Omg. Can't say enough good things about this place. I've brought my car here after going to other places, and they have told me that work what others quoted me really didn't need to be done, and their prices beat any other place I've been. Plus, they open really early so I can bring my car in before work. Can't say enough good things about this place. I fully trust them!!!!

Will go to a mom and pop-type place before trying anywhere else. Saw the glowing 4.9 stars combined with a good conversation with Mike when explaining what work needed to be done. Got our vehicle back and could not drive it later that day through the holiday until we could take it back four days later when they were open. Had to miss some work and not see our family this holiday. Turned out the transmission mount was installed improperly (upside down). Mistakes happen, but no ownership of the mistake is the reason we will not be coming back for future work.

Mike was very accommodating for my repairs. I Purchased new struts for my Transit campervan and one of them was faulty, causing multiple issues. After replacing the strut mount we discovered the faulty strut and had to redo the repair. The 2 mechanics promptly fixed my vehicle both times. I appreciate that when I m traveling and on the road I get prompt service. If you are a vanlifer and break down in the Peoria/Phoenix area. I highly recommend Frank s honest Auto, thanks again guys!

This was my second time here. I received nothing less than amazing service and fair pricing on my services. I love the name Frank's HONEST auto as I feel it really represents what you get for trusting them with your car/truck. Recommended and will continue to be a loyal customer!

All that needs to be said is in the name honest. Great service quick turnaround. Mike and the mechanics are top notch. I've been to sun devil auto christian brothers. All I have to say is stay away. Go see the team at Franks honest auto they will get you straight

I've been going to Frank's for over 10 years, and they've Never done me wrong! Great service, good prices, and Honestly Honest (for real!) The kind of mechanic that will give you options, like fixing the important stuff first, telling you what can or can't wait, offering a used part if possible (if you're on a budget And IF used is available And Safe). They do have unusual hours, Monday - Thursday 4 a.m. to 4 p.m. And it's Always faster turnaround when you call to get an appointment. But they'll be Honest with you about how long it'll take, what it'll cost, and call if anything changes. This is the First Mechanic I've Ever Had that didn't hit me with a list of "You need This, and This..." and they even charged me LESS when the problem was able to be fixed cheaper than estimated. Frank's Honest Auto doesn't advertise or run specials, because they Don't Have To! All their business is word of mouth, and they've been open more than 25 years. That tells you everything you need to know about how awesome they are!

Mikey and the team at Frank's are amazing. They have done all the maintenance and repairs to every vehicle I've owned since I moved to the Phoenix valley. Everything from an oil change to a complete transmission replacement.

I had my car at a different garage four times last summer, they kept the car 2-3 days each time. It was running hot with the A/C on. They could never find the problem.My friend recommended that I take my car to Franks Honest Auto.Thank goodness I did!They diagnosed it in less than an hour. I got my car repaired and back in a few hours and the A/C been working good ever since.Thank you Franks Honest Auto!

The work done here is exceptional. There's been more than a few times where other shops have suggested some expensive repairs, only to find out it was something else that was a fraction of the price. So, honesty and great workmanship are what you'll get here.

I came here because a family member was helping me pay for the repairs and this is where they wanted us to go even though it was far from our house. But thats not the auto shops fault so I didn't count it against them. They're a little pricey but then again show me a shop that isn't. I had to sit there and wait for my car to be done but it wasn't that bad because they have a small room that is air conditioned for you to wait. It seems as though they don't have any parts on hand and have to order them as soon as they look at your car and find out what they need. BUT, from what I understand, they have a few different places that they order from and all of them deliver the part to them and they do so quickly. It never took very long at all for them to get a part that they just ordered. The day that I went, their was only 3 guys working there. 2 of them worked on cars,which they each worked on a different car and the other guy was the one who was in the office,helping customers, ordering parts,and taking and returning phone calls. And even though there was only 2 people working on cars and they didn't work together on one car,they still got cars done just as fast as other places. I really did like this place. I do admit, that I wasn't so sure that I would at first but they proved me wrong and I felt totally different at the end of it. They had got a part that wasn't sealing right and instead of doing what most other places would do and just decided to say oh well and give me my car back like that, they took it off and ordered a new one and fixed it the right way before giving me my car back. I really respect that.

