Very Clean, and organized store. Well kept, always stocked, and the O'REILLY team ALWAYS go the extra step, to make sure you get what you need. I always go to the Store on 83ave and Union Hills Dr. Their team is Extremely Friendly.

If I can leave zero Stars. I live about 3 minutes away from this O'Reilly's and the AutoZone right across the street and I always go to the AutoZone but whenever I don't find the part there I'm forced to stop at this O'Reilly's. It seems like all the employees are having the worst day of their lives as their customer service is horrible and I own my own dealership and definitely know how to treat customers and they obviously don't. Since I'm always buying parts from auto parts stores for my vehicles there's always times where I order the incorrect part or they give me the incorrect part and 95% of the time that I order a part from this O'Reilly's they always send me to an O'Reilly's 10 or 20 minutes away to do my return even if it's $20 for a return. They obviously don't like doing returns there because it probably looks bad on their business or something on statistics on their statements which is wrong for them to be doing. I always avoid coming to this O'Reilly's because of their lack of customer service and their lack of being able to return an item worth even $20. For some reason I never have this issue at any AutoZone that I go to

I d give ZERO STARS BUT HEN I CANT LEAVE A REVIEW OF HOW CRAPPY MIKE WAS!! The store manager "mike" is very rude and over all unprofessional!! He was really rude and super short with me almost cussing at me on the phone call. He told me that he couldn't get the part I needed that another store told me that the 83ave and union O Reilly's had the part i needed. So I called to make sure the 83ave and union store had it before i went down there and mike flat out told me they didn t have the part i needed without even looking for it. Even after i asked him to check if he had the part he flat out told me he wouldn t go look for the part because it was a waste of his time. I went to the store because I was assured they had the part!! Another employee found the part after I needed that mike" said he didn t have and refused to even look. I then asked Mike the store manager to see if he could look for another part that was only coming up as a special order and had no pricing, all i wanted was a price and how soon it could be at the store and he straight up told me that I'm taking up time out of his day for parts that I m not going to buy so it was a waste of his time! I'm a paying customer and that's how he's going to treat me I will not be shopping at 83ave and union O Reilly s anymore thanks to him. I don t know how he even gets customers with how disrespectful he is!!

Came in yesterday to meet a friendly assoc. "Eric"... good dude! (With a beanie)Battery was dead, he immediately went to check up on it and went ahead and replaced it..while replacing it, he spotted EXACTLY why the "motorcycle size"battery on my 2018 Honda fit went out...bracket was touching the positive line...smh...All in all, a REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE and fix of my battery replacement..$0 charge since it was under warranty...woo hoo!!!-Happy customer!!!

Came in cause my check engine light was on. The guy at the front desk was able to do the free check and then help diagnose the problem. I bought the $50 part and he installed it for me! Free of charge! Definitely surpassed my expectations! Will absolutely be coming back here for all our car part needs

I took my batteries in to get them charged and tested. They lost both of them. They said they were bad but I did not get verify that to be true. So I ask them what they were going to do about the situation? I did not freak out or even get upset. The worker called me the next day and said that they would just give me 2 new batteries since things went south. I told him that would be fine but to be sure and let other workers know what the deal was so that I was not having to go through the story and wasting MY time again with this situation. I went in the next morning (today) and ask to get my 2 new batteries. Then proceeded to get the shakedown from the manager like I was one of his employees. As the customer I don't do well at having to explain myself. I don't owe that to the place I chose to do business with. The manager now wanted to give me 2 cores if I purchased batteries somewhere else or I assume give me credit for 2 cores but wanted me to pay for 2 new batteries. Now don't get me wrong I don't mind paying for new batteries but when I receive a call being offered the batteries at no cost for trouble, trips and my time, I wasn't going to say no. Then it all changes and the wheeling and dealing (manipulation) begins when I get there. I walked out. No cores. No batteries. Not willing to have goal posts moved and me trying stay in the game. I have bought almost every car and truck part from this store. I will be taking my business somewhere else. No morals and integrity gets no money from me.

