Our Bluebird Wanderlodge has a Detroit Series 60 engine and an Allison 3000 transmission. Prior to a long trip, we asked A & C to check fluid levels, filters and belts. We were impressed with the quality parts selected and found their prices comparable to our independent research.In addition, Dave was thorough and knowledgeable, referring us to another expert at the shop when we needed pressure checks & diagnostics for the radiator. Freddie, the radiator specialist, gave us great news on the radiator and even installed a pin on our engine pulley to reduce wear and to improve safety.We appreciated working with Nathan. His responsiveness and detailed communication in coordinating the projects, parts and technicians were an added bonus. His efficiency and attention to detail is better than any project manager we have encountered in our previous seven years of maintaining this RV.We were pleasantly surprised with A & C s clean facility, their team of experts and their convenient location.We also enjoyed meeting the adorable shop dogs; Ruby, Murphy and Whiskey.

My RV broke down in 100-plus degree heat, in Payson, AZ. Road service towed it to Guaranteed Truck Service for repair. Worked with Billy who was extremely helpful and professional, problem was a cooling fan motor clutch. Once the problem was found, the clutch was ordered and installed in a very timely manner. As an aside, I assumed my RV was sitting outside (why wouldn't it be?), found out from Billy they had been keeping it inside which was I was very happy to hear. Lastly, they kindly agreed to deliver the RV to me (I'm two hours away) for a discounted labor fee (well worth it) which I though was more than fair. I'm extremely happy with Billy and his team, with the great service and the professionalism. I was very, very happy with the repair fee as well. I had front brake noises on a 34' Class A motorhome. An auto/ ATV/UTV technician friend contacted Guaranteed for me and spoke with Billy Parkinson, service advisor. His feedback - I'd be well pleased. (I was).Took motorhome in Friday AM, did a test drive with Billy; by afternoon they had the motorhome on jack stands, all four wheels off and identified what needed to be fixed. I went in that afternoon to see things. Billy asked how much I knew about disc brakes - I said "A little", actually a lot. He walked through how disc brakes work, the fact that the pads had completely worn through (no worn pad warning on this chassis, unlike every car) and trashed the rotor plus the caliper where the piston is held. He also showed me where both front rotors were cracked and needed to be replaced. This took at least 10 minutes!Said I was planning to leave town with a group of friends on the following Thursday - could they have it by then? "Assuming we can get all the parts, we should." Post-Covid, even standard Ford chassis parts may not be available. Picked up the RV Tuesday afternoon. Oh, by the way - they kept the motorhome inside the whole time!Re cost - the whole job took 8 hours - less than I would have thought. Their labor rate is pretty much the standard these days. Unlike a prior experience with Sanderson Ford Truck where they marked up the part prices beyond Ford's prices, the prices they charged for the parts looked like Ford MSRP or less.Short story - I grade hard. We had a leaking radiator plastic overflow/fill tak. They found one and were able to install the new one in a few day. Billy was great. We'll be back.

This place is great!I went there because I had lost an injector but wanted to make sure that was it. They had me diagnosed within the half day even though they are swamped currently due to a transition of ownership. Gave me a reasonable estimate for the confirmed injector and when they found that my front shocks were completely destroyed they replaced those AND the injector in one day at practically the same injector only estimate! I was totally impressed by these straight shooting dudes. The front desk guy Will was hilarious and made what would be a boring wait more fun.

This guy's deserves always 5 stars. They fixed our tracks issue within couple of hours. Friendly staff make you feel comfortable. Other places will put you on long waiting list. A&C Mobile Truck Service took our truck once we checked in. Quick and convince for customer. Highly recommend. (Dylan)

Billy and the guys at GTS took great care of our fleet truck. Friendly staff. Saul was pleasant to deal with. But they are slow. 1 week they had my vehicle to service an APU only to be told they can't fix it. Well they could but they couldn't decide what exactly was wrong with it. After 2 different estimates of what they thought was wrong it was time to take it to someone competent.

1st and last time using them, stay away. They told me that that they were waiting for a part to come in, I stepped in and asked to talk to the the person they were dealing with for the part. Once I got ahold of that company, they told me that nothing was ordered from them at all. Wasted a week of my time, on top of doing diagnostic and some work on the truck, they charged me a storage fee for leaving the truck at their shop. Crooks,

Great guys!!! Came out to our location to service our Box Truck YR2000 4700 International Did excellent job cleaned up their work area finished the job quickly. Definitely recommend this company to do service to your commercial vehicle.

