I m writing this review today Because I m very disappointed in my vehicle. I ve used this body shop before with my Kia and they did a great job but This is the second time I m coming back And I m not happy with the work that they have done. My whole entire bumper on my vehicle. You can tell that the paint wasn t done right on top of the corner where the crock was at. Try to buff it out, but it didn t work so they had to repaint it. They did the that part where the paint Was supposed to be fixed. That part is fine, but i m noticing I m getting my vehicle back worse I noticed I have two scratches in my car also, there s bubbling in my paint where the lights are at underneath the black plastic there s also paint underneath the black plastic you can see that it s dry. Also, I noticed another damage on my bumper Not sure what happened. I don t know if the paint is peeling off or what happened but the paint is chipping off I just feel like this is the second time my car is gone and I felt like I got it back worse than the first. I did not notice all this damage until I got home.

I highly recommend Ultimate! Sunny regularly advised me of their progress, while also explaining what was being done and why. Their work is absolutely beautiful. My 2000 Holiday Rambler could pass for new, off the showroom floor, when I got it back.

I have damage to an RV due to a tire blowout and contacted Ultimate collision, which was referred by AAA and I will be contacting them as well, and I was put in touch with Sonny who took my information and asked me to send him the pictures I have and that he would call me back to schedule a time for me to bring the RV in for an estimate. That was just short of a week ago. I have left him several messages with no response and the one time he did answer he said he was walking into the office and call me back in 10 minutes. I have yet to hear from him and that was three days ago. Called the office and ask for someone else but have not received any response from that person (Alex) either. Then when I called to speak with a manager I was told they don't have a manager to speak to. They will speak to manager and call back with a response. I have no idea how this place has the reviews it does if they don't respond. Must be AI generated reviews. Very poor customer service and low quality staff.

Ultimate Collision Rocks! Sunny Singh Rocks! Unfortunately, I have had to deal with them twice with my Motorhomes. Each time the coach came out better than new. Their care and willingness to correct even very minor details after finished is exceptional and I am not one to be pleased easily. I'm a fan.

Hi. I have Acura RDX which had an accident and went to Ultimate Collision Centre for Estimate and their estimate was very accurate and got appointment very fast where no one else able to help me. I was working with Matt and he took the entire responsibility of my car and did great work with quality outcome. His communication was excellent and answering calls on timely basis and ordering parts ahead and completed in two weeks.Thanks Matt again and greatly appreciated your work. I strongly recommend Ultimate Collision and RV.

These guys are amazing magicians. I am travelling through the area and I call 12 other shops and they were the 1st down my list that could help me get back on the road quicker than 2 months. Not only quicker than 2 months, but they got me done in 1.5 days. It was a big job too, but their proper planning of material stock and paint was phenomenal. They were very customer service oriented and very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you guys! You saved my a$$. I really appreciate all your hard work and quick response. Also, thank you Sunny for taking great care of me and the time requests. Your entire team is top notch. You guys are the best!

Matt and his team at Ultimate Collision & RV did a perfect job on the repair of a large rear dent in my dad s Toyota Tacoma, even leaving it looking cleaner and shinier than before just an overall friendly, seamless and excellent process throughout! Minor body repairs to my 2012 Toyota Prius. Matt was my service advisor guy; really appreciated his customer service and excellent communication on the progress of my repairs.Also was not expecting a car wash and window cleaning which was much needed! Thank you, highly recommend them.

I cannot put into words how important good customer service, punctuality, communication, quality of work, working with the insurance company, and honest to goodness good people are in today's world. The folks at Ultimate Collision continue to go over and above in all areas time and time again for me and my family. From from auto collision to RV repair they are top-notch. To me, five stars is not enough of a rating for a company and people of this quality. I will continue to bring any and all work of mine and my families to them in the future. I drive past hundreds of auto body and RV repair shops to get to them on my way from Queen Creek to Peoria. Thank you folks for another great experience!

They restored the nose on my 2017 grand design 5th wheel trailer. It was done in 4 working days and done well. Prices are great and everyone in the office helpful and friendly.I will return for more work as my trailer ages.

If I could leave zero stars I would I went in for an estimate on a small compartment door on my RV. The owner told me $8000 cash or he would charge my insurance company upwards of $17,000 to fix it. This place is a complete rip off go to A different place anywhere is better than this place .. I didn t end up bringing the coach to y all because it was an outrageous price and charging me 8000$ cash pay or 16000$ to my insurance company for a repair that I got done at a great shop for less than the cash price thru my insurance company . Your a rip off

I would like to give a review based on actual repair experience but this company simply does not want my business. I called twice, both times speaking with a receptionist. The first time I was transferred to Sonny for repairs to my RV gel coat. I left a message but never got a call back. I called again as these guys were highly recommended and left a message with the receptionist and again no return call.Now, I must be the fool as I had my RV and had to drive past their business so I stopped in. I explained my experience to date and was told I had to make an appointment with Sonny. I said how do I do that if he won't return my call. Next they had Juan come out, take pictures and asked me to send an email with my extended warranty docs to Juan who would have Sonny call.. I did so that day. It was several days later that I still had no reply. I sent a reminder to Juan. It's been a few week now and still nothing. Signs from above I suppose.

