I placed an order for a set of wheels to find out out they weren t being made any longer, so I all but gave up but great customer service prevailed! Jeff dug and canvassed his database and found a host of wheels like what I was looking for but none sat well with me for what my vision was for my ride. I declined and thank him for his efforts. A day or two later Jeff sent me one more set of wheels to look at and lo and behold they were the ones I had on my ride at the time but exactly what I was looking for chrome with black lip!!! Man, had Jeff just accepted my first declination, he d be out of a sale and me pain painstakingly surfing the web until I saw what I was looking for!!! Thanks Jeff for the tenacity, great customer service and commitment to your customer experience!!! Return customer for sure!!!

Shout out to Jeff at ProParts US for ensuring my purchase went very smooth. The specific H&R spacers I want weren't in stock but he kept me 101% up to date on the part's status from manufacture to dock to my front door.Best prices and an even better customer service!H&R DRM 20mm bolt on spacers for my 2011 Lexus ISF on factory wheels as shown in photos.

Ordered some Swift springs from Jeff a couple weeks ago. Order status didn't change for about a week, so I e-mailed him and he informed me that the rate I ordered was out of stock. He said he sent me a message about it shortly after my order, but I must have missed it. He offered the next stiffer spring rate that actually was in stock and had them ordered the next day after confirming the change. Swift then quickly shipped them. Still quite pleased with the transaction and I hope my Fiero is too!

I ordered a part and it ended up being 45 days on backorder, I was gonna cancel my order but Jeff showed me another part as an option. I ended up getting that part and it turned into a smooth transaction after that and I was very satisfied with the end result. I appreciate the extra effort put in.

I will definitely order from here again. They notified me about a product being on back order and offered me an even better product when the back ordered product still wasn't available. Jeff is very helpful and extremely nice I appreciate his customer service. If there were 10 starts pro parts would most definitely get all 10.

STAY AWAY!!!! Terrible Terrible Terrible. Everything about my experience with this company was awful, take two minutes to read this and you will know why.... I cant even believe all the good reviews on here based off the rodeo they put me through. I ordered a Jeep rim that was shown as "in stock" in November of 2023. Not until weeks later sometime in December (well after they took the money out of my bank account) did they notify me that the rim was actually NOT in stock but it was actually on back order for 4-6 weeks. No big deal right? WRONG. I agreed to wait because the rim i ordered was very difficult to find online and they had already taken the money out of my bank account. 6 full weeks later I ask for an update and they tell me its going to actually take a few MORE weeks... so I waited another 4 weeks just to be told AGAIN that my rim was not in stock and that their only explanation for why was that someone forgot to put it on their shipments.... Not only did they NEVER take responsibility for their mess up, they tried to blame it on someone else as if i had purchased the rim from the distributor themselves and not ProParts Depot. After nearly 4 months of delays this was their response, that they don't know why they don't have the rim other than it was not shipped to them??? My only two options after months of waiting were to cancel my order and go find another rim somewhere else orrr you guessed it! Wait another 3-6 weeks! Then I tried canceling my order which i was told takes anywhere from 1-3 business days. This is my FOURTH WEEK waiting for my money to be returned. I've tried calling several times but no one ever answers the phone number listed on their website. I would send them an email and get a response back in anywhere from 1-4 days later. This US company is the biggest scam I have ever dealt with in my life and i would not trust them to purchase anything. STAY AWAY!!!

While our order has taken a little long then it was supposed to that is in no way what so ever ProParts fault! I'm very pleased with the professional way they delt with us and all of our questions about our order! As soon as the order was shipped they sent me a message right away. The whole process from ordering to having the order finally ship (again not there fault). Was super easy. They are super responsive. I will personally be ording from them again in the future. Cause they are affordable and hassle free! Thank you again!

Was really helpful and finding me wheels when the original ones I wanted were out of stock. Actually found me ones that I liked better. Gave me 10% off for the hassle and shipped in two days. Went above and beyond and gave me +1 customer service. Wheels look great and can t beat the price.

I ordered a set of the Lloyd Floor Mats, which are fantastic. Unfortunately, when I opened one of the boxes, the color was incorrect. The team at ProParts promptly send out a replacement mat in the correct color - fast, easy, and such great customer service. Thank you!!

I needed some special hardware for a vehicle awning but it was on back order. The customer service staff was extremely helpful in notifying me about the delay. Eventually received the parts as soon as they were available. Great service !

Staff was very helpful and provided me with an extensive list of options to choose from. I ordered my wheels and received them in about 4 days and the shipping was free. I would highly recommend. I purchased the black rhino chamber wheels and I think they look great on my Silverado, couldn t be happier.

Exhaust took a few months months to get here. But finally made it. Being that it was back ordered or out of stock. Just didn't like the fact that it didn't said that in website. Although Jeff tried to work something out and tried to help. I'm sure IN stock parts should be a smooth transaction. Thank you!!

Ordered Swift Springs as they had the best pricing. I was a little undecided about trying out Proparts due to some of the negative reviews but thought I'd give them a try. Most credit card companies provide coverage against losses so I could order without much risk. Jeff was quick to respond to my questions and got my springs ordered and the delivery was very fast. They are now on my short list of stores I will now shop with online.

However I m glad I went through with it, I contacted Jeff with questions about the product and questions about my order. He was more than helpful and very professional throughout the entire process. despite being low manned, the ProParts team, Jeff in particular was extremely attentive and polite. I m extremely new to the car scene (like 3 weeks new) and I went a little crazy buying a bunch of items. I had a ton of questions, some which were probably silly to even ask, and they had no problem explaining anything I threw at them. Most of our conversation was via email, which I also received a quick response and they even went as far as offering to schedule a call if it would be more convenient for me. Very excited for my new parts and I will absolutely be ordering from this place again.

Ordered a set of struts but after a small mishap the issue was resolved under 24 hrs an got my kyb shocks/struts set shipped under another 24 hrs, customer service was awesome and very helpful, already have my shocks and struts installed under 3hrs