Mechanics in the shop are very capable. However, Nathan in the office is anything but ethical....represented that no aftermarket OEM parts were available for the Cats that were stolen from my RV. Once my insurance adjuster reviewed it, he informed me that there were indeed aftermarket options for $3000 less than Nathan s quoted work.When called on the issue, he back pedaled multiple times, from you ll still have to pay for the parts, to restocking fees, to and shipping... all told over $1100 in excess fees from this shop, based on fraudulent representation by Nathan and A&C Mobile Truck Repair.When I went to pick the vehicle up, I was told that they didn t have the final restocking fees yet, and that I d have to come back later to retrieve the vehicle.... I protested, and thought that was odd, but I m not about to have the police called at this point (big mistake by me)...So, when I picked the RV up, I thought it was odd that the front engine compartment was open, as well as several of the windows.... it wasn t for a couple days that I finally understood why.... the subfloor was soaked, floors started buckling, because they had turned on my water pump to use the toilet.... my RV was under renovation at the time so those systems were all shut off when I dropped it off.... no faucets or drains were hooked up, and I informed them of this when I left it with them. Nathan acknowledged and said they wouldn t be doing anything with those systems anyway. My fresh water tanks were at 2/3 when they went in, and now on empty; the black water was at 1/3 and now at 2/3... with a soaked floor and my water pump turned back to the on position.... makes sense why I couldn t pick it up right away, and why the windows were open , probably trying to dry it out...The kicker for me was the engine compartment.... because after Nathan and I had had had words over their unethical business practices, I thought,,, why would this have been opened after a pm had been completed over a week ago.... but upset over my +$5k bill I backed out and headed towards a reputable shop they fixed my Cat s for $3000 less... it was a very hot day, and the ac didn t appear to be working well, if at all. I had just returned from a 5000 mile cross country trip a couple weeks before hand with no AC issues... I had the new shop check the system, and they said it appeared to have been discharged. They evacuated, charged, checked the system for leaks, and all has been well since.... hmmm, the AC access is in that front compartment,,, coincidental??? Perhaps lolWhen brought to the attention of management on the flooding and AC, their response was simply, well we don t know anything about that ... This company maybe fine for mobile service, where you can supervise what s done to your vehicle, but buyer beware once you hand over your keys and give possession to this management team.

Thank God for A&C!!! I was stranded on Scottsdale when my 25ft Coleman trailers axel needed replaced. I was dealing with Good Sam - which was a total nightmare by the way - and I finally called A&C directly and spoke with Nathan who was so helpful! I called Good Sam back and yelled at them until they gave A&C the PO to come fix my RV. They were there on time, did what needed to be done and then some! Ryan was my mechanic and I was very confident in his abilities. On top of knowing what he was doing, he helped me hook up to my truck and changed a blinker lightbulb.I rarely write reviews, and I ve never written one for a mechanic, but I felt compelled to do it because it couldn t have been a better scenario.Thank you Nathan and Ryan!

Awesome shop, very friendly people. The crew is amazing. Got me in and found my parts. Got me on the road in no time. Definitely recommended this shop. Don't hesitate!! Ask for Nathan. He will take care of you.

They are very tricky and dishonest with how they charge you for mobile service. The tech they sent out had to talk to a tech at the shop half the time he was here and took 3 1/2 hrs to repair it. They then charged us for almost another hour at $95 per hour after he was finished. He gave us a price that was $150 too high and while we tried to work it out with the office they charged us for the time it took to figure it out, which was $95!! The man on the phone at the office was rude and held us hostage basically . The longer we argued with him the more they charged us. Try someone else if you want honesty.

LIFE SAVERS!!! On a trip from Denver, our RV brakes were burning. Almost 50 phonecalls to mechanics/garages, NO ONE wanted to deal with a 30' motorhome, but Nathan said YES!! He is a 'can-do' man, he said bring it by, we will look at it! When we did, they cleared the way for our rig, and got right to work, performed a quality job, got us back on the road, and safely home to Colorado!! I thank God for this awesome team of professionals that took our job on. Highly recommended!!!Service: Brakes

We had our RV towed to their shop for electrical and fuel diagnostics! The guys had it up and running in no time!! Very friendly staff and easy to work with!Would definitely recommend them!

Great work very fast, great attitude and pricing was very good and on top of it they don t make u wait all day to get to you 1-2 hours and they are there ready to get it done

Good work, service guy was good guy, only complaint is they marked up a 350$ starter to 500$ at first tried to say was because to go get the part, but service guy that came out to me got the part and I was being charged hourly labor the whole time including that. So it really was a markup, I know the part actual cost because I asked the service guy what it cost when he got back from picking up the part. So my advice, if at all possible buy the part yourself, even if you have to uber/ taxi to get it, save$. Other than that. The hourly rate is reasonable and he got the job done nicely so i'm only just a bit disappointed in the 42% markup. I mean that's way excessive. I expect 10-20% markup. But nearly 50%? Umm yaaa, that's harsh.

My husband had a/c work done. They were the only ones that figured out what was wrong. Very friendly, reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!!! Also pet friendly. Thanks again guys!!

Overall it's an ok shop. They stand behind the work they do. Friendly staff. Where I'm not to happy is the fact that I think they are marking up to much the prices on the parts. Maybe for them road service with in shop work has the same price for parts.
