Very kind on the phone, invited me in to get an oil change as it is same day service. Waited in my vehicle for 2 hours and 17min before i was seen.. call ahead and see if they have your filter. I had an additional 30min wait in the "bay" cause the manage had to go buy one for my BMW. Which was very kind do to the fact that i waited for over 2 hours. Do not go on a Saturday if you can avoid it. If you must go on a Saturday bring water maybe a snack or sandwich. At all costs don't get in that line on an empty stomach you will pass out during the wait.. The did let me know Tuesdaysare the slowest days. overall i am very satisfied with the work and customer service

Was surprised at how fast I was serviced. There were two lines of 3 cars before me. Both crews working in the two bays were very coordinated and I got through in relatively short order.I have been going to this location for over the past two years, and if I saw that many cars, would normally turn away since they are usually slow (but I appreciate the generous discount for veterans).Hats off to the improved quick service...

Checked out estimated wait times on their app. Kept saying 0-10 minute wait so I bought a full synthetic oil change online. Checked before I left and still 0-10 minute wait. I want to start by saying I trusted these guys and have never had trouble, until they changed my transmission fluid, now it is leaking, and wasn't before they messed with it. There are no leaks mentioned on my visit to change the transmission and oil initial visit. They are not taking responsibility for my leaks now, and say it is my seals. I find it hard to believe, since there were no leaks before they messed with it the last time. I will never go back, and be careful. Note everything.

Fast and friendly! Two cars ahead of me and took about 45 minutes. I have a fleet vehicle and normally, it takes other locations 10-20 minutes to figure out how to charge it. This location took the card, entered it and the company name and handed it right back. The oil change was done in a timely manner and I was on my way! L

The crew and the service was great, hands down the guys were awesome!!Here is the issue, wife said that there is a "clunking" sound at highway speeds, when she got home I crawled under her vehicle and found that the metal two piece skid plate was hanging on by one bolt instead of six and the only bolt that was holding it on was finger tight and a washer that does not even cover the factory hole along with no threads.. How this skid plate stayed on and didn't take out someone's windshield behind her is beyond me, thankfully Toyota makes there plates with hooks on the front.. You guys do good work up top, fine tooth comb your service underneath, you don't want a customer coming after you because they lost a skidplate and potentially severely injured or killed someone behind them!!

My car had an oil leak. Went to get it checked out at another shop and they found the oil cap cracked because it was tightened too tight. Took them a good minute to get it off with professional equipment. Valvoline was the last place I got my oil changed. Thanks, my car doesn t run the same anymore.

Good group of employees! They seem to like working there and that makes a difference when you are there getting service! I Have been there for oil changes, radiator flush, and rear differential service! Will go back in the future!

They provided an oil change, and twice within a couple of weeks my oil level was down down down down down down like three quarts. They claimed that it was my engine my fault I have to take it to another place I was diagnosed that there is nothing wrong with my vehicle and that they did not put the amount of oil that should have been in there even though they showed the dipstick showing that it had oil. I was unable to take it back to them due to the fact that I had no oil in my car so I had to take care of it at the location that I was at very very unacceptable do not recommend anyone to go back to them not

I stopped in to have my oil changed before driving back to NJ. I was on the highways headed home when I was flashed by other vehicles. I pull over to inspect my truck and the skidplate was not tightened all the way and a bolt was missing causing a part of it bend and is now ruined. It took me a minute to tighten whats left down, wasn't anything hard. It may have been overlooked but does not make me feel great about their performance.

Nick and his fellow co-workers are amazing at their jobs and the level of customer service and auto care they provide! I was searching for a quick oil change location near closing time and spotted this one immediately, without the appointment! Literally, made my week, less than 10 minutes out of my day! It's so important to protect your investment, you will be exceptionally satisfied going here! Remember, it's a drive-in stay-your-car oil change so you can never get scammed or cut short. They confirm everything and how their working with you, and assist you through the process. Additionally, they do a complimentary tire check, perimeter light check, engine filter check, and much more! I'm sincerely impressed, thank you gentlemen!

Very aggravated, I came 2 days ago they said they couldn't do oil change cause they didn't have the oil to come back the next day, which I did and with put even looking or anything soon as we pulled up they told us they don't have the tools.. lol r u seriouse.If u don't want my buissness ok seems pretty stupid! Oh they said they lost the tools several mo ths ago..wow u would think that u would get new ones..

