Service dept is very good. Barry keeps his clients fully informed. The establishment is clean and in order. Only complaint is the TV choice of channels. News would be much better especially at early morning hours. Also choice of nibbles is disgusting. Twinkies went out of date several years ago. Fresh fruit and rolls would be better.

Dealerships can be exhausting to deal with, especially when you are hoping for an easy and smooth fix. The waiting time can be ridiculously annoying at times but when you have caring and motivated service agents, it makes your experience more pleasant. I had the opportunity to meet Mike over at the peoria location by the 101. He took care of my vehicle adequately and efficiently. I am thankful for you Mike! You took care of my car troubles when i came across a misunderstanding. Thank you for providing the best service! Toyota is fortunate to have you on their team.

I had been to four different car dealerships, and they were all disappointing. I went all throughout the valley from Avondale to even Queen Creek, but no one could help me. I lost all hope, and I told my cousin that I do not think I will get the vehicle that I need. I work across town from where I live therefore a vehicle is a lifeline! My cousin told me that Nobel Cabreja is the best in the best vehicle dealership business. Nobel was my last hope !!!My cousin was beyond right because Nobel knows all the ins and outs of the car dealership business. He knew exactly what I wanted and needed before I could verbally tell him. I felt like a king because he gave me the VIP experience of buying a vehicle. I am a Chevy guy and Nobel made me realize that I truly am a Volkswagen guy!!!! My 2022 Volkswagen Taos SE 4 motion in Kings Red is truly my dream car. When I drive my Volkswagen Taos, it feels like a drive as it drives smoothly! It is also very stylish and fits my personal style but most importantly my aesthetic. One of my favorite figures of my Volkswagen Taos is the moonroof which makes driving feel like a mini vacation with this year s warm fall weather and being able to look at the stars at night.Nobel is my hero, and he is beyond resourceful as he knows all the aspects of the dealership. He is an expert in explaining the quality of a vehicle and which one will better fit your life and style. He also knows how banks operate and explains the key points of one s financial status in relegation to loan terms. I was approved with a 24 % interest rate, and he managed to have it decrease to a 10% interest rate. I was highly impressed how he managed to decrease my interest rate especially since today s inflation has created skyrocketed prices and rates. I have a lower interest rate and monthly car payment in comparison to my friends and colleagues.I do not know how to thank Nobel enough for making sure I got the best deal in the valley!!!! If you want to experience the same VIP treatment as I did then I highly recommend that you demand Nobel Cabreja to exceed all your car needs. He is an expert and another part I love about working with him is his outstanding communication skills. He texted and called me to ensure I am aware of every single part of the process. If you want a vehicle and the best deal, just ask for Nobel without any hesitation. Nobel is my hero, and my dream car is a reality !!!!!

Parker M. was great! Got me checked in, texted updates throughout servicing, and remembered me hours later at pick up. Very personable and courteous. Toyota service center has been the consistent best mechanic experience I ve had.

I big shout out to Salesmen George Mataragas! I had a unique situation with my car, and a lot of other dealerships were not wanting to "deal" with me and were hanging up on me? Anyways, George was willing to help me in any way that he could. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and respectful. I was unable to make a deal because of something on my end, but when the time is right I will be contacting George to buy my next vehicle. My wife met him too and will only use him from now on. He deserves a raise!

I recently purchased a vehicle at Larry H. Miller of Peoria back in January 2024. There were some initial issues with the loan which was worrisome, but the staff honestly did everything they possibly could to not only correct the issue but also put my mind at ease. In the end, everything worked out perfectly, and I can not thank them enough for everything they've done for me along the way.I've also had to bring the truck in for some service items a few times since the initial purchase. Which happens sometimes, nothing that they did. Each service appointment went very smooth and didn't take long at all.Special shout out to Adam who helped me get into the vehicle initially. I originally met with someone else, who I will not name, but let's just say he was less than helpful. Adam literally swooped in, saved the day, and I was signing papers just a few short hours later. Second, thank you to Shannon. She reached out to me after the purchase to make sure I was satisfied. I explained that I was having issues with the loan and she corrected the issue and stayed in close communication with me. Lastly, thank you to Tim in the service department. Both times I brought the truck in, he has made sure that everything gets taken care of and in a timely manner.Thank you so much to everyone at Larry H. Miller of Peoria! 5 stars all the way!

George made multiple mistakes. He gave me an offer with 72 months talking about the great price almost like I wouldn't notice after I specifically said 60 months. After he corrected it, Phil said he had great news and got me an even better number but it turns out, he made it for 72 months like I specifically said no to. Liars, all of them. Don't go here. They try to trick you at every turn.

I am very impressed with this service department. Stranded in Phoenix, they were so helpful in sending me information for a tow company, getting me set up with a rental car, and took down thorough notes of the situation so they could address the issues quickly. Dropped it off at 5 o clock in the afternoon and was able to pick it up the next day. Awesome service I will take not only my Toyota, but my Dodge to Larry Miller from now on.

It was a wonderful experience from my first call to schedule service to me driving off after my car was serviced. First, Tim was so kind and helpful assuring me that he could meet my needs ( I m in a wheelchair) and he did just that. Then Wyatt Riddell got my vehicle in and out very quickly and was also so nice and accommodating. I had a wonderful experience and could not have been more pleased.

This is my second vehicle purchase with Larry H. Miller Peoria and their salesman, Rick Zamora. As usual, he was very detailed and knowledgeable. Their finance department was very clear and simplified the purchasing process. I m very happy with my Tundra and the service they provided.

