My wife and I were visiting my family after just spending 3 years overseas in England. The previous owner totally neglected to maintain our 2000 Toyota 4Runner. We thought it would be the time to get the maintenance done so that it can make the drive that we had coming up to the east coast. I gave Roger a call to schedule a time for my 4Runner to have a complete overhaul. He was extremely professional and honest. Our 4Runner feels almost brand new. Here I am sitting 2400 miles away from where I picked up the vehicle and drove it across the country even with the high mileage it has. That just goes to show how good of a job Toyowest has done with my vehicle. I highly recommend this place if you have any Toyota/Lexus servicing that needs to be done.

Roger provided me an extraordinary experience. I ve had my 2004 Toyota Prius for about 6 years and have never really needed a major repair. I took my car here and was more than impressed by the service I got. Generally I am comfortable doing most jobs on my car, but I had to do my ABS actuator which is a tight job and involves a non standard brake flush. Roger knows Toyota s up, down, sideways, and probably even in the dark.The difference here is that Roger is willing to help educate and discuss your vehicle top to bottom and truly inspect it with care. The team is able to take the time and focus on customer service and places that above all else. Don t be foolish and look around for a better deal get the work done right by someone who s actually passionate. I hope I never need to do another major repair, but if I did I d drive 1,000 miles to come back here.

Toyowest is a local, family owned shop that specializes in Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Once you speak with Roger (owner) you can understand the benefit of this specialization as he seemingly understands every last intricate detail of these vehicles. We have a 2002 Tacoma with over 260k miles that we've owned for 15 years. I can honestly say that Roger understands the vehicle better than anyone else I've encountered. He is very good at communicating and explaining issues, even sending videos of the vehicle for reference which is very helpful. I would highly recommend Toyowest.

I have a 2000 Lexus ES300 with about 145k miles that needed quite a bit of work as I decided to keep the car for another 5 yrs or so. Timing belt, oil seals, water pump, 4 new struts and shocks and more. Spent more than I intended, but the car runs like new. The quality of the work was first rate. Roger is very professional and an excellent mechanic. I cannot recommend him enough. Really liked getting updates via text on the repairs too.

If you own a Toyota or Lexus and are in need of services, look no further. Toyowest is the best. Roger is the most honest, and hardworking mechanic you'll ever meet. Not only did they get to the route of my trucks issues, but they also gave it to me straight. Where other mechanics might have been inclined to wedge a dollar out of my pocket, Roger gave me the tough truth and it was all for the better. Amazing, amazing, amazing, even though it didn't end how I had hoped, it was still an awesome experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Roger s Toyowest provides outstanding and honest services. I was lucky to find him few years ago and will not take my 2004 Lexus GX470 anywhere else. Took my dads 2005 Ls430 to get a full coolant flush. Unfortunately, more work had to be done such as a timing belt, water pump, radiator and so on.Roger is extremely knowledgeable in anything Toyota/Lexus. He is also very friendly and doesn t rush to explain anything to you either.Guys like him don t exist in the auto world anymore and you ll be hard pressed to find another guy like him.High quality work, great guy, clean shop, etcWill be coming back without hesitation.A++ 5/5 stars

Thank you to Roger and the entire Team at ToyoWest. Family owned and operated business located in Peoria, AZ that specializes in the repair of Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Top notch, honest and customer service oriented business who are experts at their profession. Call first, their expertise is in high demand and operate by appointment only. I took my Toyota Avalon there after a failed attempt at another mechanic shop. Roger sent a play by play video describing exactly what was happening, technology is awesome. I talked to Toyowest on the phone to get an opinion about my transmission on my 2013 Lexus ES350 and they were so professional, knowledgeable and honest. I was so impressed with how much time they took to explain the issues with my car. This was done all free of charge. If you need your car repaired definitely go to Toyowest.

I highly recommend Roger at Toyowest Automotive. He is very upfront with his work and keeps you the customer informed throughout the process.His work is high quality and he has decades of experience and it shows.He recently did major repairs on my 2000 Toyota Tundra and the truck is like a brand new truck off the lot mechanically.

