Larry Miller, Hyundai Service was the best experience I ve had at any auto service dealership. Melissa was outstanding. She got me an appointment very quickly and communicated at every step of the way during my repair.My service was completed very quickly and very professionally.Larry Miller service department is the only place I will ever bring my Hyundai for service. My wife took the car in for problem last month. They did an inspection of the whole car and fixed what was wrong.However, car battery started dying the next month. If you actually inspected the car. You would have know that the car battery was dying. But you didn t do that.But ppl were nice though.

They have the worst service department. Especially someone named Ashleigh. She is very incompetent and rude. I needed service for few different parts and she usually never gets back to me.

Ashleigh Ray is a horrible and unhelpful service advisor. Idk what s going on with her but she has made me want to drive further to go to a different Hyundai Service Dept.

Although the service of my vehicle was longer than expected, my service advisor, Ashleigh Ray, took well care of me and my vehicle. Despite the lack of loaner vehicles, Ashleigh called me a free Lyft up to 15mi. Overall, I am very pleased, thank you.

This Dealership is great! I have gotten all my service done at this dealership and have never had a bad experience. Dirk is usually my service advisor and he is fantastic, efficient, quick, and friendly. My car was towed in to the facility after hours on a Sunday night. My service manager Dirk managed my repair perfectly. He advised me over the course of 2 days as to the time it would take to repair/ and or replace my tire. The dealership is in a construction phase but the staff did not miss a beat in getting me back in my car. Very satisfied.Service: Auto tire replacement

I was informed upon arrival for my Service appointment that it would be about 3hrs. Though I appreciated the heads-up I was appalled to think an oil change and tire rotation would require that much time. There is definitely a scheduling problem.

The service team there in the whole entire business is just a whole other ballgame. They are on point with everything in communication and work on the vehicle washing my car keeping in touch letting me know what's going on I mean it is unbelievable. My service advisor Ashley has been just the most amazing person every time I go I have her and she is just on top of it. They are rated the highest service team in all Hyundai dealerships for a reason. Go elsewhere and then see them and you will see why but do yourself a favor and just see them. Ashley again is the best service advisor I've ever had and this dealership is just out of this world. I will being buying my all of my future vehicles from them as well in the future when I am ready to. The experience was very positive. The 2020 Kona was taken in for its 15,000 mile maintenance checkup and to address the recent recall regarding the piston oil rings. (The rings turned out to be just fine.) I was promptly greeted by Melissa. Because it could be a long wait, she arranged for a Lift to take me home and bring me back when the work was completed. At their cost! Melissa phoned me a few hours later that all the work was completed. She went over thoroughly what was done. I was thankful to receive an appointment within a week and have my trunk latch replaced. The cost was reasonable..better than what another dealership quoted me and after a month of waiting on this other dealership to receive the part, I just gave up. Larry Miller Hyundai has gained another customer. PS..I know this place is super busy already, but they seem to have a system in place to be as efficient as possible. My recommendation would be to give them the time they need and you won't be disappointed. Plan to leave your car for the day and it's a win-win! Melissa was great, I was happy to meet her! Thank you LMH for helping me out!!

Our Sonata was running great, then a check engine light came on and the car barely ran. After calling and limping into two other Hyundai dealers who told us we had to wait two weeks to 8 MONTHS to get it diagnosed, Larry Miller Hyundai was able to take the car in that day, tell us they would know in 5 days if not sooner, and got us a ride home within 5 minutes of waiting. What service! The next day they called ( on a Saturday) to say they fixed the computer issue and it was ready to go. WHAT SERVICE! Holy cow they are great. No doubt about it, I am taking it to them from now on. Thank you to Larry Miller Hyundai and our service writer Dustin.Service: Auto maintenance

We purchased a new vehicle, a hectic time with a waiting period in 2022. We mainly worked with Vohn Marwitz and it was a very easy, quick, informative process. Vohn was focused and on-top of things ensuring that we would get what we wanted with a reasonable order/wait time (given the circumstances) and kept us updated on our order - which arrived sooner than we expected! It was our first brand new purchase and it couldn t have went better, we were very impressed! There s a reason Larry H Miller Peoria is a highly rated dealership - we did our research through Truecar before deciding to go with them.

