I haven t purchased a motorcycle for over a decade and these guys were great in helping me find exactly what I needed/wanted. Their selection was amazing both in the showroom as well as in the gear and parts departments. My salesman, Martin, took the time to explain all of the new technology of bikes and walked me through the selection process flawlessly. I never felt rushed and I learned a great deal which made my experience even better. When I took delivery of the bike again, Martin was there helping me find all of the accessories I needed to get it home and on the trail. This will be my go-to shop when I m in AZ!

Excellent customer service and far and away the best prices I was able to negotiate. Almost no negotiation was involved as the price I wanted to be at was agreed to over email and the telephone. Literally in like five or ten minutes. My salesman was Frank and you should request him. He ll work in your best. Just good dude.

Was doing paper work for a few hours but I had a great time. My salesman Chris was great, funny guy. He helped me get my very first bike. Super excited and glad I came to this place! I recommend coming here for your biking needs and hit up Chris to help you out!

Hands down the place to go! Matthew and Nate were nothing less than amazing. It was a long two days but they finally made it happen. My fianc� and I are extremely happy with what we bought and the experience. They treated us like people and not like a number. I would recommend anyone who is in the market to ask for Nate as your sales person and Matthew as the manager, they make an excellent team. Will definitely be back there for service and for any future purchases.

Had a great experience working with this dealership. I wish others would take note. The salesman actually listened to what I was interested in and then didn t try to sell me things I wasn t looking for. He showed me options. Then when it came time to deal, we did a thing I think most dealerships have forgotten the art of - dealing. You ve earned a customer for as long as I live here.

Great experience and easy transaction. James helped us out throughout the process by phone and in person when it came time to pick up our new to us Seadoo switch which is awesome. I ve done business with Ridenow for a longtime time now. But if you want a guy to help you and follow through make sure to reach out to James. Thank you guys !

They price matched a quote from another dealer plus got a couple hundred off that. All was good until I came to pick it up and ride it home 125 miles. Getting ready to leave and wanted to adjust the front brake and clutch levers, turned into a half an hour ordeal and still didn t get it done. The service guy even wanted to charge me 30 bucks. I said no way I just bought this bike and want to go home. Waited for him to get the manager and ended up just leaving.

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase of my GSX-R600! The customer service and support from the dealership were outstanding. I really hope im not getting her name wrong but Andrea was amazing! I received the help I needed to purchase my bike. TRAVIS is a rockstar. He was patient and very professional with me. I hope to buy my next bike from them again! I couldn't be happier with my decision to own a GSX-R600 and it's all thanks to their amazing crew! :)

Great experience working with Frank in the sales department. The price we agreed on over the phone, was the price I walked out the door with. Will definitely be giving Frank my business again. And my trade in value actually turned out to be worth more in person once they saw it, than what they had originally told me on the phone. Honest people.

The wife and I went in a couple of weeks ago and purchased a 2023 Can Am Spyder. Everyone there was helpful and polite while we were looking around. We were there for quite a while before we decided upon the Spyder. Nate was the salesman that ended up helping us. He is down to earth, friendly and very knowledgeable. Despite a little hiccup with the bike after purchase, the Nate and the sale team was able to diagnose and fix a loose battery cable and get us riding the bike out the same day. Here we are two weeks later and we just bought another bike for the wife, a Can Am Ryker, once again with Nate helping us every step of the way. Our experience with this business has been great. The salesmen, service team, and everyone else has been great.

I had an amazing experience at this location. They have exceptional costumer service. As soon as I stepped inside I was greeted by Dan. He helped me out through the whole process. He is very professional, friendly and very patient, I had so many questions and he made sure to answer all of them. So if you go ask for Dan I'm sure he'll be happy to help. They make you feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a sport toy. They arethe best.

Thank you Brian for you and your crew for getting my 2017 rzr done in time to go out for new years in glamis . Taking care of the engine light repair and the rear axles .Also taking care of our rzr 200 with the recall and installing a light bar our daughter loves it. Anthony B. was truly phenomenal. His level of service is superb. I'm new to riding and he gave genuine feedback on topics I had questions about. He is professional, well spoken, and thoughtful. I will definitely come back for anything else in the future.Also, Brian who picked up my bike and dropped off was sooo kind! He was awesome and communicated with me about dropping off when I wasn't home. It went perfectly.Loved the service both of these gentlemen provided. Thank you!

I had a great experience purchasing a 2020 Polaris Sportsman 850 from Ridenow Peoria! I found the atv on the used online inventory. I called and talked to Rich he gave me more information and sent me pictures of the machine. It was very helpful to get more information before I drove from my home in Gilbert to Peoria. I then was handed off to Jeff who helped me through the rest of the process and helped me out on the price as well. Over all a great experience. I've already taken the machine out twice and it has been a blast.

Husband and I came here after a negative experience at the Chandler location.Ryan in sales and Matt in management communicated very well and were very informative. We appreciated them being upfront and honest during our purchase. We came in just to look and happily left with his and hers bikes.When we came back the next day for my car, both Matt and Ryan made sure we were good to go and happy with our purchase. Jimmy in parts followed through to get us everything we needed for our new toys.Worth the hour drive for us. Thanks guys!

