Parts department personal very helpful and knowledgeable. They had the right parts and were able to walk my wife through the installation process. Not that I couldn't do it but my just had to show me up. The water in our Fifth Wheel wouldn't shut off and it was a similar process to rebuild it. Also the water pump was sticking and running constantly so we replaced it as well. Thanks Again Again for the help and Patience!

These guys and gals are awesome! This time, Chelsea the assistant manager especially! I drove an hour out of my way because I trusted their input on items on my RV. Been here multiple times, always willing to help and not "Sell" you something, rather to lend a hand! Highly recommend them!

So happy I found this store when shopping for rv supplies. The inventory is fantastic and I found items in stock I was having difficulty finding elsewhere. I set up an appointment for service on a Friday for a suspension upgrade and the entire crew worked really hard to get the work done in a day and make sure I was happy with the result. They even went a little past closing. Terry, Darrell, Greg, and retail crew all so friendly to deal with.

State Trailer saved our camping trip. My RV guy that I had scheduled over a month ago fell through and I was leaving in two weeks for our yearly camp trip to Showlow. I called a few places and all were booked a month out. I saw the great reviews and called State trailer. Same issue booked a month out. Kelli new over the phone I was in a tough spot and said" let me see what I can do". She asked me what I needed and would call me back to see if she could fit me in. She called and got me in within a week and had my trailer for 4 days. The price was very reasonable and happy Kelli saved the day. Greg was very up front on repair prices and inspection. Sent me texts on all repairs and recomendations before doing anything. I really appreciate the caring and customer service without inflated price hikes. Thank you Kelli amd Greg! Having tried a variety of RV service providers in the Northwest Valley (Glendale/Surprise area specifically), we're very happy that we kept looking and found State Trailer. Rates for work done were very reasonable. They always did what they said they would do within the timeframe provided. Their parts selection is extensive. Because they rely on service, not sales of RVs, service is their main focus and they're good at it. The staff could not be nicer.

Pretty good average trailer store either they have it, or they don't. They can get it with extra cost. It's better than other trailer stores. I've been coming to this location since it opened. I stopped at the East Valley location, but it's temporarily closed? I'm glad this location isn't closed. Hopefully, they don't close it either. Happy trails.

Kelly was so helpful squeezing me in to fix my hitch crank. I am eternally grateful. The technician did a great job and had me in and out quickly. Excellent customer service.

Was looking for a specific part for my RV asked the lady up front she was very nice but told me to go to parts counter for help. While standing there for quite a while watching what seemed to be a ghost town of a parts counter with a gentleman sitting there purposely ignoring me. So went over to the who I thought was a nice lady at the service counter that looked like I had told her a bad joke while asking for assistance so as I walked towards the door I had enough time to find the part on amazon to be a quarter of the cost and delivered next day. Would definitely not recommend this place other than for the restroom and free dump station.

I have shopped many times at State Trailer RV store. However, this was the first time I came to State Trailer RV to get my travel trailer's seals and bearings serviced. They also checked to make sure my breaking system was good. They did a great job and I got my trailer back on the same day. Anyone who has had their trailer serviced knows that same day service is almost unheard of. I will definitely use State Trailer RV in the future.

On top of your problems and get it fixed right the first time. Same tech works on your coach every time so they get to know it.Staff VERY Helpful and knowledgeable.Have already recommended to friends & they like them as well.Check them out I am sure you will like them too.

First day at this store. Thanks Assistant manager Darrel for giving us the worst experience ever. Darrel was in a horrible mood smacking his mouth making us feel dumb over a simple question and making smart comments. If we ask assistance it s obviously because we want a Subject Matter expert to share his know ledge. If you don t like dealing with people why are you in a customer service position. Thanks Scott for taking over and answering all the questions we needed.