What a lazy and inexperienced front desk, went in for battery warranty replacement today(08/26,Honda Pilot), I was told the battery doesn't look like OReily battery(I was shocked), they declined me the replacement stating it was hard to access the battery and it wasnt OReily battery, without making the any effort. Turns out it was the battery cover with some stickers the OReily battery was inside the casing. Front desk at this location is very unprofessional and unpleasant. Never buying battery from OReilys

Common sense just is not so common any more. Coming from a business owner, this store and its associates are incredibly unprofessional. Tjis location definitely lost my commercial business after today. As I leave this review it's funny to note that the manager has left his own 5 star review. A suggestion, change out of your oreilly shirt, if you're going to leave a review for your own store... also padding your reviews is only reinforces the store's unprofessionalism and bad faith business practice.

Michael was a VERY big help. To say the least!! Took my vehicle to Wilhelm and paid $175 diagnostics fee to test to long story short for them not even find anything wrong with the car they said.. when my vehicle would attempt to crank up and wouldn t even idle it would immediately die. He scanned my obd port on the car and perfected my problem by selling me a new $32 map sensor for an 08 avenger. He is the reason I m able to go back to work with a functioning vehicle. I will ALWAYS head to this auto part store because of him before going any where else!! THANK YOU!

THEY ARE GOING TO LOSE A CUSTOMER, RUIN THEIR REPUTATION, AND GET BAD RATINGS BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO HONOR THE PRODUCT THAT THEY SOLD.UPDATED 7/19/23You'll notice a reply to this review. I contacted them as requested. No response yet. No resolution yet.UPDATED 7/15/23Don't buy your car battery here. This is not a knock against the employees. It's an issue with corporate. Took our car to a dealership. They said battery was bad. Went to O'Reilly's to have them honor the battery warranty. They said our battery was good. Michael wanted to help but was not allowed to. Went back to the dealership. They checked the battery again and said it was bad. Something is wrong with the equipment that O'Reilly's uses. It gives false information. The dealership said this happens all of the time. Anyways, O'Reilly's wouldn't help us. The dealership was more concerned with our safety and took care of it for us since O'Reilly's wouldn't. O'Reilly's needs to update their equipment to accurately work on all vehicle brands. Otherwise they will be continuing to falsely deny warranties. We were essentially ripped off. We bought a battery from them with the understanding that there would be a warranty. But because their equipment, or process, is not reliable for all car brands, equally, it led to us being denied what we paid for. The battery was in fact bad and confirmed by the dealership. Although it may be unintentional, it's still a form of a fraudulent sale, basically theft. I expect that there will be some canned corporate response to this review. Our money should be refunded. We should receive an apology. O'Reilly should update their equipment with software that's more accurate for all car brands. If it wasn't for the generosity of a dealership, we wouldn't have been able to afford a new battery. I have an illness and transportation is vital to us. My better half can't afford to use transportation services. O'Reilly's dropped the ball and someone else kindly stepped in to help. Know this, as long a this review is still posted here, O'Reilly's has yet to give us a refund, an apology, and update thier software and process preventing others from being ripped off. Any corporate canned responses you see to this review will serve as further proof that they don't truly care and will not make this right.OLD REVIEWMy fiance and I love this location. On more than one occasion, the intelligent and helpful associates, have helped us. On our most recent visit, we were very lucky to meet Tyler. We were concerned about a couple parts on our vehicle. Tyler was kind enough to check them out for us. In addition, he gave us valuable information that would help us with the maintenance of our vehicle going forward. I kept thanking him. He kept replying that it was his job and he was more than happy to be of service. Tyler is an employee that should be highly valued and recognized.

Short story. I order a part that was not easy for the first guy to find, he was confident and we ordered it. I go to pick it up, it doesn't look right and the price was much more than other places. Shawn made sure it was for the right vehicle and it wasn't. Yet he couldn't find the part under the direct name. I found it at auto zone where is was out of stock and he cross-referenced the part number and had one in stock. He also helped me update everything as I was under a different name. I left with the right part. Nice to see a person do there job. He has helped me on numerous occasions. Just thought he should be recognized by management.

