What can I say, above and beyond glass repair. After calling another company and they didn't get back to me until the next day. I called one of my friends and they suggested Select. Sarah with select was very helpful and professional she got me booked the very next day to replace my rear glass slider on my 2023 Ford f-450 because I made a mistake and broke the glass. The installer, Jonathan very professional and he was early. I have a utility bed on my truck with multiple transfer tanks. He was able to call one of his partners they got the job done in no time at all. I did not know my bed and tanks would cause a problem they were very understanding.Very impressed with this company. The other company finally got back with me they were $400 more and 7 to 10 days out.Thank you Select glass!

Glass panels in several sliding doors were scratched and internal between the sealed pane defects in our new build home. Replacements finally came for only those with internal defects. I had to live with the externally scratched panes.Replacement panes also had scratches and I internal defects including a hand print in the sealed section. I was told by select they have only a single supplier of glass.Willing to share photos for those interested.

I had Select Glass custom design and install my frameless glass shower door. It looks amazing. They had to design and fit the door to my already remodeled walk-in shower. RV glass on a Class A is a big deal. I had a one piece windshield and it's a huge heavy piece of glass. After contacting Geico I was given the option of going with Select Glass. I contacted Priscilla, who if she's not running this branch, she should be! She helped with the entire process. I took the RV down there and a four person crew tackled it with professionalism. Let it set up for about 6 hours before moving it. No leaks! Thanks Select Glass! I'll post a photo.

I got a chip in my windshield driving on the freeway. Called State Farm and they recommended Select Glass for the repair. AJ was my repair person. He called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, fixed the chip and then let me know when he was done and gave me a card to use in the future. AJ did a great job and gave me explicit instructions as to not wash it for 2 to 3 days so the repair could set. Thank you very much for doing a great job.Alex B.Service: Auto windshield repair

I made an appointment to get my windshield replaced. The technician was on time and did a nice job. My negative review is due to the fact that I wasn t told in advance that I would need a second appointment to calibrate my car. I was also told that someone would contact me to arrange the second appointment. No one contacted me, so I had to call the office to arrange for the calibration tomorrow. Very disappointing.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The service provided to me by Select Glass has been outstanding. I have used them for my car windshields, home sliding doors and glass shower door. I am so impressed by the quality of work and just how professional this organization is from top to bottom. For your car glass they come to where you are at work or home and make the whole process streamlined and easy. They won me over with the precision of the work, ease of scheduling and customer service and they never disappoint. I highly recommend the Select Glass team for home and auto glass.

I had my windshield replaced by them, referred by Peoria Subaru. I called for the appointment and scheduled a windshield replacement, never said anything about eyesight calibration since the dealership specified very clearly they are the ones to do it. The tech showed up at my house, replaced the windshield handed the keys to me, did not tell me he had done the calibration and didnt not provide a copy of the work order. They went ahead and filed a claim to my insurance got paid for both services. When I took my car to the dealership I got charged $285.00 being told they spoke with the insurance and they will reimburse me. Long story short everyone got paid and I am now not getting my money back because Select Glass says "well you didnt tell us not to do it" !!! I NEVER requested you to do it in the first place!!! I hope you guys are happy with the money you got from my insurance for something you were not asked to do!! The money I will not get back because of you could have bought a nice Christmas gift for my child!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Before the installer left he told me I will see tons of tiny shards of glass in the car. I was like WHAT???!!! The next day I vacuumed it for an hour and a half and it barely made a dent. So I just called to let them know my dash, seats and carpet are FILLED with tiny shards of glass, as well as Several larger pieces in the cup holder and along the gear shifter. My husband and I were in the car a few times looking at the windshield during the three days before the glass co came and there was no glass in the car. Their response was, it happened when the windshield got hit. Well, they have no way of knowing that, and it is simply not the case. They also said just go get it detailed. Maybe they should just put cloth, towels or paper down like repair people do when they are working on your car. There is no way we are Ever going to get all this Embedded glass out of our car. We have used Select Glass many times and have always been happy until now.Service: Auto windshield replacement

This company is amazing, quick & efficent! I have used them 2 times now and was referred from a friend who has also used them. I have not been disappointed yet.I called and a day later, literally I had my glass replaced all from the convenience of my work parking lot. To top it off it was replaced a day later with the manufacturer model glass. I would recommend and refer EVERYONE to them.

