Called last minute to have them check and balance my tires. They were able to fit me and get me done within 1 hour. Their customer service and pricing was the better than the shops around them. Will recommend and be taking my other vehicles here.

I have an extended car warranty policy and not only did they fix the problem of a defective fuel sensor, they identified another problem while inspecting the car and was able to negociate fixing both problems covered by the warranty. The service department spent a lot of time on the phone and faxing documents with proper coding to ensure the warranty company would cover the $950 in required repairs. First class service and a friendly staff.

What a relief to know that there are still honest good men out there in this industry. Great experience! Went in for front brake rotors and pads. And they did just that.. no hootanany! These are the guys you can trust with your precious vehicles. Thank you Wilhelm Automotive! You are a blessing to society!

This was our first visit and we are very happy. Nobody wants to spend so much on car repairs. But Willhelm's service, friendliness, professionalism, and sincerity were great. The evaluation was documented WITH PICTURES, very thorough and transparent. We spent many years at Firestone, but due to recent less than stellar visits to them, we'll be looking to Wilhelm for future needs.

Very happy with the service I received from Tony and his team at Wilhelm Automotive this last week. Very polite and communicative. Easy to work with and the pricing on the services I had done seemed to be fair. Will be the first shop I call for future repairs to my FJ Cruiser. Thanks so much!

Update: We did return to Wilhelm, and are very happy with the results. Stars updated to 5. Wilhelm reached out with an apology and a refund for the labor. We were happy they took our complaint seriously. We will make return again and hope for a better first experience. We are terribly disappointed. We have trusted Wilhelms for several years with multiple vehicles both at this location and the one at Anthem. Today, that trust is gone. They recommended work that absolutely didn't need to be done. We authorized and had to pay for a belt replacement that was completely unnecessary. We understand that Wilhelms is a business and is dependent on revenue, but until today, we didn't think they generated that revenue fraudulently. They have lost a loyal customer, and we will spread the word.

Wow been a long time before I trusted a shop. This place is honest and very well ran. Had a ton of little service maintenance items to catch up on to get my 2016 ram up to hopefully get another 100k on it. These guys did bang up overall check and were very fair in pricing.

I have taken my vehicles to Wilhelm automotive repair for the past 5yrs. The staff have always been courteous and answered any questions or concerns that I may have. I have recommend friends and family to them in the past and have gotten nothing but positive feed back. Keep up the great work!!

I will never do business with this location again. People get appointments for a reason and I made this appointment almost a week in advance, The fact that you had carry over from Friday is none of my concern.You took the appointment and I dropped my car off at 730. I was the one who called you at 3pm asking status of my vehicle and was told it would have to wait till Monday forthe repair. I'm sure my vehicle didn't have any priority even though I was scheduled to drop it off at 8am. I'm sure there were plenty of other "quick jobs" to take care of first.All I received was excuses, "the delivery guys don't work past 12" "We had vehicles from Friday that we had to finish" and the list goes on.I get it. You are a busy shop and probably could care less if you lost a customer. Maybe if youdidn't overschedule or had more than one tech on Saturday or even just tell people when they drop their cars off that it might not be serviced till Monday , maybe I would havenot been so let down by your shop. I really thought that when I spoke to Michael the last time I had my car serviced that this was my new auto shop to use, but not anymorenor never again.

Guys did a great job of installing red brake calipers covers on my mustang GT they were friendly and the price was good. First time here will definitely go back in the future.

Called to get price on an oil change was told $69 once i gave them the.make n mpdel.Got an oil chang ans paod $100+.. not happy..They charge shpp extras on top of the price...Well when i ask , How much id the oil change that means the final price prior to tax...Not happy..

Darren and Tony in the Happy Valley location front office were personable and professional. The oil and filter change and tire rotations were done quickly and at a fair price. The only minor complaint is that the front tire pressures were reported to be set to 35 psi, but were actually at 32 psi. (I have a tire pump with pressure gauge, as well as a pencil pressure gauge, plus the car has automatic tire pressure monitoring.) Rear tire pressures were reported at 33 psi and were, indeed, at that pressure when I got the car back.

I have been going to this Wilhelm since I moved here in 2019. They are always professional, let me know when they find issues. They are super honest and let me know that certain things will need attention in the future, but never say, you should have this repair done right away. They are not pushy, always honest. As a woman, it s hard because I feel we are often taken advantage of. Ladies, these guys will take are of you and get you back on the road.I was having a tire issue today and Tony was so incredibly kind and got me in and taken care of. Thank you, Tony! He is such a nice guy and so informative on questions I had. He cares about people and clearly wants what s best for his customers. The other guys in there are always nice and help me with questions or concerns. I won t go anywhere else. Trust them 100%!

I suddenly had engine trouble, and called for advice. Charles was patient and helpful. I had my car towed (for safety's sake), and they took care of everything. They were thorough in the diagnosis of my car's warning light, and kept me apprised every step of the way. I heard from Charles no less than 6 times over the 2 days they had my car. I retired after 45 years from the auto service business a couple years ago. I always ask around when traveling and check online independent reviews. Wilhelm Automotive came highly respected. I spoke with Tony M. and he was very personable kept me informed and I appreciate that. I knew my warped front rotors were causing the steering shake when braking. I also knew the rotors had enough material remaining so they wouldn't need replaced. Tony had said they would let me know if the needed machining would render them too thin. When he called after inspection was completed he said they would be able to machine them. Other places I know would have told me they need replaced. I would have taken my business away. Thanks Tony, store#1157 on Happy Valley. Also for my Bluegreen friends, I walked the 2 miles back to Cibola Vista after leaving it for repairs and then walked back to get my van in the afternoon. It was hot but only about 35 minutes each way.Service: Auto brake repair