My car battery died on my Ford Focus (which is turns out is a hard car to change the battery on) and I was panicking after I got jumped to find somewhere to get a battery Because it likely wouldn t restart if I shut it off and I tried some other places that couldn t help me (Because of the type of car or because of the pandemic). When I called here Robert said he d take a look and help if he could and he was so helpful and friendly on the phone! When I arrived he decided he thought he could do it and was so wonderful helping with the battery and also being nice and really calmed me down. 10/10 would recommend!! I would give more stars if I could truly

Guy was on the phone at register. Couldn't figure out what kind of motor oil I needed for a 2015 Volkswagen passat when I asked. I left and went to auto zone around the corner in 5 minutes and was done. Thanks!!

Don t come to this O reilly s. The employee on the staff is rude and stated they couldn t accept my return because it was opened and they wouldn t make money if I returned it but every other o Reilly I ve been to or called has had no issues with doing a full return. It s stated in their policy that that Do accept returns and have a warranty but the employee wouldn t help. Go to any other o Reilly because this one needs some work

I was sold the wrong spark plugs for my car 3 times!!!, i thought maybe my coil pack was bad after the second set of plugs i put in so i spent another 100.00 dollars i didn't need to spend, then bought all new rubber boots x4 $13 dollars ea. the assistant manager you would think would atleast return the boots since they sold us the wrong plugs 3x, No he said i needed the box which i threw away already, he was very rude!,Can't remember his name? African american man. Had an accient and wore glasses..The lady that worked the evening shift, i believe her name is Brandy, redish hair and glasses kinda thin atleast got me the right plugs for the car and returned the wrong ones, she was very helpful, luckily this didn't ruin my engine, i heard driving your car when hesitating and jerking, misfiring is really bad on it, i will not deal with the assistant manager anymore when going to this location, maybe start going to a different place, horrible customer service!!.also not to mention they said they plugs were pregapped ralready, all the sets they sold me were not to the correct gapping for that vehicle

O'Reilly Auto Parts helps us by connecting a gauge to our vehicles when the Engine Light comes on. Then with the code they receive, they can tell just what is wrong. The staff at O'Reilly's is very polite and interested in every patron. They help everyone. They have a great stock of parts for most cars, and can get from the store you are in at the time or look on their computers and find a store that has the part(s) in stock and have them delivered that day or the next.Just an all out GREAT SERVICE GIVING COMPANY! WE HAVE USED THEM SINCE THE 1960s.We are very Happy With Their Stores Service.

Everyone one at this location has always been very friendly and helpful in particular MJ and Alex. But Kristian is consistently rude and displays a poor attitude towards customers. Furthermore Kristian refused to replace a battery that had not been used but was dead a month after purchase without even being installed in the vehicle. Solely due Kristians attitude and unwillingness to help customers in honoring the warranty of your products I will not shop at the store any longer. My money will be spent elsewhere from now on.

RUDE!! Went to this store on 83rd and Union Hills and asked for them to check a code. They did and said, Take a picture of the code and do your research Right on the window it states they will help. Should not advertise if the employees are going to be rude and not helpful. Heading across the street to Autozone. Always other places to go, should treat your customers right!!

I dread coming to this location. The only person who seems happy to be there is the manager. All I needed was a battery check and was told I would have to wait a minute so they could get the line flowing. That is perfectly understandable. I chose to wait outside and watched the store empty out. "a minute" turned into 15 minutes of me sweating my ass off outside. Luckily the manager was outside helping someone and when he was done he asked if I was waiting to be helped and asked what he could do. HE IS THE ONLY REASON I GAVE 2 STARS. Try to avoid this location if at all possible. There is an AUTO ZONE, literally, right around the corner.

Not too bad if you remember that not all of them are mechanics or are mechanically inclined. And most of them are fresh from high school. With that in mind, what makes me a fan of this location and a few others, is that the counter personnel take the time to listen to your suggestions and advice. And just because the screen doesn't offer the solution, some of them have the forethought of using measurements as a useful tool in finding a possible interchange part.

Horrible customer service from 2 employees. Older guy I believe his name is Mike, whom I've dealt with on many occasions (only because there wasn't anyone else available) is very disrespectful, talked down on my knowledge because of my age. The other guy Josh maybe for one acted like I was the devil that he had to actually get out of his chair in the office, and was no help when I was looking for a constant tension clamp, told me they didn't have those and "he's never seen anything like that so they can't get it" in a very demeaning tone. Went to O'Reillys on Peoria and they had the clamps waiting for me no issue.