I went and got an oil change a month ago and I haven t been driver my crazy like that I would just make small trips well the last past weeks I been smelling an oil burning smell. And when I back out of my parking spot I saw a big oil spot on the ground. I didn t think nothing of it. Until I was driving one day and every time I turned my oil light would come on and then turn off. I was so confused what was going on I just had got my oil changed not to long ago so it shouldn t be time to get a new oil change. I took my car to meineke to get it looked at and they said there was an oil leak from the oil filter. And the last place I went to get anything done to my car was vavvoline. So I had to come out my pocket to get the leak repairs due to them not putting the oil filter in correctly. And I been driving around spilling oil about to mess my car up for good just for that one mistake.Service: Oil change

I took my car here for an oil change in April in preparation for a road trip to Mexico in May. I waited about 1/2 hour. Oil was changed and I was not alerted to any major issues. I go about my day running errands. 5 miles down the road, I get a flat tire. I call AAA. The guy asked me if I had hit a curb, due to the type of damage on the side of the tire. I told him I had not and that I had just come from getting an oil change. He suggested the tire may have sustained some kind of damage on the ramp in the bay. However, that is not my biggest complaint. One week after the oil change, my check engine light came on. I had it diagnosed and turned out to be catalytic converter. I informed my mechanic of the recent oil change. Though he was not quick to point any fingers, he did say If they had not completely drained the old oil before adding new, this definitely could impact the Cat. I had to fork over $1,800.00 for a new one. The car still does not run right. It idles rough, smells of fuel and is running loud. None of these problems existed until I had the oil changed at this Valvoline location. Needless to say, i was unable to drive the car on the road trip and l never go back to Valvoline.

I was in a line waiting my turn and one of the workers came out to tell me to move over to the other line the had more cars in it. Now the car that was behind me is in front of me and I have already been waiting 45 minutes. Very unorganized. I m literally watching the people that came after me go two cars before me.Also if I could get out of this trap of a parking lot, I would probably leave.

They flushed my transmission, fuel system, differential, transfer case and oil within 30mins. Services beyond my expectations. Had NO clue they did all this until now. So don't waste ur time people, they handle all fluid exchanges/flushes. Thank each of u!!!!

They checked my battery with faulty equipment , then afterwards my alternator was fried. Will never go back and will never recommend their service. Shortcuts by inexperienced pseudo mechanics

My skid plate was taken off, it was put on.. Sorta..but they cut it in half. From what I am understanding from other mechanics this is to cut corners. This place is very low staff and just awful. I loved Valvoline but this location totally gave me a bad taste and I will never go back because I do not trust them...

The staff was super helpful going above and beyond. My car was having trouble starting after my oil change. Several employees came over to offer advice. They even did a diagnostic. When I explained that I already had that issue, they brought a manager over to double check the code. One of the employees even recommended a repair shop. They were all so very friendly.

Honest here.... the professionalism, quick service, unbeatable, deals.... I changed my oil for only $39.99 including tax for my 2016 Ford Focus. They checked my battery, all lights, fluids, a tree fell, the staff is beyond friendly and helpful and chill, they will answer whatever questions.... Awhile back they even replaced my break light on the spot.Absolutely recommend 5 stars

Unable to find a price on an oil change on the website.Do I have to call?Usually when they don't advertise a price, they are charging too much.Oh well. I'll go someplace else.Update..still no prices . why do I have to contact you for a price on anything. List it on your website. I don't want to communicate with you at all if I'm just comparing prices.You continue to lose money because you hide your prices.The prices must be so high that you are ashamed to list them.I want prices on everything, all the servi ces that you offer., but that is not possible with your company.

The workers were GREAT. However, having to sit in your car, in-line waiting (my wait time was quoted over an hour), and not being able to drop off your car is INSANITY! What a waste of my time. Trying to get errands done was too much. I didn't end up staying and went to Walmart, where I was able to leave my car and get S@%t Done. Sorry, Valvoline.

Had a fantastic experience here. I ve never been a fan of quick oil, change places, but Brandon and his crew at Valvoline instant oil change made me a believer. Staff was very thorough, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend this location.

I have been to this Valvoline location twice and was not very satisfied with each visit. The first time I was going to only get my oil changed. However, they advertised their battery while showing my battery was almost dead. Knowing that the battery needed to be replaced, as it was jump started before, I thought it was no problem. $200+ was gone that day on the first visit, cool. Afterwards, the battery light has been still on, which was very disappointing. The second time I went for another oil change after about 4-5 months later, they have told me there was no pieces to hold the battery together when I had it replaced here last time and I really hope they stabilized the battery like they said they did. On this visit, they have advised me to change the wiper blades, air filter. They also suggest me to get transmission oil changed, coolant flush done, and whatever the belt thing their system detected. No problem, I was going to get all that done. However, they do not have the front blades nor whatever the belt their system suggest me to replace. All in all, I had the rear blade replaced, new air filter replaced, and oil changed out the door for $108 with all coupons and discounts they could give me. I was going to have them do a coolant flush, but they decided not to, after they had everything set up while I waited 10 minutes after. This is how I save from paying +$130 on this visit. Trust them with extreme care and don't be fooled or ripped off!Services: Battery, Oil change