We have always received professional and timely service for our auto glass replacements and are absolutely thrilled with the shower glass and mirrors installed during our bathroom remodels. We recently needed windows in our home removed & replaced and all the employees were beyond professional from sales to delivery and installation! They kept us informed throughout the process and while onsite they took extra care to protect our interior and exterior belongings as well as keeping the job site extremely clean every day as if it was their own home! We would highly recommend Select Glass for any glass needs!!!

I used Select to replace a cracked windshield. I have a Subaru with eyesight on the vehicle, my car is less than a year old. I advised from the beginning that I wanted OEM glass and that I would have my dealership do the recalibration, in part because it must be done inside, and in part because with my previous Subaru I had a bad experience with a glass company doing the calibration incorrectly. The office argued with me about the calibration. When they arrived the tech didn t have the OEM glass and he confirmed calibration couldn t be done in the driveway. I had to reschedule so they could bring the OEM, glass. Again, the office argued with me, I made it clear they weren t performing that service, just the glass. When they called to confirm the appointment the woman told me that one tech would arrive to do the glass and then another to do the calibration - I told her NO. I should have cancelled at that point and gone with a different company. The two gentlemen who came out were nice enough, one of them advised he will confirm they aren t sending another person for a calibration. I noticed a smudge on the glass when they were leaving but only because it s normally super clean right after an install, I didn t think to much of it but I also haven t been able to rub it off yet, I m going to clean it properly shortly.When I got in the car a day later, I noticed small glass shards on my speakers, and is there glass in the speakers? White scuff marks on the dash that won t come off, and dirty fingerprints on the edge (not somewhere anyone would normally touch). Then my friend found one of their tools in the car, just sloppy.I got to my dealership today and confirmed that 1. You do have to have OEM glass for the cameras, 2. The calibration must be done inside. This is a safety issue. The car is capable of braking and swerving on its own, and they are calibrating the cameras that control it against manufacture specifications apparently?Service: Auto windshield replacement

The price was fair and the tech was prompt and had the job done in slightly less than an hour. before he left, he gave me the instructions regarding the temporary tape on the glass and no car wash for at least 24hrs. I have a 69 El camino, Bradley installed the windshield. I supplied the aftermarket mouldings. He said they may not fit perfectly. I understood that they might not fit properly. He installed the window, and there were large gaps at both top corners. He blamed the fit on the mouldings. He left and I tried to adjust the mouldings, but couldn't fix the gaps. I made some measurements and realized that he set the glass too deep into the body. I called him to see if he would redo the job, and again he blamed it on the mouldings. He again blamed the job on aftermarket mouldings, and said that he would not redo the job since they gave me a "good deal". He would not refund any of the money for the poor workmanship. I had another windshield company come out for a second opinion They found out that when he set the windshield, he pushed it too deep into the body. Bradley had lied about his workmanship. Their "good deal" will end up costing me to have the job redone by a craftsman that takes pride in his work. I would not recommend Select glass for anything. I offered to have Select Glass correct their mistake, but they declined.

Very fast service and friendly staff! Got me in and out in 15-20 minutes to fix the crack in my windshield.

Select Glass is extremely efficient. I called on a Thursday to have winshield replaced. They set uo the appt. for Monday between 8 & noon. I hadn't heard any feedback so I called at 9:15a Monday to check status. They had me in the queue and said the installer will call when he's on his way.He calls at 11:10a, arrives at ~11:20. Windshield is replaced by 11:40. WOW!VERY impressed!

Totally professional! Hunter was my service tech and he did an outstanding job. He arrived on time and replaced my windshield within an hour. I highly recommend Select Glass.

Just had my windshield and door glass replaced by Select Auto Glass, what a great group of people. From start to finish a solid company with awesome employees!......If your insurance company suggests "SAFE........." company....tell them YOU want to "SELECT" the BEST.....Thank you Select Glass!

This was my first time using Select, and they were fantastic from handling the claim to the replacement of the glass. The folks that work there are a pleasure to interact with as they are definitely a class act from a customer service perspective. Well done Select. Driver with license plate 33A 6 GM almost hiit me getting on loop 101. If I didn't slam on my breaks he would have hit me. Please drive more careful.

I agree select was professional on the phone and being on time. My complaint is with the quality of the glass. These windshields from China, cannot withstand the Phoenix heat. My insurance paid for two windshield replacement within a years time. Select glass said I would need to submit another claim. Rene, not happy with select glass.

Your driver almost hit me not stopping at a stop sign today, I was in a crosswalk. Company van not stopping at stop sign with pediatricians crossing in a crosswalk is a liability waiting to happen
