Gary and his crew were great to work with, I purchased a car from Carvana that had not been serviced before I received it, I was given a choice of service centers to take it too, and I chose Meineke and I'm glad I did. Gary and Jennifer just great nothing else to say as long as they work there I will be bringing all my vehicles there. Very honest and helpful can't say enough. If you do not have a place you regularly take your vehicles to I highly recommend taking them there. Fair, honest, good people and above all the work they said they would do is what they did in the exact time frame they said they would. Thank you guys!!!

As much as Silver Rock made it difficult to get my car done. The guys at Meineke were great!! I got my Pilot back yesterday and the staff was apologetic about the time the vehicle sat there. But it s not their fault they did everything they could and kept me posted. Great customer service. Thank you!

I was given a verbal estimate of the cost of HVAC service (compressor replacement), which I paid upon completion, and at which point I received an invoice. Subsequently, I reviewed the invoice and found a $100 total fee had been embedded in the cost of my service and contacted the store manager.I was told it was a computer generated charge applied to all services and that he had no way to wave it. During the discussion I was informed the charge was based upon a percentage of the cost of the service, up to a maximum of $100. He referred to it as a shop charge . I view it as a surcharge . Either way, it should have been disclosed upfront.I was told I would have to contact Meineke Corporate. They told me it was a local franchise issue, which would have to be resolved with the franchise. Thus far, there has been no resolution.I AM NOT HAPPY!

Took my vehicle in thinking it was an exhaust problem, and it turned out to be broken motor mounts. The vehicle was repaired within four hours, and at a cost below what I would ve paid at the dealership. The employee behind the desk was friendly and pleasant. Great experience.

All the employees are wonderful. Very kind, listen to my problem with my car and came up with the solution. They took their time to explain what needs repaired. I m very pleased with my all my visits. They ll be getting all my work.

I would suggest you don t get service work from the Meineke shop in Surprise, Az.I thought Meineke was a muffler shop and when the shop in Surprise messed up the installation of my muffler and catalytic converter, they told me that was not their primary business anymore. The weld lasted less than 24 hrs before cracked open.We had to go to the Peoria Meineke to have it repaired properly.The entire staff at the Surprise location are incompetent and should be replaced.

I have no problems with Meineke as a company. I have been bringing my car here to this location for 5 years. John (the previous manager) always treated me fairly. I have had a couple big jobs done, most recently my whole fuel system replaced was like $350.A month ago I made an appointment to get my regular oil change. There is a new manager now, this is my first time doing business with him. After my oil change he tells me I need to change my air filter and that my brakes need to be changed all the way around I go ahead and approve the air filter and talk to him about the brakes asking him questions like how urgent is it. He told me that it was pretty urgent and I I asked him if it could wait a month and he told me that I would be pushing it so I made an appointment for the next day I called prior to my appointment and I asked him how much it's going to be and he tells me $700 + for all four breaks. I asked him did he say $700 and he talked about some possible discounts and so on, bringing me down to $650. I told him I had to cancel my appointment.This past weekend I paid $140 for the gold elite brakes. All 4. I also changed them myself, it took me 2 hours. ( I have a time lapse video of me doing them myself with my cousin's supervision)Here's my real reason for this review.I am adding pictures of all four brakes.They were in no way urgently needing to be changed. In fact, I live 6 minutes from work. I could have driven around on the front brakes for at least another 8 months. The back brakes, a year.I'm glad I know things because how many people, have been taken advantage of in this way?If I had kept my appointment, I would have never known that they didn't need to be changed. I would have spent an extra $500+ Did my air filter even need to be changed?I will never take my car back to this location.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Treated well. Fixes were needed and they were quick and completed same day. Price is always going to be an issue, but for what was needed, I was not disappointed. Service was good.

Made a 10am appointment for Saturday morning, was taken in immediately, service was fast but cost for an oil change was a bit too much in my opinion.This was my second time of service at this location.

I dropped off my car at 7:30am on Wednesday to have an issue with the electrical system checked. By end of business, I still had not heard from the shop so I called for an update. I was told the computer in my car was not working correctly but they needed more time to fully diagnose the issue. I left the car overnight with the understanding I would get an update the following day. By end of business Thursday, still no update, so I called the shop again. This time I was told they would need three or four days to look at the problem. They were extremely backed up and would not begin working on my vehicle until they finished a job for another customer who had been waiting over a month! I picked up my vehicle and took it to a real Automotive repair shop. Very, very unprofessional.Service: Electrical

They got me in within 10 minutes and I was finished in less than hour! Very happy with the amount of time it took for oil change. They are also very thorough and provide detailed inspection report that I can review and choose if there is anything else I d like them to fix. Love this location compared to others I ve been to where they are not as quick.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I needed and oil change while out of town visiting a friend. When I pulled out of the garage at home the next morning I found a pool of oil on the concrete floor. Prior to this there was no oil spot on the floor. I am not happy that I have to now try to remove the stain and find and fix the leak they most likely created while the car was in their care.

My visit to the Meineke at 8880 W Bell Rd on 7/24 was outstanding. Although my car was in for air-conditioning, they checked other things because the red triangular warning light came while I was driving. It turns out that there was no oil; it was completely bone dry. The sticker on the windshield from Pepboys in April said I had 4000 miles to go before needing an oil change. The Meineke mechanic could only guess that the other establishment forgot to do the oil change. Those types of businesses have a business model that focuses on volume and thus speed. They probably also hire employees who have no experience. Meineke put dye in the air-conditioning system and told me to return in 2 days because the dye will indicate if and where there are leaks.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Oil change

Great customer service and a positive feel good vibe at the front desk. I was already more than 30 minutes late to my appointment because I went to a different location already closed down just 7 mins away. I was able to still get my oil change in last than an hour. Great service and knowledgeable staff. They did a great job for my vehicle in a timely manner. Thank you.
