My accident occurred 8/30/22.It took them a MONTH just to begin work. I got my car back 1/26/23!5 MONTHS!! The guy at the rental car agency said he'd never seen a bigger rental bill.When I finally got it back, on the way home (6mi away, 10min drive) a transmission line popped off and left me stranded. They picked it up and fixed it. Later that night after receiving it, it happened again! Stranded twice.To make it even worse, my damage was all FRONT END. Items in my trunk were missing. Had to call them to get them back. They also swapped one of my wheels with a different style of wheel, so now I have a mismatched wheel. There's also a small cover that covers the hole where the tow-hook goes. That's gone too. Now I have a hole in my front grill. The switch to adjust my side mirrors suddenly didn't work. Had to return to have them fix that.There was ample communication thru texts, but it didn't make sense:"You vehicle is almost done, just waiting for paint."Then: "We're waiting on a few more parts for your car."Then: "Your vehicle isn't done yet," almost every other day. What?!The people were nice, but NEVER AGAIN! Not this location.The location at 19th Ave & Deer Valley is much better.

I had an appointment today to drop off my vehicle and to secure a rental. Their computers have been down all week and I was misled. They told me to take my badly damaged vehicle home and bring it back in six days. I would never recommend this company to anyone attention to service is far below standards. Quality business professionalism is terrible. I would never recommend this company for auto repair.

I was initially told the entire process would take about 5 days, it took 14 days. I had to call a week in for a status update and when I did, I was told it was just assigned to a technician and now the part would be ordered, a week in. I called 3 times before someone followed up. On top of that, the part (bumper) had to be painted so I can't wax or run through a car wash for 3 months?? I'm glad to have my car back and it looks well enough but overall, very disappointed with the process.Service: Body & Trim

I used this company once before and will never use it again. I had my car towed in on Sunday and was told it would be put up on the rack for an inspection either wensday or Thursday and now on Friday I call to get my estimate and low and behold now they are telling me maybe next week. No employees take any responsibility and have oh well attitude. I would not trust this place to fix any vehicles and would seek service elsewhere.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Little frustrated towards the end with the repair advisor, but was immediately addressed and resolved with help from management.Danielle, how ever was awesome from estimate to delivery and more!She is very knowledgeable and experienced and provides accurate information, attention to even the smallest of details and great customer communications even with difficult issues that may arrive during a body repair.Thank you Danielle, you made the difference for these two customers!Thank you for all that you ve done to coordinate and assist with all aspects of our repairs!Debbie and Kelli

I am so grateful for the team at Service King! I needed extensive work done on my car and they did a beautiful job. My repairs were done earlier than estimated and they kept me in the loop the entire time via text message. We Didn't get any work done, my wife, My 3yr old daughter and Myself, ran out of gas and service king went out of their way to ensure that we safely continue our commute, they supplied us a gas can and also had one of their employees take time to transport us to the nearby gas station cause it was kind of hot too walk, so much gratitude, and appreciation for helping us out.

I have never written a reviews before because I didn't any place was really worthy. This service king location left my wife and I in awe. The wife was hit sitting at a light and we dreaded the whole process of getting our truck fixed and dealing with the other drivers insurance. Brian Parker (Service writer) and Roy Garcia ( Technician ) made this experience an absolute dream for us, they pretty much handled everything. The customer service was top notch, better than we have ever experienced elsewhere. We were kept up to date daily of the progress. Too top this all off the truck looks amazing, better than I honestly expected. Great job guys and Kudos to Service King for employing an awesome staff.

I have been going to to this service King since the early 90s on 75 ave south of bell Rd . I will keep going there because of the management and also all of the stuff that works there. Everyone there work as a team an they are all professional in front of you and the work areas are always clean. And they all work to please there customers. For this store it is all about customer service . And to get the people back in there vehicle as fast as they can . So that the customer can get back to there life with there vehicle. Because it s not easy to have your vehicle in the shop and if you need to get a rental vehicle they will help you get that also. When your vehicle gets done you can leave the rental vehicle this shop . I will not go to another Service King at all . If I would move to the other side of town I would still take my vehicle to them. I will travel all the way from the other side of town. Again the manager at this store is for employees and for the customer s not for him self.Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto glass repair, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes, Battery

This Service King is outstanding!Got the back of our 6 month old new Car smashed in.We chose this location and it was the best choice. You get daily updates via Text message and phone calls. Car suppose to be in the shop for 9 or 10 business days but we got ours back after 4 already.Car looking and driving like brand new.Was very happy with the all around service!

Great work and super friendly, but I was not informed that the estimated price was going to be more than what was initially stated. I was notified after the work was completed and went to pick up my vehicle. If I had not had the money I would've been screwed. A simple phone call would've been appreciated.

Worst experience ever! I got a quote on Tuesday and was told the repair could be done on Wednesday after the part came in. I dropped the car off on Wednesday and they received the wrong part (he assured me he ordered it correctly). I left the car trusting them that the part would come in and the work would be done and they would call me to let me know. They never called so I called back and was told the part had to come from Tucson and would arrive first thing Thursday morning and they would call and let me know. Again, I didn't get a call so called them several times before I was able to talk to my service adviser. I was assured the part would be in shortly and the work would get done. I finally did get a call from them to be told that the wrong part was sent again and the correct part was not available. So after three days, I picked my car up and took it next door to A&D...hopefully I have better service there! Oh, I forgot to mention that in addition to all of this, their credit card machine was down so I paid by check in full and it was already cashed so am now waiting for a refund.

Well I made appt to have my son's car evaluated for possible bent frame. I made the appt. After speaking to an employee and based off the price given to check the frame and then the hourly cost for the 1 to 4 hours of fixing the frame. My son went to the appt without me. They didn't even want to put it on the lift to check the frame.....so why did they give me an appt.?! Then after awhile they finally took it back and supposedly looked at it and then told him it would be $8k to straighten it. So that is over $7.5k more than what I was quoted initially. Even as an estimate, how can you be over $7k off. Very disappointed...after having a great informative conversation with the employee at the 75th and bell location. Too bad that location doesn't have an alignment machine.

Took the parts for my kids Q50 to get painted so that the kids could fix the damage they did to the car. They did an excellent job color matching the party white paint. Also got a quick turn around for a very fair price.

The Gen Mgr and his team of Auto Body Professionals at this shop - got our Service Truck repaired and back on the road in record time. We were kept informed all along the way on the repair process. SK # 113 is an excellent shop doing quality work. Good as new ! David C. / Scottsdale, AZ

Terrible customer service. My car has been sitting at the shop for 3 weeks, they haven't touched it. I can't get anyone on the phone, I get the run around from corporate. NEVER use this company.
