The owner of the car wash, gorilla, should take pride in ownership. The detailing area of the car wash is filthy. Spot free rinse and pre soak does not work in the second bay.

I ve been coming here for almost 2 years and have never had anything less than a 5 star experience. All the guys who work here are extremely nice, and take the time to explain services needed, but have never pressured me into additional services I didn t want that day. As a younger female customer, I have been highly pleased with my experience at this location (be aware not all locations are owned/operated by the same person) & cannot recommend them enough.

I m impressed every time I bring a car here for service. The guys are friendly, professional and helpful every single time. Today I needed help with a headlight - I was in and out quickly and really appreciated the kindness and care with which my car (and I) were treated.

What a refreshing shop! I came here on my daughter's recommendation as she had great service. I recently came from Jiffy Lube where they told me my car was due for several services but did not actually check the fluid levels, etc. Marshall was a gem at this location. He checked ALL levels and recommendations for my car with my milage. He reported that all was well and no unnecessary work was needed at this time. Thank you for your honesty! We will be back!

These guys are top notch. They service our companies vehicles and always do a great job. On top of that Dakota went over the top for us. He noticed one of our techs took his tool bag out of the truck when he was using the car wash and drove off without it. Dakota made sure to bring the bag into the office and hold it until he saw the tech again. The tool bag had hundreds of dollars in tools. He saved us big time. Trustworthy people here I would highly recommend them.

My first visit here for an oil change. Was immediately greeted with a smile! Marshall was super cheerful and helpful. Team was professional and fast. Can't recommend it enough. Will absolutely be back!

Auto shops, mechanics, anything car related can be stressful. All of the men that I ve ever interacted with, have always been great here! Very courteous, quick appointments, and fair pricing. During the holidays, you may even get a surprise flower for going!

Honest guys here, they are professional, courteous, ALWAYS go above and beyond. You don't find this kind of service very many places nowadays. Also, very good prices compare them to other shops. You are VERY WELL taken care of here. Ask for Marshall. He will take great care of you ALWAYS.

Service is impeccable!!!! No lie! I have now brought a 3rd vehicle here now and will continue to bring all of our personal and business vehicles here. Every single employee I have encountered has been absolutely pleasant and hard working. They smile and get the job done fast! Even if there was a wait in line, I d wait for this location hands down. If I can give 10 I will in a heartbeat. Dakota n his crew are amazing! I was scare driving my car when my check engine light came on and it felt like it was going to die on me. All day at work my car was heavy on my mind. I didn't know what to do. I took it in to AutoZone for a free check up, n spark plug n coil ignition was the problem. I was scared didn't want to drive back without fixing it. Grease Monkey (Dakota n the gang came in the clutch) they fixed my car before 6pm and check everything under the hood to make sure all was OK... I will definitely go back.

Can t recommend this shop enough. I ve had my car serviced here 5+ times and every time has been an amazing experience. They take great care of you and don t try upsell on everything. I ve been going to this grease monkey ever since I moved out to surprise. So far my experiences have been great, the staff was friendly and they get oil changes, and other services that I need done in a timely manner. I ve been going to grease monkey as a company for over five years now, this location is a lot better comparing it to the location on 19th Ave and Bell Road.

I have even stopped to have them check my coolant and they treated me like a new paying customer and they did not charge me anything !they are a class act !stopped by today for them to top off my oil and they did ! Best oil change experience I have had in my life. The workers were all great, especially Marshal and they were clearly very thorough and experienced. They explained everything well and took the time demonstrate the condition of the car. Dakota and the crew, have always taken care of all my vehiclesI had sworn off having my vehicles touched by these kind of shops due to a bad experience. But since first coming to this store. I have since brought not only all my vehicles, but I bring my mom's vehicle there also. June 14th 2022 maybe a little before I came in wanting a radiator replaced on my 2000 gs300. They got it done no problems but the radiator cap is bent.they get me a new one. Couple days later csr over heats take it to deer valley car care and they told me they put the wrong radiator enough said i never came back to them to fix it .
