Always have had expert work done when going to Joe's Auto. They are honest, which is rare to find these days, will work with you and getting your cars needs met. They even help with your extended warranty process. I have been going there since moving to years ago from the East Coast, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for auto repairs.

Mike is always great on explaining anything and everything and the technicians here always do such a fantastic job and they have amazing prices compared to other shops. I've been giving Joe's my business for a few years now and will continue using them for years to come!

I went to the Peoria location after several frustrating visits to the Avondale location. What a difference! I took my vehicle in for a coolant leak after the Avondale location replaced the hoses and radiator. Not the first time there or dealing with that stores manager. I took my vehicle to the Peoria location which was better the first visit though I did have to return a week later for the same issue. They did as what any shop would have done and adjusted/tightened the clamps for the hose. It did not correct the issue so they replaced the clamps the second time. Items were under warranty and they honored the warranty which most shops with try to get around any way they can and this includes dealerships. I am very happy and only wish they were open at least one weekend day as not all can make it in during the week or leave their vehicle for the day or more. I have more repairs that need to be done and I am hoping I can figure something out as I will be providing my business to this location as much as I can.

Was here from out of town and my car broke down. Friends referred me and Mike from Peoria location took care of my issue IMMEDIATELY. He didn't try to upsale me anything. He didnt nickel and dime me. This is an upfront HONEST, family business. I highly recommend them.

Needed my air-conditioning fixed on my 1983 Silverado. Mike took great care of us. I was skeptical because of it being 40 years old but he had all the parts and got it blowing down to 54 degrees.Thank you Mike

Michael, at the front counter, was very helpful & accommodating. He helped me set up an appointment & answered my questions about sales/coupons that might save me money. The services were performed in a reasonable length of time & the cost was much better than other service providers in my neighborhood. I am planning to make Joe's Auto my regular place of business from now on & I highly recommend them for your auto maintenance needs!

I got my car in on time & the work started right away. Michael, at the front desk, helped me check out an issue with my wiper blades. Then it went right in for regular maintenance service. As always, Joe's Auto staff did a great job in a reasonable length of time! I am 100% satisfied & I definitely recommend Joe's for al your auto care needs!

Get my Hyundai Ioniq plug-in hybrid serviced here, that is, oil and filter change, and tyre rotation. I supply oil and filter and they do the rest. Large, clean waiting room. Quick and efficient, affordable too!

These guys are great! Don't know what I would've done without them. My AC went out in my work van and they got me in immediately, troubleshooted and repaired the issue and now its good as new. They even offered financing which helped out tremendously. I received the same incredible service when my Van's cooling system spring a leak. I depend on my vehicle for work and they did all repairs with minimal downtime. I will continue to bring all my vehicles here, and I highly recommend Joe's Auto to anyone seeking minor, and major vehicle maintenance and repairs. Thanks guys!

I was driving home from work today and my low tire pressure light went on. I stopped at Joe's Auto Repair in Peoria and Jason was so helpful. He was up front that tires were not their specialty, but he still took the time to look the tire over and put air in it to at least get me back on the road. I was extremely impressed and thankful for the assistance in this heat. Greatly appreciate you guys!!

We have an older car and the shop did not let that influence their decisions or quality of work. They put out 100% effort at all times to ( more than one job) the problems and never said they could not repair the car. Mike the service writer was a very knowledgeable person not only in his job but in the mechanical aspect. I would suggest Joes in Peoria to anyoneService: Exhaust

The service when speaking with Joe's auto employees, at the Peoria location, about scheduling appointments, review of repairs, discussing possible issues and other things has been a positive experience. They're always willing to do all they can to get your vehicle fixed and back to you as soon as possible, they're honest about the repairs needed and can evidence their findings, they'll be up front with customers instead of trying to sneak things past them, they've looked for discounts they could apply towards parts and services and have overall been friendly and positive to speak to. I recommend them to anyone needing any repairs they facilitate because of their honesty and explanation of their finding and the urgency their mechanics put behind getting repairs done quic.kly and correctly for their customers. I brought my vehicle here to get a price quote for a repair. They were extremely nice and helpful. They went in-depth and explained everything that needed to be done. While I did not have my work done here at the time, I would definitely return I am extremely happy with their service and their prices.

Joe's customer service from the get go once you check in was great. They were attentive when asking me on what was going with the car. It was great that I mentioned I felt I just needed brake service/repairs and thats it. They validated that was correct and took care of that issue without trying to sell me on another potential issue. They even went out of their way to advise me of coupons I didn't know where available to me and applied them to my costs. Joe's auto service has earned themself a lifetime customer and highly recommend it to anyone.

Joe's has great customer service. I actually go out of my way to bring my car to Peoria location. I've had oil changes, brakes, engine mounts over the last few years and never had any issues with car after visit. Mike at the Peoria garage is a very nice person. He gives me good advice. My A/C stopped blowing cold air, so I stopped at Joe's in Peoria on a Saturday, late in the morning. I had an Air conditioning "tune-up" special flyer that included a normal recharge of freon and a check of the system. They got my Ford Escape in short order and found that I had an air conditioning hose that had cracked and leaked out all of my refrigerant. After getting an estimate for a new hose, labor to remove the old one and replace it with the new one, as well as checking the rest of the system, recharging it and adding an infrared dye, etc. I approved the work and left them to it. I was stuck there as that is my only vehicle and I am the sole caregiver to my aging mother. Well, they got the part sooner than anticipated, replaced the bad hose, and told me that the rest of my system was good and that would be my only expense to get my A/C blowing cold again! As a former automotive service writer, I appreciated their honesty and integrity in limiting my expenses to the original estimate and not finding other 'problems'. I have seen it all in my automotive career, and the guys at Joe's (Mike the Service Writer and the Automotive Technician Omar I believe was his name) earned my trust and appreciation for a job well done. I'm sure I will be seeing them again with any future automotive needs. Thanks again guys!Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning
