Caleb was absolutely amazing!! He helped me find my dream truck (even if i managed to get a nail in my tire within an hour of driving off the lot)! The process was so quick and so simple! Can t wait to continue purchasing here and for my friends and family to do the same! Thank you Caleb !!

I just purchased a my 2023 Chevrolet Colorado from Libery GMC and was very pleased with the staff, the dealership and my overall buying experience.I saw my new ride online and reached out to Caleb, Liberty s internet sales rep. Caleb was outstanding! He responded to my inquiry within minutes, sent me a real time video of the truck and made arrangements for me to check it out. I was most impressed with Caleb as he was very responsive, but not too pushy.My personal schedule was packed over the next few days but I had a bit of time the next day to look at the truck. When I arrived Caleb greeted me and had the truck ready for a test drive. I had interest in purchasing it so I went through a few back and fourths with the numbers peeps until we arrived at a price we were both comfortable with and we closed the deal.I have bought many vehicles over my life and I feel this was the most comfortable, professional, and streamlined buying experience have ever had. All the way down to the electronic signing. I was in and out the doors within 1 1/2 hours and able to make my golf tee time with guests visiting from out of town.If you re someone who hates dealing with the stress of buying a vehicle I highly recommend you contact Caleb Bruns at Liberty GMC. Caralee is absolutely AMAZING!! This is one of the most dedicated, sweet, and accommodating sales representatives I have ever met. 3 hrs after she was due to go home she was still sitting with us finishing the paperwork for our new vehicle. It took us so long to come to our decision (I have a very hard time with these types of big ticket purchases) but never once did she attempt any type of pressure. Even after we were committed Caralee never left our side. Above and beyond she brought us dinner from a local business as it was late into the evening and we still had a little left to go. She was so genuine and engaged throughout the whole process. If you get the opportunity be one of her clients believe me she will find you the vehicle you desire as she most assuredly will not disappoint.

I have to say that the experience with Liberty GMC was awesome. I live over 700 miles away and saw this truck online. After my salesperson, Caralee, contacted me it was an unsettlingly smooth experience.I was very apprehensive regarding purchasing a used vehicle that I couldn t put my hands on but, I have to say, when I actually got to the dealership it was even better than described. Believe me, I looked. The purchasing process was very smooth and outright. Caralee was awesome, very truthful and VERY personable.If I didn t live so far away, I might have found my new dealership. I couldn t be happier with my purchase.I wouldn t hesitate to deal with her again and encourage anyone looking for a car to contact her.

Buying a truck at GMC Liberty was a breeze! Omer and Sam, the managers, were incredible. They were super helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. They really took the time to ensure I was 100% happy with my purchase, which made the whole experience feel very personal and reassuring. I can fully express the satisfaction with the whole experience with the work done on my car. From how Jim explained every step being done. To Sam making sure my experience went smoothly, including the rental car. The work done was incredible, the car runs like new and done before I expected it. The whole team could not have been more accommodating!

Just fantastic! It was a wonderful experience through and through. Michael A. (Sales professional) was incredible! He was professional, super friendly, and informative! Hobby N. (Finance manager) and Lori M. (Insurance agent) were also incredibly knowledgeable and super helpful! They were all so friendly and it was quick! I've heard horror stories of car dealerships, but this team here is so incredible. Even people we were not working with were friendly! Never felt pressured or rushed while in there. A huge shout out again to Michael, Hobby, and Lori for their amazing team work and being personable. Only dealership I want to have help me, you can tell it's family owned. 10 million out of 5 stars

I cannot say enough good things about Caralee Lubbering professionalism and thoroughness during our entire buying experience. We live in Show Low, AZ and it s like we were with her the entire time in person. She never pushed anything on us and made sure we were 100% with our new vehicle. For sure this is the best car buying experience we have ever had and we are thankful for all the people at Liberty that helped along the way.

Our sales person Josh was excellent. Listened and understood what it was we wanted, showed us what was available and made the transactionvery smooth and efficient. My wife and I purchased a 2023 GMC Acadia Denali FWD from Liberty GMC. This was our 5th GMC vehicle purchased there and we couldn't be any happier with our experience. The sales and finance staff were terrific, especially Temiko McCarty our salesman. Temiko went over every aspect of the vehicle with us and answered all of our questions.