We set an appointment with State Trailer for February 14, 2024. So far we have had NO communication with this company! We made a call to be told, "It has been assigned to a tech" & we are running behind!!! Communication is key with your customers!!!! Do not smooth talk your customers or give excuses! Has this industry from coast to coast just melded into the covid excuses! It is time for all these companies to do their job with pride!

Good Communication from start to finish. Work was done in a timely manner. I like that they text me exact price and ask for my approval before work started. We had two things that need to be done, one right away and one could have waited if we needed it too because of finances. So I appreciate them letting us know we had an option. Very friendly service texts and employees in the store.

We arrived late May, 2022, in Phoenix on a work trip with our two main roof ACs on the blink. One was locking up and needed to be replaced. The second needed a fan motor. I had not been able to find parts any where.Mark in parts was confident he could source the correct AC and fan motor. He did get the right fan motor, but the AC was incorrect. He and AJ, the service tech figured a work around. I had to purchase two new control units and a new thermostat so that everything could communicate, but they got it going.I appreciate the effort to get cool air going in our bus in Phoenix! AJ was terrific!Kelly in service was super great. She worked us into the schedule in 48 hours rather than 6-8 weeks and we appreciate that very much.The replacement and repairs were expensive, but we have cold air.

Call me a thief call the police police came to the store check the cameras they see I dint steal nothing after all the weird manager was very angry and said to the police I don t care I don t want him to came to my store after all I told him about the part his was calling me thief was cost $21 and for $21 he lost me and another 8 family members I have he lost approximately $20.000 per year because me and the other 8 people we are buying and selling all Kinds of motorhome. After we check out we find out that Amazon has everything that he has in his store for half price if I was you I was buying from Amazon because his Buying everything from Amazon and his put it on the store for double and triple price I just checked all staff that I bought from his store to the amazon and Amazon has its more than a half price that he has. Buy from Amazon and don t go to this place weird people.

Easy to get an appointment. In on Friday out on Tuesday. Could have had it Monday but told them it was no rush. Will definitely use them again.

Darrell was helpful and patient the cashiers were friendly too!Look for the big kiss out front and say "Hi!" to the girls running the front. Just did a labor day dump station run, thanks for taking our waste.

Service sucks. I walk in with a small bag on my shoulder. Was asked too leave because I wouldn't take it off. They said that did it too women which not true because their are woman in this place with their bags. Justin the manager needs to get his story straight

I have had work on my travel trailer done twice at State trailer supply. Both times the work that was done first was 3 years ago New roof and new awning. They did excellent work both came out very nice. The 2nd time was a couple ago. I had them replace the Slide seal gasket. It was done in 4 days the turn around time was fairly quick. The customer service was great also. Kalli was very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs work performed on their RV.Richard Gonzales

I rolled into their lot with a blown tire on my travel trailer. Not only did they address my repair right away but also conducted a thorough inspection which found my other tire and spare were both way past recommended use dates.I popped in a few days later for a couple of items before our road trip and the service in the aisles was just a great as the service department.I m a customer for life after these first two experiences!

I took my fifth wheel in for AC repair, new toilet, and multiple other things. Everyone was so wonderful they kept me up on exactly what was going on. They did not have my RV for more than a few weeks getting everything completed and Kelli from the service department was extremely helpful. She would text me and let me know exactly what was going on and what the time frames were. I will definitely be using them if I have any needs in the future and I will refer everyone I know to use them

Went to get a propane tank filled after seeing the sign out front earlier in the week while visiting the store. Rang the bell and noted the please be patient sign. So I waited. Problem was an employee with a tow forklift was just driving around and didn't even acknowledge me the 4 times he drove back and forth. Now if he picked a trailer and moved it I would say hey he is busy. When I see a yahoo doing nothing while wasting the company's propane trying to look busy on a forklift is when I left. 3 stars is for the store. Most common parts are in stock and priced decently for a retail store.Edit: last visit went way better. I did have to go inside to get someone to fill a propane tank. The service writer was nice and got someone to fill it quickly.
