I needed a rideshare inspection and put it off until the last day. I walked in and was serviced without a wait. Andrew was friendly, polite and efficient. He had me out of there in under 15 minutes. And the price was great! I highly recommend this shop!

Nothing but great things to say about the boys at Pepboys. My personal experiences have left me very confident that my car's needs are handled professionally and fixed expertly. Came in today to get four new tires, called ahead, and was told they had 3 and would send someone to get the other from a nearby location. I arrived and they completed the work after I paid and went out to check my vehicle. I saw that the DOT codes, when the tire was produced, were from 2020 and in the beginning weeks. These tires were all over four years old, whenever I have gotten tires in the past, they have been less than a year old. When I spoke with one of the associates, I was told they can sell tires for up to 10 years after the DOT date because they are stored in the "Air-Conditioned shop" even though the AC unit was being replaced while I was at the shop. This is an extremely deceitful business practice, and unsafe as these tires are degraded, this shop recommends replacing them every 4 to 5 years, where these tires are already at. I have contacted their corporate number, avoid this location, and ask to see the tires before they put them on.

I was on the 101 freeway heading northbound and my tire blew out. I exit the freeway to install the donut. I drove myself to Pep Boys and they were able to get me back on the road within one hour. I am very grateful I was nearby. You guys are fabulous!

I Was very early however Rodney made me feel welcome, made sure that I was comfortable and took care of my car issue in record time. Because of this I referred another family member who had work done and they are very pleased with the work Rodneys team did. I will having all my repairs and future tire service done at Rodney's location and referring others as well.Thank you Rodney!Thank you Pepboys!

I stopped by for a vehicle inspection and they were very busy. Time flew as I watch Stargate in the lounge and soon enough the manager had me bring my vehicle around and wasted no time taking care of me. The experience was great the price was right I would definitely go back. Thanks

Andrew was excellent. Provides superb communication throughout my Pepboys visit, was empathetic towards my situation and took care of my vehicle without problem. Highly recommend Andrew and this Pepboys location for any car related service!

This place has the worst customer service honestly. You schedule an appointment and when you get there, they will tell you they have no available slot.I have wasted my gas, time and energy going here. Don t bother doing the same please. Their customer service is horrible.This is the third time this is happening in the Peoria branch. First time I was getting my tires replaced and I was taken round in circles before that happened.Today I had my oil change appointment and they sent me back home without getting that done yet I had to drop everything else to get there on time.Why would you accept appointments and not deliver them when someone gets there on time? So now I have to again figure out where my car will go get oil changed and that means my schedule will be messed up. Have respect for people s time and don t over book people.Let s also not talk about how you are always short staffed. My second time going there I was told the manager left with his girlfriend impromptu so I had to reschedule my appointment because there is no staff to assist me with my issue. I had to leave my car there for a whole freaking day only to go for it in the evening so that means I could not work that day and my job entails me to be mobile. You totally have no respect for people s time.Borrow a leaf from Firestone, they literally keep appointments and their customer service is at a PHD level.

Rodney at 75th & Peoria & his team took such good care of me! Replaced a tire, Rodney found the warranty on it that was lost due to a technical difficulty, and changed my oil, at last minute request by me, while my car was up on the lift.Was a very productive and secure feeling of being taken care of & Not advantage of.

I have an older Prius that kept having a problem with the power system. We took it to the dealership three times and they kept insisting that the problem was a bad starter batter and replaced it each time. When the battery died the third time we took it to Pepboys and they figured out the problem with not the hybrid batter or the starter battery, but a third battery that runs the electrical systems. It was expensive and had to be ordered from the dealership, but it was the proper fix. When someone takes the time to do things right the first time, they will always get more of my business.

If i could leave a negative 5 I would. I paid for a brake fluid flush, thought it was done since i PAID FOR IT TO BE DONE, was still having issues, took my car somewhere else and the brake fluid flush was NOT done. I took it back and after arguing they re-did it and called it a warranty . I submitted a claim for a refund for the job they lied and said they did to begin with but DIDNT. A SCAM! I have no received a refund and had to escalate it further since they said the remedied my issue since they did it for FREE WHAT??? You scammed it and didn t do the service you were PAID to do & inconvenienced me and made me go back again to have it done RIGHT. Do not go here.