Allow me to start by saying that I don't even live in AZ. I called Toyowest with the hopes of speaking to Roger for advise.While researching what service to have performed on my FJ Cruiser I had received conflicting information from several Toyota dealerships and transmission shops near me. Everyone I talked to sounded like they were regurgitating info that they had heard but only partly understood. I know enough about cars and other mechanical systems to know that I wasn't talking to experts.After a few google searches I came across Toyowest. I read some of their reviews and was impressed so I decided to give Roger a call. Within minutes, I was able to tell that I was finally speaking to someone with a wealth of real-world experience and a great understanding of my issue. Roger spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me knowing all along that he was never going to make a dime. Our conversation enabled me to get the proper service from a shop in my area.I wish there was a shop near me that was run by someone who really knows their business and exudes trustworthiness like Roger. If you live anywhere near Toyowest, look no further. You found your mechanic.

What can I say, my Land Cruiser was at Toyowest having some major work done to it. I was in no hurry to get it back but Roger made all the repairs and got my Cruiser back on the road very quickly. Roger goes above and beyond to satisfy you with the quality of his work and takes the time to explain what he has done and what needs to be done. I trust him implicitly! Roger is the only person who will be working on my Toyotas.

I have worked with Roger on my Lexus's over a decade now and he is always awesome. They do good work at a price practically 50% less expensive then the Local Lexus dealership's. He has worked on 4 different vehicles of mine many times and every time does a good job. I would absolutely suggest going to Roger and Toyowest, great location also!!!

We about an hour north of Phoenix. My wife drove our Toyota Sienna down to Phoenix and it began to have problems with the traction control device and also ABS. This was a safety issue so I was not comfortable with her driving back north. Fortunately I found Toyowest and they were able to look at car that day. They were professional and took great care of us. Roger is very knowledgeable on Toyota and Debbie is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you Roger and Debbie!

A big shout out to Roger at toyo west! I had my timing belt, water pump, rack and pinyon, shocks and struts replaced on my 2006 Toyota Tundra. The truck drives great and feels new again. He did an amazing job with the vehicle and kept me updated as he worked on the vehicle with items that needed to be replaced and items that we need to keep an eye on. When I picked up my vehicle he had cleaned the outside and inside of the truck, wiped down the dash and detailed it. He is a very meticulous mechanic that enjoys his work and it shows! Roger is also a man with high integrity and a mechanic you can trust to do a great job and give a a honest evaluation and feed back on your vehicle. He is NOT the typical mechanic that looks for ways to replace or fix things to make extra money. I will continue to recommend and use Roger at Toyowest even if I have to drive from Queen Creek to the west valley, he really is that GOOD! Thank You Roger!

Toyowest is a small, locally owned automotive shop that comes with all of the pros and cons you would expect. Roger (the owner) is absolutely a knowledgeable and professional mechanic who will take the time to fully educate you on everything you ever wanted to know about your vehicle. Their customer service is outstanding. They stand by their work and will always be there when you need them.Since they are a small business, they also have some cons, mainly the pricing of their services. You will end up paying more here than at other shops. It's just a fact of life that they do not have the economies of scale that larger shops do. Whether or not it's worth it is up to you. If you want excellent service at a reasonable - but not lowest - cost, then Toyowest is the right place to go.

TOYOWEST is honestly and truthfully the BEST place to take any of your Toyota/Lexus vehicles. I took my 1999 4Runner to 3 different shops before TOYOWEST and they all told me to replace parts that didn t even fix the problem. The first time I bring it to TOYOWEST, roger offers me a solution, and it actually makes a TRUE noticeable difference. He also inspected my car thoroughly. Will recommend and come here for everything for my 4Runner from now on!

Roger and his staff are rockstars! If you own any Toyota and especially a Toyota Land Cruiser then this is the place for you. I previously was taking my cruiser to another mechanic shop and long story short, they just couldn't get it dialed in, so we parted ways. Shortly there after, I was told about Toyowest which just happened to be located very close to my work place. Under Toyowest, my FJ60 was finally repaired correctly and has never run better. Give them a shot, you will not be sorry.

I've been having my 1998 Lexus serviced at Toyowest for a number of years. The service is exceptional, professional, and proactive. I never leave without an explanation and understanding of the work done, whether normal service or repair of mechanical issues. I give my wholehearted recommendation. My Lexus has 131,000 miles on it, and because of the service I get at Toyowest, I am confident to get in it and drive anywhere in the country.

