Was impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of LeRoy s shop. Troy and Leigh run a friendly, honest auto repair shop. Highly recommend you bring your car or truck to them. Plus they offer BG services so they can help me keep the lifetime protection plan going on my vehicles.

Ok here is the deal. I have worked in the automotive industry for over 20 years. So I trust no one to work on my truck. I happened to meet a customer that really seemed to know the Duramax. I have been wanting to do some pretty extensive preemptive repair's to make my truck as reliable as possible. This gentlemen told me the only shop he would ever trust to work on his vehicle was Leroy's. So I called and spoke to James. I immediately felt comfortable and confident I had found the right place. I scheduled my truck in. We ran into a few other things along the way.....Normal.... James was professional, timely and always available every step of the way. Since picking up my truck I have had no issues. I met Nate at the time of pick up and felt confident in his expertise as well. My truck was clean, no foot prints, no hand prints etc. James and Nate have earned my business moving forward. For me, Trust and Honesty are number 1. I will drive 6 hours round trip just to have any major repairs done by this crew. Thank You guys!!! Keep up the good work.

This shop is amazing and friendly! Lorenzo was very assistive in the process towards fixing my car. I would highly recommend this shop if you are in need of your vehicle s emission system to be repaired.

Best maintenance shop experience I ve had in a long time. Definitely bring your vehicle here. Totally straight up operation and did a fantastic job. Lorenzo is a wonderful service manager. I brought my 2004 Nissan Xterra in.

It was such a pleasure to visit this shop recently and see all that they have done to improve the customer experience. Troy and Leigh have the best communication in place for customers to make informed decisions on needed repairs and maintenance. Brought a car to them for a pre-buy inspection. It was the most thorough and detailed inspection I've received. Very friendly staff as well and walked me through their findings. Everything they inspected was on video or pictured, and put onto a clear report they sent to me.

Great place to get your vehicle serviced. Their attention to detail is unmatched. I came in with almost no oil left in the engine, and they got it running like new. And fixed other issues that the dealer was unable to resolve. Can't believe it took so long find them. Please don't make my mistake. Take it Leroy's. I don't often recommend places, but for them I will make an exception. They are that good.

Finding an honest mechanic is so difficult STOP LOOKING YOU HAVE FOUND THEM. Leroy s was up front and honest which stopped me from making a huge mistake in purchasing a used car with some issues. I had not previously been a customer but now they ve now made a customer for life. THANK YOU Leroy s team!!

Fantastic knowledgeable staff all around. Experienced techs as well. They saved my vacation by allowing me to be on the standby list. They called me when they had a cancellation and it took less than 2 hours to get me a new alternator. I'm from out of town and i wish I could take my small RV there when needed. Really good professional experience all around without any bs.

I would highly recommend this shop! I made appt online in the evening for 8am following morning because I had no brake lights. My truck was taken in punctually and repair was reasonably priced. My mechanic was Mark. Super nice guy! Very professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything even though they were super busy. This is where I will go for all automotive repairs from now on!Service: Electrical repair

My husband's truck was broken into in our driveway. Leroys saw his truck ordered the part he needed and waited until we were able to bring it up there.A great neighborhood repair shop that has always been very honest and thorough with the work they do.Thanks to all the guys(and gals) at Leroys

I had previously made a review how I was upset about the change in hours as it did not accommodate my schedule. I do apologize for that, that was not fair. I have always had a good experience coming here which started in 2018 for my breathalyzer testing.I had called last week to set an appointment to get an oil change/inspection because I was going out of town the following weekend. They unfortunately could not get me in until Thursday (6/9/2022) the day before I had to leave but I ended up taking the appointment anyways. I called back the next day and spoke with Willie and asked if they had any cancellations due to going out of town. He was able to accommodate me and get me in on Tuesday that week (6/7/2022). I dropped off my car early in the morning and was assisted by Lorenzo. I told him that my work hours are their work hours and was hoping to have my car done by the afternoon so I can pick it up during my lunch break. He said most likely he can have it done for me by then. I went to work and received a call an hour later letting me know the services that should be done on my car. My car was done within the hour or 2 that I dropped it off which was GREAT!As a female, I feel comfortable coming here. They don't jerk you around. Good service, honest and friendly. Friendly, very competent with fair pricing, this has been my go-to car care shop for over 3 years. Easy to work with and able to service my 2006 MDX and 2003 Subaru. They go out of there way to ensure you completely understand everything they are doing with your car. Highly recommended.

I ve been taking my F-150 and WRX to Leroy s for almost 5 years now and always enjoy my experience! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We ve had major issues with our vehicles in the past and Leroy s has always been willing to run a diagnostic to determine the root cause while also offering solutions. Any servicing or repairs we ve had done to our vehicles solved issues we ve had without having to go back for additional work. I love the option of setting up appointments online as well as the text reminders when your appointment is coming up. The waiting room is very comfortable and I ve been able to work at Leroy s on my laptop while having my vehicle serviced which is a huge convenience. If service will take longer than a few hours they provide sufficient notice so I can make other arrangements. There is no other auto service and repair shop we d take our vehicles to!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Great experience! There are many options to getting your vehicle serviced, however all of the associates at Leroy's Auto and Truck Care are not only knowledgeable but they are personable as well. It is the solutions oriented and welcoming experience that makes Leroy's my number one choice in servicing our vehicles. I highly recommend them. Everyone should have a mechanic shop that they can trust to provide quality service at a reasonable price and not have to worry about being overcharged for the work done. And those are some of the reasons that I love working with the team at Leroy's Auto & Truck Care. When I call with a service issue they are so flexible in scheduling time to get my car in and serviced so that I can be back on the road safely and quickly. They are friendly! They are helpful! They are very good at what they do! And they have a shop environment where you can comfortably sit and wait for your car to be serviced. As a single woman, I continue to depend on Leroy's for dependable, honest and friendly services! They care about their customers, They treat you like family and provide fair prices for all services. I've trusted them with 2 vehicles over the past years since Troy and his wife took over the business and have always been pleased. I highly recommend they become your number 1 for automotive needs! My battery kept dying mysteriously, which stumped the first place I went. I took my car to Leroy s and was very satisfied with their service. These guys are great! They were friendly, they diligently updated me about my car s complex problem, and they even comped a fee when they could ve charged can t say that about most mechanics! Leroy s re-wired and repaired my aftermarket air suspension on my Ram Truck. I am very thankful for their professional excellent job and caring atmosphere! I was referred to Leroy s by an associate of mine after being told by my dealership that I was in need of a full transmission replacement. I made contact with Troy who promptly had me bring in my vehicle. The issue had been diagnosed as a bad driveshaft not transmission. The repair was made very quickly and efficiently and my issue was resolved. What was going to be a $6400 repair by my dealership was actually a $1800 repair after the Leroy s team properly diagnosed it. The short of it is, my business is now shifting to Leroy s. I can t say enough good things about them. Willie helped me out throughout the process and was very communicative and knows how to speak to and treat people properly. Customer service is a lost art but not at Leroy s!
