years and will continue to do so.Service: General repairs & maintenance
