A+++ GREAT SERVICE!!!Highly recommend Paul s Auto Service. I have been coming here for regular maintenance on my car along with the usual issues for 6 years now. Great honest service and reasonable costs compared to other repair shops & the dealership. They are kind, respectful, and an all around AMAZING shop.

So far so good! 1st time visit but I spoke to Mike who was very accommodating he was quick to give me a fair and accurate price quote. Then he made sure the parts where there and ready when I was so he could follow through in a timely precise manner. It's hard to find a mechanic with integrity these days.! Update still using them and they are awesome. Super polite, takes the time and shows they have pride in their work! if they say it's going to be a $x dollars. It ends up being $x dollars. If they say it's going to be done at this time it's going to be done at this time. Keep up the good work. Update July 1st 22... Still an amazing experience every time. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else unless Mike told me too!

My starter was failing in my 2013 honda accord. Called Paul's auto , got and estimate and brought it in first thing the next morning. Mike had my car finished in less than an hour. They were courteous, professional and $100 less than any other place I called.

RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY! I have had the run around on my vehicle since Pandemic. My trusted shop changed ownership and the work suffered. Additionally, I was being advised of things needing repairs that seemed "off" and that all the kwirky things happening around my vehicle were electrical. Mike and his team were able to find the issues (not electrical, but bad sensors or things not plugged in to work) and ease my mind that my vehicle is up to snuff.... ALL IN ONE DAY! Needless to say, my whole family has found our new mechanics!!!

Mike is amazing . I bought my car to fix the rat replant device and I got it fixed quickly. I like the service and I recommend anyone to service their auto for any repairs. I am very sure this person is very honest and will not charge you a arm and a leg like others do.

Awesome service! Fixed my truck same day! Price was extremely reasonable!! I would definitely recommend them any day. Trust all the good reviews these guys have. Mike was super friendly and walked me through all the repairs he made.

Highly recommend! If you re looking for an honest mechanic with integrity who won t over charge then this is the mechanic for you. My daughter had an issue with her car. Another mechanic performed a diagnostic and quoted her $1600. Turns out what she was told wasn t what needed to be done to fix the problem. Mike found and corrected the issue for $150. The best part is he was respectful and didn t talk down to her because she is young and a female. Thanks for being one of the good guys!

Dropped off a Honda that hadn t moved in 3 years. Took it to a different shop at first and was quoted a ridiculous amount. Called Mike and dropped it off. He did the same amount of work for a much more reasonable price. Great work. Will recommend to others.

AC tune-up was completed on my 2005 Dodge Caravan. I've had a few things done by the owner Mike and I'm always very happy with the high level of customer service. Very competent and friendly staff.

I went in for a oil change around 4:30 pm on a Friday (Appointment was scheduled), they had me in and out in 30 minutes. I'm not sure if it was the owner or manager that assisted me but he was polite and professional.

Great experience from start to finish! I messaged thre website one evening because my car was overheating and I wasn t sure where to go. To my surprise I got a message back within the hour telling me to bring my car the very next day to be checked out. Mike called me shortly after dropping my car off to tell me what was wrong and the cost of the repair. My car was ready a few hours later and is running as good as new! The price I paid was also exactly what he quoted me. Great shop and I will be using it as my go-to repair shop from now on.Services: Auto water leak repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Paul's Arizona Auto Service was recommended to me by a friend. I thought well maybe they were just being nice and at least the place must be somewhat fair. I went there when my 2010 flex was having issues with lights and I called around and looked on forums to try to fix myself. I thought it was a body control module which would cost upwards of $300.00. I went to Paul's and told him what the problem was and what I thought it might be, he immediately told one of his mechanics to look at it and then he was speaking to another lady whom was asking about buying a used car and he was telling her what he thought of that brand and she told him she had actually already bought it for her dad and he told her to bring it in and he would look it over for her for a very low cost and her dad was leaving across the country in 3 days and he told her to bring it in and he would take care of it for her right away and he would make time for her. Then the mechanic came back in and said he found a bad fuse (now I swear I checked the fuses 1st thing right away) and Paul did not charge me for anything. No diagnosis fee not even for the fuse. I have since brought him a rv to convert my dash ac from r12 to the new r134 and when I called around for prices it varied from $680.00 up to $1,750.00 and I took it to him and it was less than $300.00. I now take all my service work to him amd I refer all others I know whether they ask or complain about their car having problems. I just took my other rv there for brake problems and a ujoint issue and a battery charging issue and power steering noise issue. I would trust him with any vehicle I own or even my family's vehicle. He gets 10 stars out of 5!!!! Do you have issues with your car, truck, suv or even just want a 2nd opinion, go see Paul at Paul's Auto Service at 9235 w. Grand ave, Peoria, AZ.

I was waiting for my vehicle to be towed for hours. Paul volunteered to find another towing service, and while my husband and I were on our way to wait it the time, he sent a couple mechanics to get the vehicle, how they got it into gear I don't know but they didn't and repaired it and it drives great! Diagnosing want easy but they found the issue. Then two days later my husband's truck had the starter go bad and they fixed that quickly. Definitely the place to go for repair!

I've recently moved to the valley, leaving my trusted mechanic. I went to several shops, with various experiences. Some tried to sell me lots of stuff I didn't need, others thought girls can't possibly have an inkling when it comes to mechanics and refused to listen to anything I had to say, costing me time and labor costs to "diagnose" what I already told them. Then, a friend recommended Paul and Mike, and the rest was history. As long as i live in the valley and they are open for business, my cars will be going there and mowhere else.

When I got an oil change at another auto shop, they hit me up with a huge list of things that needed fixing. I decided to get a second opinion at Paul's and I'm glad I did! The only thing needed was a transmission fluid change. This saved me thousands in unneeded "repairs". Paul's is where I'll be going from now on!

Paul appreciates, respectful, patient, customers, like myself. My 1988 Lincoln Town car had drivability and performance problems. I installed a new battery and alternator and asked Paul to work on those problems. Paul said he couldn't make the engine quit, and released the car to me at no charge to confirm that and to call him otherwise. Consequently, even if the car doesn't quit, I plan to take it there car to try to improve it's performance. I very much appreciate Paul's systematic efficient approach.
