I love this place! Went to start my Prius the other morning and it wouldn t start. Called Lori at L&M Automotive and explained the situation. She recommended a towing company. Called the tow company and they were at my house within minutes and took my car to L&M. Lori called me as soon as the mechanic looked at it, explained, in layman s terms, what was wrong and what needed to be done. She let me speak to the mechanic too, and she quickly emailed me an estimate. Parts were ordered the same day and were rec d by Lori the next morning. Lori called me at 1:30 the day the parts were received to say my car was ready to be picked up. She even came to my house and picked me up! Talk about service! They go above and beyond.I m a single woman with very little knowledge about cars, and even less about hybrid cars, so this could ve been a stressful situation for me, but Lori and the mechanics made it easy. I highly recommend then.

I moved here from Miami and the thought of leaving my beloved mechanic was one of the negatives about the situation. But thankfully I found Lori and Marks place. I feel right at home at this place. They are fair and I have complete trust in them. We have to support those that treat their customers the way they do. If you are looking for a mechanic that actually has your and not their pockets best interests, this is the place! They are never getting rid of me!

Took my car in for repairs and they were very kind and helpful. They got my car fixed for a reasonable price and in a very timely fashion! They will have my business again!

I called on a Monday morning at 7:30 when they open. Lori answered the phone and let me know they were open and I could come right down and get an oil change. They did not have my oil filter in stock, but one was delivered promptly. 45 minutes later I was on my way. They do everything except front end alignment and transmission repair. They sent those out to there experts. Friendly owners with years of service in this field. I will definitely be back when the need arises.

Had a tune-up, fix the turn signal mechanism, and an oil change. They did an excellent job and my car is running smoothly! I have been searching for a reliable auto shop for years and have finally found one. Thank you! I would recommend this shop to others.

I highly recommend L & M Auto Repair. Lori and Mark are honest, straightforward and friendly people. The repair work is excellent. L & M Auto Repair is my go-to repair shop for my 2005 KIA.

Loraine is very nice and welcoming.It's a fast oil change, but they'll take you home and pick you up if it takes a while.My second time there, I'll continue.

Just got my wheel bearings replaced. Got a tune up. I have to say, the work was done very well.I will be back with my other vehicle's. Try them, you won't regret it!!!
