These guys repaired the window, thanks. But, gouged and scratched my rear passenger door panel so bad it looks like it came from a junk yard. I questioned them on the damage. They just said they were not sure how it happened and gave me my keys. Now I have 3 nice door panels and one lousy one. Just scammers!

Had such a wonderful experience here! Driver side window would no longer roll down or back up and someone from the team came to my house to fix it. Installed a new regulator but realized in order for the window to roll up properly, needed another new part for it to be fully functioning. Drove it to the shop and Randy had someone fix it for free! Couldn t recommend enough. Professional employees and very accommodating!

I sent a text just yesterday to see if Phoenix Power Window could replace my window motor and regulator. This morning the job was finished. I've never had an easier time getting something done. The price was super reasonable able. Diego was fast and efficient. I'd use this service again in a heartbeat.

My 2010 Ford Expedition driver side power window failed to go up. I called these folks and got immediate response next day with the tech onsite. Randy is very responsive. These Expeditions are great when it comes to engine and endurance. The electronics and mechanical devices are less reliable. One nice convenient aspect about this company is they can come to your home and do onsite repairs. If you value your time, go to these folks. Ended up replacing my regulator and motor. Happy with the service. They might be a little more spendy as compared to other companies. But I value my time and like the convenience. You can also pay by CC if you wish.

window broke at 9:20am sent a message at 9:40am and was on the phone with them before 10:20am and they were out here and the window fixed by 11:09am.honestly I really thought this was going to be a crazy hassle but they made it so easy. Every single person I dealt with were amazing, polite,kind and helpful.if I could have given them a 10 I would have.I also wish I had gotten the guy's name that worked on my car cause he was great, unfortunately I have a terrible memory for names.

Phoenix Power Windows Repair is the place to go!!! Randy is absolutely amazing! This is one of the best, friendliest, and quickest service providers I ve ever been to! I work be telling everyone I know to go to Randy!! The guys in the shop were friendly and very easy to talk to. I attempted to replace some parts, myself, for my car windows to work. Ended up finding these gentleman on Google. I brought my car in early the following day, and I received service on the spot!! The owner was a great help, extremely knowledgeable and coached me how to get everything working if the problem reoccurred. Both windows work great!! Thank you!!

Used them today to replace the regulator on my 2007 BMW X3. And I'll be honest, we had a few problems -- as is occasionally the case here on planet earth. But, in the end, Randy, the owner made it all right and that's the important thing here.Companies are going to have the occasional problem (wrong part sent out to them, employees "asleep at the wheel", etc....), but in the end, it's the owner that can make the difference.This is where Randy shines! (in case you haven't got that yet from the other reviews here!!)In talking to him directly, I could better understand the difficulties that sometimes affect customer impressions. But his caring and willingness to call and discuss with me the problems AND make them right, is what makes this company a shining star and this should seriously be considered when you need a window repaired -- especially on an older car where it's bound to happen.....eventually.Also, side note, Greg the tech that came out was great and worked diligently while providing some fun banter. Thanks again Randy for making it right!!

I didn't even know this business existed until yesterday. I woke up to find my front passenger window had fallen into my door during the night. Nathan and Edgar responded and were two of the nicest and most professional workers I have ever encountered. They fixed the window in less than an hour and the best part was the price. I got an estimate from a local auto repair business near my house of $751. Plus I would have to drop my vehicle off in the morning and pick it up in the evening. The cost from Phoenix power window repair, $340. They also let you use a part if you purchase it new. It was so convenient having someone come to your house and do this. What a GREAT experience from start to finish. I phoned this company in the morning to verify they actually come out to your house and make the repair and I was told yes and that a team would be out that same afternoon! Our driver side rear passenger door window came down. I was told that about 30 min. before their arrival we would receive a phone call letting us know they were on their way.Sure enough, did get the phone call and then the crew arrived. Edgar and Nathan were at the front door, wearing shirts with company info. on it and handed me a magnet type business card. They are very professional, personable young men. They did the job within minutes as we chatted.Just a month ago the same issue happened to our driver door window. On that occasion I went to a repair shop. I arrived at 8:30 and left their waiting room at 2:30, long day and I PAID MORE for the repair!!!Now I hope I don't have to use this company soon for the passenger side door windows but if they go out I will be calling Phoenix Power Window Repair. If you need such a repair you should do the same. You will save time, stay in your home not a waiting room and save money to boot!