Hands down, Liberty GMC, Peoria gave me the best truck buying experience I ve ever had. While my previous truck was being worked on after another mechanical failure across the way, I was tired of going back and forth with shop, so I decided it was time for a new truck, several friends recommended Liberty GMC if I was looking to for a quality truck, I stopped by to look at the new 2024 Sierra, from the moment I stepped on the lot, I walked around freely and took my time while looked at a few options, I was greeted by Caralee lubbering, I explained I was just looking and I didn t have my truck back yet to trade in, it was refreshing to not feel pressured or forced in any way to buy. She gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to their fantastic financial experts, I have never felt so comfortable at any dealership like this before, I had an idea of what I was needing in a new truck for my business and growing family,Caralee was patient and when I was ready a few weeks later, I was ready to buy, Caralee educated me through all the trims and options, Caralee is a true professional and her knowledge and experience made all the difference in making my decision. Our salesperson Jay Saltz is so great to work with! His communication skills when our questions needed answered is always on point. Always putting us at ease about getting the exact truck we wanted! If he says he s going to call you back he does it, every time! He makes you feel like he wants to work for you and puts the necessary work in to get it all done. I am extremely picky and he never made me feel like I was asking too much. He accommodates, accommodates, accommodates! We live in Tucson and we are happy to drive the mileage to have a great experience the willingness to please the customer is very rare nowadays! We look forward to working with him in the future! Went to Liberty GMC just to look around at used trucks. The weather was getting nasty, but Caleb was quick to offer help. After telling him what we were looking for, not a new truck, he went straight to work. He found a truck on the back lot, but trying to find the key found it wasn't ready to be sold. He came back in vehicle, so we didn't have to walk back from the back lot. He offered to show us 2 more possibilities. We really liked one of them, took a test drive, and went to look at numbers. The pleasant surprise was the only 2 trips to the managers office to have a deal, with NO HASSLES at all, at 7:45 on a blustery evening. Smooth sailing until I didn't have my insurance card. Caleb offered to drive our new truck to our house, while we drove our trade-in, collect the proof of insurance, and call it a sale. Caleb and the finance department were straight shooters and there were absolutely no surprises. I can't forget the back lot staff who took care of the detailing of the truck during what was surely past normal work hours. Need a new to you vehicle? Go to Liberty GMC and ask for Caleb.

Our sales person Caralee Lubbering work to no ends to make sure her i s were dotted and her t s were crossed. She was very attentive to her duties. If everyone was treated with the same courtesy business would increase. My husband and I are totally pleased with GMC courtesy and professional services.This is why this is not our first experience with GMC we love how we are treated . We are retired military and I am pushing for more people to give GMC the opportunity to serve them.The serve was great and very respectful. Thanks to the whole staff for a job well done and thanks to my salesperson Caralee and financial manager Chip for a very wonderful experience.Thanks GMC Happy Holidays

Just bought a new Yukon Denali from this dealership. Gauge was so awesome that I drove from where I live in Las Vegas to purchase the vehicle from him. He got me a great deal, kept his word and had great communicated from start to finish. Even after the deal was done I reached out to him several times with questions and he got back to me right away. Great dealership with great service!

Always have had good service at a decent price, especially for a dealer. Be patient if waiting. Salesmen aren't too pushy with new vehicle sales, it's still a sales lot though. Do your homework going in.

Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at the dealership 15 minutes early and was told there was a 5.5 - 6 hour wait. I left and called a manager. He called back and agreed that was unacceptable. Said to bring it back another day and they would take care of me. Waited a little over 2 hours for the service. No car wash and they missed a screw in my tire. Not impressed at all.

We recently had some service work done at liberty GMC. Our experience was very good. Our service representative Doug Robinson was great to work with. He couldn t have been more friendly or courteous. We were able to drop our vehicle off the previous night because it was more convenient for us, the work was done, and the truck was ready to pick up the following day. The whole process was smooth and quick, and overall a great experience.

This is my 2nd truck purchase from Liberty GMC. After my 2020 Sierra had to have the engine replaced, thankfully under warranty, I thought it might be worth thinking about upgrading.During a routine service visit I asked my service advisor, Erik Hernandez, who is fantastic, if he could recommend a sales person to talk with. That's how I met Caleb Bruns. Caleb listened to what I was looking for in a new truck...if...I were to decide to purchase a new truck. Mainly I wanted the same color, Volcanic Red, I think it's called.Caleb kept his eyes out for new arrivals that met my criteria and kept me informed on a regular basis. Caleb is a younger guy and is on his hustle day in and day out. But he never was pushy or overbearing in his communication with me through the process of getting me into a new truck.I didn't end up with the same color truck, no fault of Caleb's, (whoever snaked the red one out from under us...you know who you are...karma will get ya), but on 1/31/24, I purchased this new GMC Sierra Elevation X31. I didn't want to take it onto the jobsite so soon, but hey, it's a truck, and that's what they're built for, right?If you're looking to buy a GMC vehicle and want a salesperson that is going to work to earn your business, go see Caleb at Liberty and give him a chance to deliver.Thank you Caleb for your time and effort in making this happen! By far, the best car buying experience ever! Felipe Herrera was fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly and professional and was able to get me the vehicle I wanted for a good price. The entire process from the moment I stepped in the door to driving away in my new car was within 3 hours. My previous vehicle was totaled in a car accident so I needed to get into a new one quickly, but I have always dreaded the car buying process due to the long negotiation time and the finance process, but this wasn t the case at Liberty GMC! Will definitely return for any future car buying needs!!!