Great experience this morning. My service advisor Mike Moore was fabulous. He took the time to go the extra mile for me and treated my car like it was his. His advice was spot on and honored my service contract. I will be using this service department for my future needs. Great dealership.

I needed a vehicle and was scared because of taking out a loan that would be unaffordable. My experience was excellent! Even though I didn t have the best credit score due to high student loans, Toyota worked to give me the best interest rate. I love my vehicle and it has a 2 year warranty. Do not go to this dealership! Go to camelback or Bell road in Phoenix. They have better prices anyway!! (They re bigger and have better buying rates)I bought a truck from them, I tried to return within 72 hrs because it has an acceleration issue. I don t want to deal with it. The volume button came off, which I know is minuscule, but when you spend that much on a vehicle, you expect it to be in somewhat good condition. Not buttons falling off.The GM won t call me back, the people on the phone are extremely rude! Please save your time and money going elsewhere.

I take both my Toyota Highlander and my Toyota 4Runner to Larry H Miller Peoria for service. My service manager, Steven Giovando, makes sure everything not only goes smoothly, but is very diligent in helping me understand the service process and the work being performed. I trust his judgment to the fullest and I am confident everything will work as it is supposed to!My daughter brings her Toyota to Steven as well.

I visited without a service appointment and my vehicle was taken right in for diagnostics. The problem was found quickly, they ordered and retrieved the part overnight, and I was able to return the next day and was merely asked for an approximate time for my arrival. Excellent service!

Chris was not very helpful. Felt treated like another number. I am a very loyal customer to this dealership for all my vehicles have been purchased here. With my vehicle service, I have been asked if I would like a complimentary car wash, have been asked if I have any questions before leaving my vehicle. This time, I did have a concern, Chris stated he didn't have time to find out of my CBM system problem and stated I would have to leave it overnight. I stated I had to be at work in the morning at 5 am. Chris stated no car available so I would have to reschedule but even then he stated Toyota probably would not have the proper equipment to check on my system and would recommend me just going to Honda for the issue. Poor Customer service in my book.

Mike Moore is the epitome of an excellent service advisor. He has been with this Toyota location and serviced all our vehicles for years, even helping me with the purchase of our newest vehicle from Larry H Miller last year. His institutional knowledge is endless. Mike is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He provides top notch service and I highly recommend him as a service advisor.

The service guy was very good and polite. I don t have any concerns with the individual. I have issues with the fact I purchased the Toyota Full Coverage and was not able to have a free car wash. Also, there was so customer service shuttle to take me back to see a family member in the hospital. I bought my Toyota from Findlay in Flagstaff and they offer all these services.

Without exception, every associate I had contact with at the dealership was attentive, professional and efficient. They operate as a smooth running machine and exceeded my expectations. I have a 10 yo Prius . Towed today as only Park and neutral available. Service was courteous and the problem was found and fixed at no cost! The cafe was a relaxed place to wait. I'm pleased by their integrity.

I am blown away at how incredible my experience was at this dealership. I have purchased a lot of cars and at least 5 Toyotas in my life and this was easily the best experience I ve ever had.My experience started with talking with Scott Hughes who is the Service Manager. He was so communicative and incredible. I like 45 minutes from this dealership but will now be bringing both of my Toyotas here. Even though I have 3 dealerships closer to me.We were greeted right away and helped by Lance Rodriguez in sales and he made us feel very special. We had our three year old with us and he went above and beyond with her. He made the process so simple.The GM Sean McKinnon played a huge part in our experience as well.I will never go to another Toyota dealership because of how incredible, easy, and seamless. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Special thanks to advisor Quintin and service manager Scott Huggett - Larry Miller has turned a corner in their customer service approach. For the past three years I ve heard nothing but excuses, jokes at my expense, and blow-offs from Larry Miller Toyota regarding my warranty issue concerns. These gentleman seemed to really care about my concerns and put in the work to try and help. I truly appreciate the effort and attention Scott and Quintin showed to my concerns.

Normally I'm very pleased with the service & timeliness here . Today was the first issue I've had. Went in for a normal service/multipoint inspection. They advised I would be needing new tires soon. I guess they wanted me to get them sooner than later because as I was leaving, I checked my tire pressure and each one read 45#! Normal should be 34# which is what they were at when I took my car in. The tires are only rated to 40# so I'm thankful I didn't have one pop on my commute to work.

Quick amazing service! Brought in my GR Corolla to have my tire checked and get an issue with my display taken care of. Quinn had me in and out in no time. He went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. Will definitely be coming back!

Just got an oil change and done in 45 minutes. Much better than the 6 hr wait last June. Their oil change prices have really gone up in price where there are many other shops that offer a full synthetic change at lower prices. Scott was Outstanding to work with. Extremely knowledgeable. Keep him.

I am very pleased with the Service Dept of Larry Miller Toyota in Peoria. My advisor, Parker was awesome. He was respectful and enjoyable to talk to about other things besides my truck. He was very thorough with the service on my Tacoma. I arrived at the dealership at 7 a.m. and was done by 7:30 a.m. for an Express Free Travel check and complete check-up. I recommend their Service Department.

I went in looking a good deal and found a great one. Lance is a phenomenal sales rep that pays attention to detail and helped me get a great car. Gary, in finance, was amazing as well and took his time to explain any questions I had in detail. I was in and out in just a few hours time.