Would give them zero stars if I could. This is the 4th time in a row me or my partner have scheduled an appointment online, we show up to the location and they say it s cancelled! we both scheduled appointments online, both cancelled today. One in the morning one in the afternoon. My partner found out when he showed up to the location. IF YOU DONT HAVE THE TIME AVAILABLE DONT LET US BOOK ONLINE. We have lives we have children we plan ahead to go get service on our cars. You don t even have the decency to let us know it s cancelled ahead of time?? Give us a call?? No. Don t go to this location unless you want your entire day wasted or have to come back on another day. As for our family we will not be returning at all. I ll be going to Sun devil auto fromNow on. I excused it the first few times but now it s just a habitual thing they do. Absolutely horrible customer service. No consideration for customers. They have done this several times before. This location is a nightmare. I ve been to other pep boy locations and never had this issue, I don t know who s in charge here but they should be fired.

We needed new tires for our RAV4. We did a price search and found that Pep Boys had the best price on tired. The joke was on us; for $75 tires there $25 warranty for each tire. We tried to get a refund on the warranty and they wouldn't give it to us. Don't go here and don't believe their prices.

Hi there,I had an appt at Pepboys in your Peoria, AZ location today at 10am. With an appt I waited almost 2 hours for my car to be serviced. Terrible customer service, extremly dirty waiting room, the bathroom has some dangerous hazard issue, I am going to report to the local authorities. This bathroom is dangerous for any person. It has worms, bacteria and flyes all over the place. But that is not the main problem!After almost 2 hours of wait time, I got my car keys.I tested my car before I paid and the vehicle wasn't aligned at all, it was going all over the place- left or right. I went back after the test drive and asked the mechanic who worked on my car to ride with me and see that my vehicle was not serviced at all and goes all over the place. He came with me for a ride, saw what I meant and confirmed that he didn't do a good job.I went back to the office, spoke with the manager, he tried to convinced me that they did everything they could to do the proper alignment and if I am not happy with the service I can just leave without paying.Let me tell you something. I am 9 months pregnant and it is hard for me to drive in general and that's why I did an appointment I waited 6 days for that I don't have to wait 2 hours on the spot and that my car can be fixed before my baby comes.What would you suggest should happen with your entire business? I am just curious how long would you keep scamming people?

Just got new tires installed yesterday. Today I studied them on my car and I see that the production code is "2017" which means they were made in week 20 of '17. So they are new but six and a half years old. Pep Boys should have disclosed that fact. Service was good, shop is clean.

Had a tire that was punctured on the road and driven on until I could safely pull over and change it. They determined the tire was unsafe to repair and wanted to replace it until I asked if that was covered under the road hazzard warranty I purchased. After I mentioned that they said the tire was totally safe to patch despite the sidewall damage. This was after a previous issue where 3 of my tires were damaged and they wanted to charge me full price despite the road hazzard warranty and decided they'd knock off 30%.

Didn t have my appointment in the books. Mechanic sitting on his phone literally would not respond to me or the front clerk as I directly spoke to him. Front clerk said yeah I can t get him to do anything I ask . I left immediately with no service.

John is always rude and has a bad attitude. they supposedly did an ac leak test but said i had to spend $500 to replace low ac hose that doesnt exist anywhere. went to another mechanic shop, he found the part no problem, so that was a scam. he did an ac leak test and it was my condenser. makes me wonder if they even did an ac leak test because when i asked John if it was the condenser he said I don't know. does he knows anything? probably not. which pep boys did 2 years ago. not under warranty. good to know they scam people on low income.

Went in today for a ride share inspection. They were very quick and efficient, and the 2 employees I spoke to were knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend! Another great thing was there was hardly any wait time!

Went there to get my wheel checked after having issues with it and after them checking it out, it was nothing major so they fixed it and got diagnosis all free. Very friendly and satisfied going there

Terrible service center, go anywhere else. The mechanic documented I only had 3 out of 5 lug nuts on one rim ( I believe there were 5 when I got there). But never told me. Mechanic then only put 3 out of 5 on the one rim. Probably should have moved one over from another rim or offered to sell me some or something. I did not find out about the missing lug nuts this until I review the email with notes. The associate did not go over the notes with me. Very disappointed with the service. Stay away from this Pepboys.
