Great service! Fast, friendly, honest.The manager Zach, went above and beyond, pleasantly smiling all the while.I went next door to O Reilly s and bought wiper blades and those little black spray tips that sit on your hood for the windshield washer.Zach happily put them all on on for me, at no charge. I was very happy with the service at Jiffy Lube.

Arrived and one employee was moving like he was high on drugs and another stopped working on a car to buy a bike from a couple homeless guys that showed up. I left. There is absolutely no way I trust them with my vehicle. Drove 20 minutes to a nicer location.

Amazing experience, just bought a bmw and I needed it serviced, and the gentlemen there were quick and professional about it. Even went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my visit!! Thanks guys!!!!!

Very impressed with Ryan s customer service. He Had my truck in and out with no questions of why it wasn t in the system. being that I m in fleet truck.Highly recommend this location.

Aaron was super helpful, very thorough and the service was fast. I'm coming back here when my oil change is due. Great location, the staff is professional and very efficientEdit: Came back here for my oil change and Ryan was so helpful and courteous. He helped me with my future service questions and even informed me of eligible discounts. Absolutely love this locationI had the pleasure of working with Charles today and he was so personable. The service was faster than quoted and he was kind enough to share an extra promotion for my next service.

Went to this location right at close because I had previously gotten an oil change and my car was leaking I walkedUp and said I see you are closing soon but my car seems to be leaking the two men Ryan and Aaron where so helpful thank you so much I will never go else where now customer service was the best thank you guys

I cannot get over how genuinely awesome the staff at this jiffy lube is. The manager Ryan is always great. But no matter who's there they handle any issues with my 4 runner better than anyone I've found in Phoenix. We will always be taking all of our vehicles here.

Not good experience at all. Mechanic didn't know how to reset my oil light and kept turning my keep key on even when the car was already on! Could have ruin my engine! Also they didn't change my air filter and didn't put paper on the floor leaving my floor mats dirty.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I came in to Jiffy Lube with my AC not working, hoping for a simple re-charge without the hassle of going to a Mechanic and being up-sold on 10 different perceived defects. This location had friendly employees (specifically the on-site manager), who told me exactly what would be done, and estimates on the cost before moving forward. Afterwards, the services were completed as expected, the price was lower than estimated and done in a timely manner. Great experience at the Peoria, Ave Jiffy Lube location.Service: Air conditioning

I have been anti-jiffy lube for years.They have always tried to sell me what I don't need. They have damaged my car in the past.They have held my car hostage if I didn't give them my address.This jiffy lube is completely different.Awesome customer service . Great work. Very honest.I will bring all of my cars here. 67th ave . Just south of Peoria

I went to this place for Synthetic oil change after they finish I saw the sticker and was giving a mileage to comeback at over 76000 miles, I pull it out and got inside told the attendant, my truck has 59000 miles and I ask him for how long the oil change is good and he replied 7000 miles, told him why I have to comeback at over 76000 miles then when my truck has only 59000 miles, they told me couldn t fix it in the computer and wrote the sticker with a sharpie 66022 miles, that means they mess up and my truck will show up more miles in the Carfax, if you can avoid this people the are full of excuses!Service: Oil change

Called today to ask the guy how much it would cost to do a simple oil change and if they can do an OBII scan. He had a terrible attitude like he just wanted me to stop talking and get off the phone. Definitely not going here, I'll do my own oil change.

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for nearly 17 years now, I have never been as disappointed with the service as much as I was today.I went in for an oil change, but there was a couple of other issues with my car that I knew that they would take care of, my tire pressures were low, and I needed windshield washer fluid. Well, according to my receipt, they did both, they serviced up my tires to 35 psi, and refilled my windshield washer fluid. Only to find that my tires were all still low, and I guess that they must have drank the washer fluid, because it sure didn't end up in my car.I started checking a few other things, that they said was okay, could have been a good upsell for them. The air filters, they said were fine, turns out they didn't even check them. Usually they take them out and show them to you, well they didn't do any of that for me today. They said that my windshield wipers were good, well I looked at just one of them, and it was shredded!Now I am calling into question everything else they did. I know they put oil in the car, I watched them do that from the waiting room, but they also said that they checked the battery, the break fluid, and a list of other things, but I am thinking that more than likely they didn't.If you can't take care of the little things, and you force me to question the big things, that tells me it is time to take my business elsewhere.Service: Oil change

Have yet to actually have my general maintenance completed. However, first impressions when I stopped by to inquire was that this location seems pretty good. I was greeted almost immediately by the Manager and he answered my questions and even gave me a tip for a Lubricant Spray to use. I was impressed that he knew about different vehicles and such. I prefer cars guys that know a thing or two before touching even my fleet vehicles.I will update this review accordingly if my maintenance trip is not at the same level of service but so far so good in my book. I felt the Manager was a straight shooter and seemed like he runs the store well. Plus the location is not completely surrounded by tweakers like the metro locations. So for now this will probably be where I take 95% of my vehicles outside of my German cars. (I am particular with maintenance on those for good reason. Nothing Jiffy Lube can do about that.)

I stopped by this location and Joe/Jesus helped me looked at my fluid levels in my car. They took me in right away and gave me some great information regarding my car. I truly appreciate them. This is a great shop that I use for both my cars. Highly recommend!

I am on a fixed budget and I was pleased to be given an approximate price for the service on my air conditioner which was blowing hot air. The price was reasonable and I was glad that Jiffy Lube was recommended to me by a friend since I did not know all the services they can provide. I was guaranteed that if any problem occurred after leaving, they would remedy it immediately. I have another serious mechanical problem and it is my intention to return my vehicle to them for repair within the next three weeks. I feel confident in their service.Service: Air conditioning

I went midday and pulled right in as there was no wait. The staff was immediately engaging and have always been professional yet casually comfortable when addressing me.I was allowed the option to sit in my car or be seated in the waiting room which is now open. I opted to stay in the car and they were immediately working. It was a quick turnaround, and I was not pressured into an upgrade in oil or a new air filter.I've been coming to this location for quite some time now, and this new staff seems to be on the ball and running a smoother operation than some previous managements.My price out the door was reasonable and would recommend this location for service as far as oil changes. Anything beyond that I have not experienced.

Manager states 2 trainees and him working it will take minimum an hour. I asked why two trainees and u doesn t make sense he said oh well. This place is not jiffy it is take forever lube. DO NOT GO HERE.

Okay Not impressed. To much joking around and not enough focus on the vehicle being serviced. Mistakes happen that can cause an individual thousands of dollars in repairs or loss of their vehicle if items are missed or not placed back or tighten correctly. Just being straight up honest. More professionalism! and seriousness. Less carefree joking around and unfocused.Service: Oil change

I've used this location for years! Sadly the service sucks now and the quality isn't what it used to be.Being greeted in the parking lot by some kid named Kristian telling me there's like a 2.5 hour wait and they have to do an oil change and tire rotation..blah blah blah. Literally shot down before even coming inside the building. I get that car might need to have a lot done, but after being shot down and sitting in the parking lot for 25 minutes watching no one working on this vehicle, just the same kid walking up to other vehiclescoming to the location for services to turn them away, obviously no one wants to work at this location and will do just anything keep their work load light. Super frustrating, go else where.Service: Oil change

Came in early Sunday morning only two cars ahead of me guy claimed it was gonna take 2 to 3 hours. He could ve just said he didn t want to do any oil changes so waste of time and you shouldn t really be holding the Jiffy Lube name pathetic.

I asked for the same oil from my previous oil change BUT these guys charge me at $88.00!!!!! They freaking rip ppl off!!