Our first introduction to Frank s Honest Auto began when our 06 Jeep started having engine troubles. After spending $500 trying to self diagnose the problem, we took it to a pair of mechanic shops in the area and were told that the engine needed to be completely replaced and that it was going to run about $6000 at the one shop and $4500 at the other. We decided to get a third opinion from Frank s and boy are we happy we did. We spoke with Mike who told us to bring the Jeep over and after a few hours told us that the engine could be rebuilt for a fraction of the cost of the other guys.They quickly became our preferred mechanic for all our vehicles including our kids cars and we haven t looked back since. If there s a problem that they can t fix, they will let you know right away and refer you to someone they trust to help you out and have yet to steer us in a bad direction.They are open 4 days a week from 4 am to 4 pm which makes getting oil changes and small repairs a breeze by making appts for when they first open.Just this week we thought the Jeep was having a starter issue and took it over asking them to fix whatever the problem is. Mike called a little while later and said they couldn t find any issues with the starter or the battery nor did he try and say there was any other issues at all. We ve never had that from anyone else.If you re looking for an actual honest mechanic, these are your guys, after all it s in the name!

I was lucky enough to have been referred to Frank and his team by a friend and feel so grateful for it. He has worked on a few of my cars and the entire staff is always courteous, helpful, and will make sure I don t overspend. They rates are extremely reasonable. Their work has always been 100%. And they have the patience to answer all of my questions. Love them!!!***Update 8-12-20Frank and his team are still doing great work, for reasonable prices, with care. They are such kind people and will not do anything that s unnecessary. Please go see them for all of your car needs!

Mike is genuinely honest and has been my go to for years now. He s straight up and extremely knowledgeable! This place has always been thorough and reasonable with every vehicle I ve brought into them. Wish they did German cars though! :)

Mike answered the phone when I called for an appointment and discussed my issue with me. I was greeted right away when I arrived at the shop. Mike was there when I arrived and when I left. The whole process was quick and easy. I like how Mike explained to me what was going on and options available to me. I don't trust very many people with my car, but I have found my new Mechanic.

I was skeptical of their use of "honest" in their name. They proved my skepticism was wrong. I came to have Denali fixed. They saw and they fixed. I paid less than at other shops. I drove home very very happy. This experience has occurred several times over the years. I will only go to "honest" Frank's Auto, and see Michael and the mechanics.

HONEST, REASONABLE, PROBLEM SOLVING!!! Get your car fixed right and get an honest opinion!!! Frank, the owner is amazing, Kyle, Mike and Mike are great too! They know how to solve the smallest to the largest problem and they get you done the same day!Thanks guys for the years of great service and care! We don't go anywhere else! We have 5 different makes of cars, all with over a 100,000 miles and these guys keep them running smoothly! One of our cars has over 220,000!!!Dave and Mary

Top notch company. I was told by the dealer I needed a new engine wiring harness in the tune of $2700. Brought it to Frank for a second opinion. Ended up only being a $175 repair. They had it fixed the same day I dropped it off. Would definitely recommend this company. Their name says it all.

Best car care ever! Caring for our wheels for about 25 years now. Kyle tracked down and fixed an electrical issue that the dealership failed at in 3 attempts. Referring someone to them is never a question.

Love this place. Brought my van in when my check engine light came on with a code for a problem with the evap system (esim). When I called Mike was very nice and helpful. They had the problem fixed the same day and for half the price the big auto repair company quoted me. They have also done great work on my husband's Yukon with the a.c. I will be referring my friends and family to Frank's. Thanks guys

Took my F150 to Franks. I was ready to do the breaks, which included the rotors, as per other repair shop had suggested.Frank called me 30 minutes after I dropped off the truck, he suggested to have the tires balanced, if still do the same thing after doing that, he said bring it back. That was about 6 months/7k miles ago, and still doing great.

This business was referred to us through the Nextdoor app for Peoria High School. I had called and left a message concerning a code with my Ford Escape. Before calling me back, Mike had researched the code so that he could provide us with information. We were extremely impressed and happy with this shop! We highly recommend Frank's, and will continue to bring our vehicles here! Thanks guys for all of your assistance!

They are very good and honest. Tears ago I brought a Saturn to them with an ignition issue. They worked on it a few days and just could not find the issue, they were very reasonable in their pricing where other shops would have overcharged me for the labor.

Everything about this place is 5 star. More then reasonable price for the service I needed on my car (radiator and thermostat). Would highly recommend their shop to anyone in need of car repair!!!

Mike and the guys get me in and out with my oil change. So far that's what I've had done but I'll be taking my truck in for all mechanical needs. Love the early hours!