Outstanding service!! Our Camry had a problem with the front air dam as the result of striking a concrete parking lot bumper. I wanted to have it repaired before leaving on a long road trip.After reading numerous on-line reviews of Toyowest Automotive, I called and spoke with Roger. He said if I would take it in to him, he'd take a quick look at it and let me know what repairs were needed. He put it on the lift and in 15 minutes had it fixed. As busy as he was, he stopped to help a first time customer, then would not accept any payment!You can bet I'll return in the future, and will gladly pay for those services. Thanks, Roger!

This place is the best place. Hands down. Had my 2016 toyota tacoma maintenance here. Roger took the time and sent videos (via text) of any problems and informed anything else I needed to do. Really amazing guy and very laid back. Ohh plus he also took the time to wash my truck. Which I've never experienced at any other automotive place.I'm never going to any other place. Because I can say they give an honest opinion and take care of your vehicle.Thank you again guys

ToyoWest is the only place I ll take my vehicles. Rodgers knowledge and understanding of Toyota s is immense. I own a 1986 Toyota 4Runner and a 2002 Toyota Sequoia and he has taken care of both of these as if they were his own. His shops costumer service is like no other. It reminds me of a small town repair shop where everyone knows your name. I ve recommend ToyoWest to a few friends and any Toyota or Lexus enthusiasts. This guy knows his stuff.

What can I say? I was desperate...When I found RogerI was in the process of purchasing a 2002 Lexus from a good family friend who allowed me to have the car check out before agreeing to buy it. So, being naive enough to believe Lexus wouldn't allow one of their dealer service departments to mislead a customer, I took the car to a well-known Phoenix Lexus dealer's service department, explained I was buying the car; and wanted them to go through it with a fine-tooth comb and let me know how much it would take to get it in top condition. They came back with a quote that was just under what the blue book value of the car was. I gave them the go-ahead. I picked up the car up, the check engine light was off; and, while the car still drove and ran rough, I had confidence that service rep I dealt with had my back...NOT! Within 60 miles of driving, the check engine light came back on...took it back, they looked at it...said they couldn't find anything, reset the computer and sent me on my way. Again within a 50 miles, the check engine light came on I took it back and this time they said I needed a new catalytic converter and sensors that would cost over $4,100.00 to fix.Needless to say, I was furious, not to mention flummox, I had just spent close to $4,000.00 to have a car "certified" by reputable Lexus dealer and now they were telling me I needed to spend another $4,100.00. I proceeded to research cost on catalytic converters and found that I could buy one for less than $500.00. That led me to search for certified Lexus' repair shops and that led me to Toyowest. I called to arrange an appointment; and, during that call, I explained my situation about the catalytic converter as well as other issues I still had with the car.Roger peppered me with questions; and, in the end, I took the car to Roger. He took over 1 1/2 hours going over the car and came back telling me the catalytic converter was brand new and didn't need replacing. He told me the problem was with the engine fuel system. In addition, he told me all the ball joints, engine and transmission mounts were shot and needed replacement. The brakes needed to be replaced, along with the water pump and there was a serious oil leak in the cylinder head cover. The cost to fix all this was about the same as the Lexus dealer's quote for a new converter...which I didn't need. While I am unhappy about spending more on a car than it's worth, I am now thrilled with the car. It drives like new and can't be more pleased. Hat's off to Roger and Toyowest for their professionalism, thoroughness, honesty and incredibly fair prices. I whole-heartily recommend them.

Roger is the only mechanic I'll bring my FJ cruiser or any toyota brand to as long as he's in business. Gives honest assessments and with relatively quick work. Not the cheapest option but always a quality job done.

The number times that Roger has saved the day for the Toyotas in my family is mounting up. I would not trust anyone else. Come here, but only if you want straight talk, solid service and a much-deserved break from the games at the dealerships.

We were recommended to this professional by our neighbor, who is in airline mechanics. We have never been disappointed. This is the mechanic who will tell you what you DON'T need done, and saves you $$$ instead of the other guy who piles on the work. This is a mechanic I trust and so far it hasn't been misplaced. We've been going here for over a year with different cars (Lexus, Honda, Ford Taurus).

Absolutely would recommend Roger and Toyowest! Roger provided excellent information on not only the issue I brought my car in to have him look at, but potential problems I may encounter down the road. He kept to the price I was quoted and went above and beyond what I was expecting for that price. I will continue to use ToyoWest for any future servicing needs that arise.

Serviced my '07 Lexus GS450h and replaced the water pump. Friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated being shown the worn out components in the water pump and will return to Toyowest as well as recommend to my friends. It's nice to find a good, independent shop I can rely on.
