Would give a higher rating if I could. Roger was able to get me in much sooner than anyone else. Some places didn't even respond to my inquiry. He fixed the issues with my 2018 Blaze'n toyhauler and I'm back in business. Pricing is very fair and you can tell he enjoys what he does. Fortunately he's located close to me in Peoria so getting the trailer there is no problem, great resource to have for future issues. Let's face it, trailers aren't known for quality craftsmanship so I'm sure I'll be calling him again. Thank you Roger!Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Roger did a great job on our class C warranty work both times . I won t go back to the dealer when Roger gets the job done right the first time and on time. He replaced the rollers on our slide and tackles any problem you might have with his many years of experience.

The owner and his employees started working on my camper as soon as I showed up. They diagnosed the underlying issue and fixed it. Then they checked to make sure it worked and made sure I was satisfied.I was very impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of this shop. I highly recommend them.

Roger is extremely knowledgeable about RVs past and present models. Our go to person in the Phoenix metro area. Reasonable prices. Good guy.

Call Rodger on a Friday afternoon to ask about getting a price for a levelers. I found him very warm and knowledgeable about what we were requesting. He said he would get us a price and call us on Monday he called on Monday as promised and I was really impressed with the thoroughness of his quote. I would gladly deal with him all on my RV needs it's nice to know when you come back for the winter that you have somebody you can trust to go with your RV needs!

If you want honesty, integrity, and a quality repair for a reasonable cost, I don't think you could find a better RV mechanic. This guy really knows his stuff. "For an excellent fix: Roger that!"

First-time RV owner and Roger took the time over several phone calls to guide what I needed and what I didn t before even bringing my trailer to him. When he actually did do work on my trailer he was fairly priced and turn-around time couldn t have been any faster. I wish all trade professionals were as good as Roger s RV.

I have used Roger's Recreation Vehicle Services for my rvs now a few times, the 1st thing I can tell you is honest, he is more than fair on his prices and he does what he says. Now you may have to wait a little bit if he is busy, bit he ALWAYS does what you ask amd will not sell you something you don't need and will tell you not to do something if you don't need it. If you need something worked on give him a call,, he has many many years of experience!

Not only did he fix our 97 Winnebago Roger' take time to answer any questions that we may have regarding our motor home. I have been using Roger's RV for several years. My RV is a 35 foot class A with 2 slides. I tried other RV service shops nearer my home and where I store my RV. I was disappointed. I found Roger to be very direct and to the point. He does not participate in the "salesmanship" game smooth talking game, but his honesty is absolute. If he says it needs to be done, it does. I have gone in to have something done only to have him tell me it is not necessary. In doing so, he gave up monetary benefit, but preserved his integrity. Other shops may have more gleaming sales and accessory shelves etc, but I choose to continue dealing with Roger's RV.

First visit took my motorhome in for a leveling system motor change which I supplied. Burnt out after the third use. This was not there fault. Took it back in and instead of fixing the problem he drilled into my console and installed a toggle switch without my permission. We then left for our trip and it never functioned. I called him up and told him it never did work from his repair. His comment was I doubt it . He just called me a liar. Up until that moment I thought he was a very honest and nice guy. Well you decide if you want to use him or not. How rude.

Roger and his crew of 2 technicians installed the Bigfoot hydraulic jacks on my motorhome.They did a great job. Roger also fixed some other minor problems at nocharge . Roger's knowledge of the system and installtion is something you can have confidence in.Bob King

I bought a used motorhome in really good condition. Being a new owner of motorhome, I wanted to make sure all was ready for our trip! Roger was to inspect the whole motorhome as he claimed he did and gave me a list of small repairs that needed to be done the largest was resealing of the roof. I spent over a twelve hundred dollars and actually was ok with it as long as everything worked. If I can back up for a moment my first initial couple conversations with Roger very good but After he had the motorhome and I called when he said it might be ready he got Snippety, I called a couple days later he was very SNIPPETY! (Dude just checking status right?) I called twice the whole time. Well finally got the motorhome got ready for trip, generator does not work. I called him it was Friday about 5pm he was rude, short and frankly did not give a damn! We were not rude back pretty much just stated we called to see if he had some ideas on what we can do to rectify situation ( again new owners, not sure how everything works) I would strongly encourage watching some videos, going to friends who have some insight on motor homes or just learn as you go if your a newbie. I guess if you had a specific job and make a deal price and time to be complete all may work out, after all he has been around the RV business for a while. I also feel I was taken advantage of being a woman (if your a woman you know that feeling) Anyway he never called back and neither did we, I would not recommend actually I would detour. I don t do a lot of reviews but hope this helps someone from spending too much money and bad service Thx for reading

Roger has done a number of repairs on our diesel pusher RV, including complete replacement of our roof surface. He's been more than fair, both in the rate he charges (VERY competitive) and in the additional things he does without holding out his hand for more money. Best of all, he was able to identify and repair a number of things that our former RV repair shop either dismissed (which caused us big problems on the road) or charged for but never repaired. We lucked out in finding him, and will keep going back.

Saved me! Foolishly, I started driving with my levelling jacks down and bent them all. Roger and his crew squeezed me in as I was driving through Phoenix and they were fast, good, and very fairly priced. I'm pretty sure these guys could fix anything that might go wrong with your RV. Oh yes, remember to raise your jacks before you drive!

I've been coming to Rogers since I was a kid. He worked on my dad's trailer and now mine. Very, very knowledgeable about all trailer types and models. Highly recommend.