Overall I am happy with the service I received however I was quoted a price over the phone in the 200s and this was for my key and auto lock replacement. This took 2 trips. The first trip he said I was paying about half and it was $149.00. This was over half the amount he quoted me but he said about . When I went back he wanted to charge me around $222.00-this would make it closer to $400 than in the $200s. I thought maybe I had misheard him on the original quote but I asked my boyfriend and he said he had quoted me $282.00. I had discussed it with him and my boyfriend has a very good memory. The service advisor did bring it down to $184.00, which I do appreciate but I had budgeted $149.00 max based on his quote and me paying half as he had said after the first appointment. The quoted amount was not in the service advisors notes, I believe it should have been. He didn t have anything to show me what the original quote was. I m just not sure what happened or why there was not a place where the original quote was. He also put a note to take $30 of the alignment I m getting next month. However I felt like he didn t believe me and that was awkward for me. I think the service advisors should always document quotes so it can be reviewed if a customer has a question about it.

I brought in my brand new '22 Tucson Limited. There were substantial rough, dull areas in the paint and they buffed them out beautifully. Also, one of the small, plastic body panels didn't fit properly; they ordered a new one, replaced it, and it fits perfectly. I worked with Mark Castleman in service, who was very friendly and helpful each step of the way.I'll sure be happy when their major construction/remodel project is completed. We were past our first oil change and I was told when I made the appointment it would not be free. However, Dustin, our service person was more than accommodating and made sure that the oil change would be covered under the new system of free oil and inspection for 3 years or 36,000 miles. I decided that it was time for a new vehicle. I had been driving a Tucson for the last 15 years and knew I wanted to stay with a Hyundai. Since I don't drive very much, especially over the last two years I needed a warranty that covered years even more than miles.I went in with a specific model in mine for style and price and was lucky to get what I wanted. Justin, my sales person, listened without trying to upsell me on anything else. I don't know if coming in with a product in mind had anything to do with it,, but to be honest I would have walked out if he tried.If I wanted to put the time and effort into selling my Tucson on my own I would have done a lot better than the trade-in allowance I was given towards my new purchase, but with the environment that we are living in today, I really wasn't interested in selling the car on my own.Would I recommend them? Yes. Would I tell you to do your homework first? Definitely yes.

Had a fantastic buying experience with Marisa who by far is the best sales person we ve ever encountered. She worked expeditiously to secure a vehicle that was very limited in supply and made the process very smooth. Definitely recommend this dealership.

My first using this dealership. It was NOT a good first impression. It took me 7 times calling to make an appointment for an oil change. I was on hold for 15 minutes (2x) then got disconnected. Grrr. Since they are remodeling, they should have come up with a better system to make sure their phones are being answered. Once there, the only place to sit was in the bay area, which yes, it was out of the sun, but I would have made sure that everyone knew to help themselves to water, coffee, etc.I m not sure if I will go back?? I might try giving them 1 more try since remodeling is out of their control. If I call again, and am on hold forever and get disconnected I ll go somewhere else. My car would not start so the dealership had it towed in for us which was a great service. Allit needed was the battery changed which was under warranty. They said they could get us an appt on Thursday morning. Okay I thought three days without my vehicle was a bit extreme for a simple battery but benefit of the doubt they were busy. The appt was for 0940 Thursday and when I called at 3pm they still had not taken my car into the shop. At 445 I finally received a call that it was finally being looked at would it be okay if they had to keep it another day. At this point. What choice did I have. The sales person saidHe would call me back in 20 minutes which he did not do. I called the dealership at 0700 the next morning and asked for the person who was helping us at which time he said the car had been fixed and in fact was just the battery needed to be charged and the car was ready for pick up. What this tells me is the car was ready the evening before and no one called me. I could have made arrangements to pick up my car that morning but instead both my husband and I had to leave work early to pick it up. I have been a Hyundai customer for 13 years and this is my second vehicle and this was the first time I have been disappointed in the service I received. The lack of communication was very disappointing and the fact I was without a vehicle for three days because for a battery charge not even a change I feel is unacceptable. I am hoping this is just a fluke and does not happen again. Matt is who we were dealing with and his lack of customer service, communication, and refusal to listen to our concerns does not strike a vote of confidence in us. Next time if we need a service and Matt is on duty we will be asking for another person to help us.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Overall great experience. As always, like everything else, there were a few hiccups along the way but each one was dealt with in a professional and courteous manner. That gave us the confidence to get a deal that was right for us. From the staff in sales to finance it was very pleasant. Best part we love the car. Shoutout to Renee and Seger, ya done good.Thanks!

A recall issue was addressed. I had an unexpected and urgent family medical event occur while I was waiting for the recall to be completed. The Service Department was able to take care of the recall earlier than anticipated. When I went to leave the facility, I noticed that my car also received an au gratis washing. Great service!
