I trust the manager and owner. They are honest and knowledgeable. Also if there are any issues with the work, they will take care of you. This location was referred to my by my father, and uncle for the way the shop is. I appreciate trustworthy work, and professional support. Recommended

I got a flat tire this morning and found Midas on a Google search as it was the closest place to where I was. They got me right in without any hesitation and were very helpful when I asked for suggestions. I was running late to pick up my car and Don waited for me so I can get my car. It was so appreciated. I will deff be using them in the future!

Thank you Don for getting me right in!! You guys are great! The technicians are all so kind and I believe to be honest!! I was in the business myself for about 10 years!! Getting my car into the dealer is impossible and the wait time for a repair could be a month!! So I choose Midas on 83rd for my auto needs!! Leo was also very sweet! Thanks guys!! Your pain and impatient pain in the butt!!

No complaints whatsoever. Don was really friendly and the crew member doing my oil change did a great job. The place was clean also the parking was easy. I will use this shop again and recommend it.

I would avoid this place. They replaced the security lugs on all 4 of tires. They forgot to tighten one of them, and another tire had no security lug at all. The tire only had 4 lugs out if 5. When I called them the manager stated that they could not get to it until Monday. I told him just give me a lug and I can put it on. They declined. Will never use their services again.

Arrowhead Midas is great! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.. they aren't there to play games and rip you off for sure.Syed was the one who helped me when I went there and after my diagnostic check, I found out some super important things that my car needed thanks to him and his team.I was also able to get everything I needed taken care of that day and my car has been super smooth on the road ever since.10/10 customer service !!!

We were on a road trip and out of luck! These guys put in a huge effort, stayed late, and got us going. Incredible results- their master tech Freddy is worth his weight in gold. Their manager even called guys in to the shop to get more hands on deck. My car has never felt better. Way to go!

I called and spoke to Brandon in the beginning of the week about doing a muffler/exhaust installation, said I could come in at anytime and told me when his welder was in. Called today and although whoever answered the phone politely told me "we don't do that anymore". After I asked if they had any time today to do the installI'm just curious as why all the other shops say they can do it (going to the shop in sun city, to get my install done). And this shop doesn't know what they do and dont do?

Update: I changed my review from a three star to a four star. Thanks Don for reaching out. Much appreciated.The oil change was a good price, and I was greeted well in the morning. However, when I went to pick up the car in the early afternoon, there was almost no interest in engaging me as the customer.I asked them if they had rotated my tires and neither knew if the mechanic had. The main manager sent back the other person to check. The other person came back and told the main manager, in front of me, that they were not rotated because the tires were at the warning bar.The main manager talked with his co-worker but never addressed me directly. He finished ringing out the order and handed me the receipt. He never followed up with me directly to let me know why the tires weren't rotated, so I had to ask him to explain more.He simply said the tires were at their warning bar, then handed me the piece of paper, and had no interest in explaining anything or trying to sell me any tires.I'm happy with the cost of the oil change so I will consider going back to Midas but most likely not this location.

Midas took great care of me and my car we went in with the part and explained to them what was happening and they were super gracious about the entire thing and the manager is a really awesome guy would recommend coming here then 10 out of 10

Car dummy light came on to tell me that some work needed to be done. Went to Midas. They looked at it and told me that it was too early and wait for a while. They did not charge me.

I made an appointment because I found a Groupon. I normally go to a specific Midas back in the Midwest but had just driven here and was due again. When I arrived I asked about the Groupon and was told it was for a semi synthetic blend and my car calls for full synthetic. Then he proceeded to mansplain why I had to go with full synthetic, my engine could blow, they could get sued, Yada yada.. I'm a woman not a toddler. I got the wrong Groupon OK, so that was $29.99 with the Groupon. I asked if I could use the Groupon and pay the difference to upgrade to full synthetic. I'm not sure why businesses use Groupon and then want to wash their hands of any affiliation at the mere suggestion of working with me on it. This guy proceeded to mansplain again about how they have nothing to do with Groupon, I would have to go to them and trade it in. I would have had I had the option. An oil change is an oil change and I guess I'll need more mansplaining on how I couldn't use that Groupon and pay the difference for the upgrade in the oil swap. Why not even TRY to work with a customer? I'm out the $29.99 now as I have nowhere to go with this useless Groupon. Thanks Midas.

Went in to get an oil change with Groupon. When they were about done, guy at the desk tried to charge me $100 to change the engine and cabin air filters. Parts on Amazon totalled $30, and they said they'd have it done in 15 minutes. So they charge $70 for 15 minutes of work? That's $280/hr! Glad I caught them before they went through with it. I bought the parts and installed them myself in an hour, but saved myself $70, and peace of mind.They also overfilled my tires almost dangerously. Back tires were at 42 PSI, and front were 28. The norm is 32. They can't even fill tires properly?!Not to mention that when I got back in my car, my dashcam was on the ground. I had been driving around with it no problem so I fail to see how it would fall without being tampered with. The car also reeked of cig smoke and oil.Will not be back!

Took my car in for an oil change, the store stated that there is an oil leak and needs to be fixed. I gave them the ok to do and ended up spending $700. 6 m ok nth later took the car back in for an oil change, they said there is an oil leak and that a gasket cover is needed. I said you just replaced it in August, they said that is a different gasket cover, I knew there was something fishy going on and I should not trust that place. Decided to take it to another Midas and they confirmed that was the same gasket they had replaced. Called the store again and told them and talked to Don who offered me to bring it back and do the re-work for $200. I said I had brought it in back on march and they did not do it, he said that is why they brought him back in to fix this store as they were having issues. I am giving you a head up that to be careful with that Midas store in Peoria. I would never go back there ever again and warning you to do your research before going there again. The owner of this store is the biggest dishonest guy as he is the one who told me that is a different gasket knowing that they just charged me $700. Don is a great guy and tried to do the repair but when the repair was still in warranty, the owner claimed that was another part while in fact it was the same. Never go there again. Mehdi

Paid $500 and the car still is leaking oil, which is what it take it to fix. The manager received the car and failed to input the problem. I recommend you get in writing what you want done if you use this shop!

Don Simonsen was courteous and went out if his way to answer questions accurately. There was no push to do additional service while still explaining possible future car issues. Service was timely and the price very competitive. Will use them again!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They wanted to charge me over $60 for a basic oil change. I've been going to Midas for over 10 years and never paid over $35 until last year smh... I'll do it myself

My appointment was at 1230 I got there at 12 William at the front desk was rude and so was Don! I called and scheduled my appointment Saturday. It's Monday before I go to work. I asked for their name and William was rude further more! I called and complained! Before I moved Midas was the place to go. But with the customer service now I won't be returning! I would have given it no stars but I had to put one in order to post.

Brought my car in to check starting issues and the transmission. Without any real evidence to provide an explanation, and charging me $200+, they said my car needed a new transmission and quoted me $4200. Took my car to a transmission specialist for a second opinion and he couldn't find anything wrong with it.

This Midas location with Don as the manager really took care of me. I came in with some engine noise and it wasn't the muffler or the Cadillac converter. He diagnosed very quickly as to three engine mounts that had to be redone. While it wasn't a cheap job, it was necessary. It took less time than expected so he reduced the cost. Overall great service very fast and they did not charge me a diagnose in fee. Done. Hired his team and they work well together. They even give me a ride home when the car was dropped off. I highly recommend their service. This place one my service.