Travis, Mike, & Shawn was helpful with the purchase of my new Ryker. They explained everything regarding the basics of operating the bike. Gave my bike a good wipe down. I love visiting this place. Wide selection of inventory and great customer service! If you re in there for maintenance go see Kris Olivas, he will make sure you re taken care of! He was very attentive and appreciative of my time, he helped me from getting the right parts to notifying me of any updates regarding order status of parts and/or labor on equipment! Thanks Kris.

The staff there took my XD 1500 and did its first service same day, absolutely shocked! Originally went to another dealer, and they couldn't touch it for 2 weeks. Easy to deal with, great service, had the extra maintenance items I wanted in stock.

I bought a bike from you guys and ultimately I'm happy. This spike does have an issue, I'm taking it into the dealership tomorrow to see if you guys can fix it or switch it out into another model. The customer service experience was very good, I'm hoping that we can rectify this situation without any issues. We will see what happens

They have as a standard procedure to file for a loan in 2 different places, so I got 2 hard inquiries in my credit. Also, in case you buy a vehicle, prepare to stay there the whole day.It took them almost 8 hours for the paperwork & preparation for my bike.3 stars beucose they worked the price with me and the guy who helped me, was really good in his Job.

GOOGLE THIS REVIEW SYSTEM IS WRONG. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GIVE AT LEAST A ZERO IF NOT A NEGATIVE NUMBER. ONE RIDENOW POWER SPORTS STORE SHOWS 1.4 OUT OF 5. IF YOU COULD GIVE A ZERO IT WOULD PROBABLY BE 0.4 OUT OF 5.DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE OR COMPANY. RIDENOW POWER SPORTS CHARGES ABOUT 16 % ON TOP OF THE ADVERTISED PRICE. THIS IS WRONG AND IN MY OPINION ILLEGAL. WHAT A BUNCH OF LOW LIFE SOB. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL AND SOON TO THE BBB ABOUT MY UNSAFE MOTORCYCLE THAT RIDENOW POWER SPORTS SAID THEY WOULD FIX BUT WON'T. I HAVE EVEN TRIED TO CALL MR. MATTHEW W. GRYNWALD GENERAL COUNCIL, RUMBLEON, INC. THIS PERSON REFUSES TO EVEN RETURN MY CALL TO HELP IN FIXING THE UNSAFE SQUEALING NOISE. INSTEAD OF STANDING BEHIND THE KAWASAKI BRAND THEY JUST KEEP TELLING ME THROUGH THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL TO BRING IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL VIDEOS OF THE SQUEALING NOISE, BUT IT GOES TO DEAF EARS. I ASKED ABOUT EXCHANGING THE MOTORCYCLE BUT THEY ARE JUST SO HAPPY TO GET THIS UNSAFE 2023 KAWASAKI KLX 300 OUT OF THERE HANDS. THEY WON'T EXCHANGE UNLESS I PAY MORE BUT THEY REALLY DON'T WANT THIS UNSAFE MOTORCYCLE BACK. THEY REALLY DON'T CARE IF SOMEONE DIES ON THIS SQUEALING MOTORCYCLE. THE MOTORCYCLE STARTED WITH 185 MILES AND STARTING RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING IT WAS SQUEALING. NOW WITH JUST OVER 400 MILES ON IT AND SQUEALING NOISE IS STILL THERE. I REFUSES TO EVEN RIDE THE MOTORCYCLE NOW. RIDENOW POWER SPORTS JUST DOESN'T CARE. PERIOD. DON'T BUY A KAWASAKI KLX 300 PERIOD AND DON'T BUY FROM ANY RIDENOW POWER SPORTS STORES. PERIOD I SURE WOULD LIKE TO THE PREVIOUS OWNER. BUT RIDENOW POWER SPORTS WON'T LET THAT HAPPEN. WONDER WHY!I HOPE KAWASAKI SEE THIS AND DROPS RIDENOW POWER SPORTS AS A DEALER. PERIOD

My experience here was amazing from the beginning. Frank was the associate I had the pleasure to work with I had met him know since the beginning I was about 3 months out before actually purchasing a bike. He did not treat me any different as if I was going to buy one that same day he was helpful and friendly. He and James really treated me with kindness as a first time buyer I would definitely recommend.Thank you Frank and James for keeping it fun y all are great people.

Just my experience......First walk in waited a bit. Saw a bike I liked and inquired about it. Asked for quote etc and stated I would be back in the evening salesman had my number told him everything he needed. Stopped back waited again (there was one person who helped me made sure I had what I needed why I threw in an extra star). They finally got my salesman and was told nothing was done and because I wasn't in store I was shuffled to the back of the line. Ended up filling out an app against my better judgement. Waited until Monday got a call said it was good to go. I made a couple requests to change some things and was told I would get a call after they did their end ......three days later I went somewhere else.

I stopped in to look at options for a dirtbike for my daughter and one for myself. Nate checked in on us right away and was very helpful with getting information and looking at stock on models I was interested in. We quickly decided on a bike we each really liked that were in stock and at prices I was very happy with. Nate and Matt were great walking us through the process and getting us all setup and on our way with a new crf50 and a kx250x.

Omg talk about absolute stellar customer service at Ride Now in Peoria! Anthony B has been over the top amazing. We needed work on a motorcycle. Anthony was always quick to answer any questions I had, worked with me on pricing and always kept me informed not to mention had the work done quickly. He is my go to guy! Nancy was great to work with! Her and the team had all the paper work done and I was there less then an hour. The number they gave me over the phone was the same as the final price. Keep up the good work!!!!