Superb!! Thank you so much Robert for doing an amazing job on our van. Needed to get a window regulator replaced and they came to my location in a timely manner. Randy scheduled me out and was very informative and nice. Saved me hundreds as I got quoted way higher at different locations. So glad I found you on google and called. Highly recommended!!!

Nothing worse than your drivers window falling into the door at the Taco Bell drive-thru! At least it was stuck DOWN so I could still collect my delicious chicken tacos! :) What does a 61 yr old female do? Like any typical senior citizen.... CHECK REVIEWS! You do get a little leary of SO MANY 5 ***** but when reviews are right...THEY ARE RIGHT! :) Do not click elsewhere when you see they are in Peoria ( I am in Gilbert) because they are mobile and happily come to you! +extra star* for that service ALONE!I covered window with some cheap plastic (see pic) and called the POWER WINDOW GUYS! Spoke to Randy who was quick, efficient and had me on the books for the next morning! Edgar and Greg came out and what FRIENDLY young men they are! Their mothers would be proud! :) I gave them peace to do their job but my neighbor did bug them a bit and they were so kind to him with all his questions! Half hour later I have a working window again!Their pricing is lower than anyone else, they offer senior discounts (and you know we LOVE discounts), they ONLY do power vehicle doors so they do it quickly and correctly AND BONUS--Their staff is AMAZING! Reviewers GOT IT RIGHT this time recommending this wonderful business of Phx Power Window Repair. I will 100% recommend them to anyone I know! My window may have let me down but Phoenix Power Window Repair never has. The owner Randy is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Service always timely, same day even. The fact that they will also come to you is a huge plus. Save this number because your never going to go anywhere else. 100% satisfied! Called first thing in the morning and was scheduled for a couple hours later that afternoon. Robert & Nathan we're fantastic techs and I can't rave enough about the business owner Randy! Definitely would recommend them to anyone as they work around your schedule and come to you! I've been plagued with 2 cars that had BOTH window regulators go out at the same time over the last month or 2. I found these guys and have to say, very impressed with the operation. Not only do they quickly respond to text inquiries, they show up when they say they will and get the job done quickly. Happy to say 1 car down and 1 more to go. They came within 2hrs of me contacting Randy, today, and took care of my Fiat. Both windows work just like new again. Nice and smooth and no odd noises. Well worth the $$ spent especially with the warranty they provide. You just can't go wrong with these guys. Especially here in AZ. With summer not too far off, being able to open and close your vehicle's windows is a MUST. Well done guys! I highly recommend Phoenix Power Window Repair if you have a power window that won't go up or down. They fixed my windows 4 years ago with their fast and friendly mobile service, and did a great job! This time I came to them since they're only a mile from my house. I was in and out in 30 minutes and I know I paid probably half of what I would have at a dealership. Randy is great and thank you Robert for fixing my window so quickly! 10/10

I had a great experience with this business. I want to say Randy the owner is awesome. He really helped me out. My dad messed up my window trying to fix it himself and they were able to fix it and stayed behind after hours to help me out. It was a great deal and it was nice having to have met Randy it felt like I have known him for a long time he s so friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this shop. They have done both my rear windows. First time I got the parts from a 3rd party and they installed the parts for a very low price. Just yesterday, one of the 3rd party pieces failed. It s 115 plus degrees and I have young kids that frequently ride in my truck with me. I called PHX Power Window Repair and they took care of me same day for again a low price. This time that window has a lifetime warranty. Professional, courteous, and economical service. CALL THEM! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

The tech that came to me was Rob. He was very professional and extremely personable. He has to be the top in his field because it took him approximately 45 minutes to remove and replace the window regulator in a 2004 Lincoln LS.
