I recommend Steves shop to anyone that needs any type of repair. Steve and all his staff are very friendly people and very knowledgeable. He took my car in on very short notice and was very patient with me through out the whole process. The part my car needed was on back order for a very long time and on his own time he found out the best solution and had my car back on the road quickly. He is fair with prices and a good person all around. All my future car repairs will be going through him.

I had high hopes of getting my under-warranty vehicle serviced properly at this location. I am having transmission problems. I checked and found that there is a known issue discussed by many people who own this type of vehicle. The owner of the service facility showed me what he thought the problem was and started ordering parts. I believed he knew what he was talking about. He kept my car for an additional day to put it on a machine to check the transmission. I picked up the vehicle, and while driving home, the same problem I had initially was still an issue: vibration and hesitancy in the transmission. I called the next day and spoke to an employee about it. I heard the owner in the background say, "There's nothing wrong with that car." I asked the employee to have the owner call me back. Two days later, I have not received a phone call. Not only was the owner dismissive and rude, but his lack of communication was appalling. I drive the car and I know when there is a problem. To treat me like a child who does not know what he is talking about is insulting. It seems to me that he got his money out of the warranty company and could care less about his workmanship, let alone customer service. The potential loss of business is great because I will not recommend his business to anyone. Everyone should be treated properly. I could understand if a mistake was made and he needed to look at the car again. But to tell me nothing is wrong because he thinks he is the god of the auto service industry is demeaning and insulting. Do better. Be better. Karma is real.

This shop has been very amazing and supportive in helping to fix issues with my car that I ve recently bought. Steve is very nice and helpful, I appreciate all he has done for me greatly. His team works fast and they get the job done. I ve recommended them to my friends. Thank you SteveO!

I have been going to Stevo s garage for a couple years now . Recently I had to have my battery replace. Even though Steve was booked for the day he squeezed me in and got me in to replace my battery. He also researched to make sure my car had the correct battery. He has earned my trust and he doesn t try to upcharge you with repairs your car doesn t need. I highly recommend but sure you make an appointment because he s very busy. I get all my work done here

The customer service at this facility is unmatched compared to the 5 other places I called prior to scheduling an appointment. They're very knowledgeable and quick to get my car back in business again from a failed transmission. I cannot thank this team enough for getting my vehicle ready in time just for the holidays! Steve-O's is straightforward, honest, and fair. That's really all you can ask. I like the specials they run and the car reports/updates. They've always gotten my car in and out fairly quickly and I appreciate them.

If you are required to have an Intoxaloc device on your vehicle this is the only garage you should trust . Others I went to find ways to charge you more for the exact same reg. maintenance. Should you need work such as a batter ect. They know how to work around the device, most repair shops have no clue! Steveo s is always available when your in a bind with the device, sometimes you only have 2 days, they understand how time sensitive it is and are always there to help. The mechanics are soo kind and helpful walking you through everything, and Jane in the office knows the Intocalox company so well there s not a predicament you may find yourself in she can t handle! I ll continue to use this shop long after my device is off for service, I can t express enough what an amazing shop this is !

Absolutely amazing place to have work done!!! Steve and all his employees are amazing I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good reliable and dependable mechanic. Steve will not do any work without discussing it with you first and is honest he does not try to do work if it is not necessary!! Truly the kindest, most affordable, and honest mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. After calling several mechanics on a Saturday, and getting quotes I couldn't afford, I called Steve O's and they worked with me by going above and beyond to help me get my brakes replaced. Thank you Josh for going out of your way, spending your own gas and time to get the parts necessary to replace the brakes on my 2014 Ford Explorer, making sure you saved me $$, AND working past business hours on your only day off, all to ensure the safety of my Explorer on the road. I cant thank you enough. You guys are the BEST!!

The first service center that we took the car to misdiagnosed the problem. We were told that it was a transmission problem so it was taken to a transmission shop but there was nothing wrong with the transmission. We called Steveo s garage and Steveo made sure the car got to his shop were the problem was properly diagnosed. Steveo was very professional and kept us updated about the repair. Steveo s will be our go to mechanic from now on. I highly recommend this shop.

I had asked to have a lovely lift. Kit installed with still o'rims for 33 inch. Tiresteve wasteve was more than helpful in finding what was needed. As he is a certified.Off-road Representatives. I waited more than 3 months to my car back after needing a head gasket repair. When I finally got it back the check engine light is on. It never was before. The turbo doesn't work properly. It had no problem before. I've noticed a leak I didn't have before. After another mechanic looked under the hood he told me that it was transmission fluid leaking and told me to take it back to where I had the work done and they are responsible for the problems. So, I took it back to Steve and he wanted to change me more to fix problems that weren't there before. I'll never give him another dime.Services: General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair

Great experience! Made and appointment, dropped off the car, came to pick it up and everything was done. He showed me everything I needed to know. Very professional and thorough. Will definitely be calling on him again for some of the other work I need done!