The quality of their paint and body work is excellent. I ve had multiple vehicles repaired here. Certainly one of the top facilities in Phoenix. Very well-managed shop. The staff is very polite, they actually return phone calls and follow up with you and are easy to get a hold of. Prices are fair especially for the quality of their workmanship. Definitely recommend.

When I needed an estimate on my vehicle I found Ultimate Collision & RV to be 100% thorough in the services they provided me with. Both times that I needed an appointment the staff got me scheduled almost immediately. They were very outgoing and made me feel like my needs were their number one priority. They made themselves available as soon as i got there and they were very professional as well. Thank you for making my experience a pleasant one.

I just want everyone to know what a great experience we had having our fifth wheel toy hauler repaired with Ultimate Collision and Repair. The customer service was awesome. They went to pick up our fifth wheel at La Mesa RV in Phoenix. Did the repair in a couple of days. Fantastic work, the fifth wheel repair looks great. Thank you so much for the great work, fantastic service, and getting in done in our time frame, too. It is our home.Sunny was great to work with.

We are full time RVers with minor work that took us to Ultimate Collision & RV. I can t say enough about this business which is defined by their tremendous customer service levels. They were flexible with us remaining in our coach. Sunny and the entire team including the people who worked on our motorhome or we encountered were so friendly and tried to improve our experience. I hope we will not need to use Ultimate again, but if we do, we d drive across the country to use them. They are an unexpected gem in the RV world.

This year as we traveled in our fifth wheel and we experienced a major water leak made the floor like walking on marshmallows and then we blew a tire damaged the fifth wheel. To the rescue again is Ultimate Collision and RV Repair. They repaired our home the flooring had to be replace and repaired the outside where the blown tire did damage. We have our home back. Thank you so much for the great work and getting us back on the road. Great people Sunny and Manny, they kept us informed through the entire process. We highly recommend Ultimate Collision and RV Repair.

Just picked up our 2019 Phaeton. It was damaged in our storage area. Juan was our Representative and he was as impressive as the work that was done. They had to strip and repaint the entire back cap. We called a couple times and he always picked up to provide updates. They washed the entire Coach and also treated the tires. Thank you to all the staff,a very well run company. Sunny, you should be so proud. Also, the girl at the front counter was so polite and professional, and had a goodsense of humor. What a great experience!Randy and Sarah Serbus

I can see why these guys have so many 5 star reviews. I was recommended to Ultimate Collision & RV from the Arrowhead Honda Dealership. I worked with Jose and Yesenia. They are awesome. If they didn't pick up the phone immediately (which they did most of the time) they always returned any messages in a timely manner. They fixed my bumper perfectly and quickly so I didn't need to extend my rental car and my van came back to me sparkling clean. It's so refreshing to deal with top notch customer service. I had an awesome experience having my car fixed at Ultimate Collision. Yesennia always answers the phone in a promptly manner. They make it so easy to help you with rental car and return it. Jose always gave me updates about my car and was very transparent about the process. My car was looking just as good as when I first got it.

Had these folks fix our RV for damage to the cargo doors (don't ask). They did an excellent job, the doors are perfect and the paint matches perfectly. Yes, supply chain issues meant we had to wait on parts but they kept us informed for each step of the process. They also had our windshield replaced during the down times waiting on parts so that worked out great as well.Service: Body & Trim

I was recommended to Ultimate Collision by my insurance company after some pretty bad paint damage. The claim process went pretty well until I ran into rental issues after my vehicle drop off. Between the rental company and insurance, my head was spinning from not being able to figure out my rental vehicle situation.Yesenia from Ultimate Collision made one call and within minutes the rental company was calling offering me a vehicle. It was such a relief.Michael from Ultimate Collision was also awesome. Super knowledgeable and made this whole thing super easy. I don t usually write recommendations about a business but the service at Ultimate Collision and RV was outstanding. I took my motorhome in to have Liquid Spring installed and from the beginning to the end I was beyond satisfied. All my calls were returned in a timely manner and when I went there to see the progress I was welcomed by the owner and all the employees. The work performed was without a doubt outstanding. They even took my coach to LaMesa to have some warranty work done brought it back and washed it before I picked it up. That saved me a lot of time and cost for getting Lyft to take me to the appointments. I would Highly recommend them for all your RV and collision needs.Service: Steering & suspension repair

As with most people we hope that we find/pick a Collision business that is going to have quality work, great service, professional staff and employee's.I personally came from another state, Illinois, and due to my background had a relationship with a very good quality collision shop and when moving to Arizona I believe or not had a concern that if the day came that a Collision shop was needed that I hoped I would be lucky to find one similar in quality as the one in Illinois.And with Ultimate Collision and RV I did. I was so pleased with the staff them working me on what was a unique insurance claim and the amount of time and going back and forth with different people to resolve all issues.That quality of the work and the time they were able to complete the work in was outstanding. That staff was very helpful in dealing with all my questions and returning my phone calls.In my experience I would highly recommend using Ultimate Collision and RV.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
