I made an appointment to have my tires checked, rotated and a nail taken out. I came at the appointment time of 9 am on Saturday. When I called at 1 to check on the truck, I was told they hadn't looked at it yet. I asked what the point of having an appointment was. They told me my appointment was to drop the car off for the day. I was not told that when I made the appointment. I was told that was the deal or I could come and pick up my care now without the work being done. Really? Is this how your employees are taught to speak to customers? They didn't get a simple tire fix done until 5 pm. As a result of their responses, I will take the recommended work to another location. They called at 530 to tell me the last pick-up was at 530 when the store closed at 6. I have spent a lot of $ with my cars in this location. I will not be back and tell my friends this is not a customer-friendly place. They lost the work for the day and any future work from my family

I originally schedule to have an oil change in my 2017 Murano. Simple enough. While checking in I had a coupon for a break inspection so I gave the manager permission to inspect the brakes.After performing the oil change and the brake inspection, we discussed my options for replacing the pads and rotors due to the measurement on the rotors. Finding that their estimate was high, I scheduled with another repair shop. After this appointment and before my schedule brake repair my car started responding funny. The front end was shacking on the 17. I was able to get it to the auto shop and went over the chain of events. It seems that Firestone Auto did not tighten my lug nuts enough in the front 2 tires. The tires were ready to come off of the vehicle. I went to the Firestone service area the following week after I have the car repaired to inform them that they did not secure the tires properly. We brought up the invoice to confirm date of service and noticed that they had the wrong person and home address on my account. No big deal... but I really wanted them to know that this could have been a bad situation and that they need to remind their mechanic's to assure that the vehicle is released to insure that the vehicle is in a safe driving condition. Still no biggie.. What got me was the manages assumption that I had taken it to another repair shop and they caused the issue.I could have been very combative at that remark but chose to walk away and write a review. I simply wanted to make sure this did not happen to someone else...I'm in the service industry, I guess my work ethics are different! Hope this helps.

The Firestone on Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley has always given our family superb customer service. John, the store manager, is very effective at follow-through and making sure everything is exactly the way we want it. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. We truly appreciate being their customers for the past five years!

Another wonderful experience at Firestone. John, the store manager was awesome. He worked with me to get my 4 new tires quicky and at a reasonable price.He is so friendly and professional. I highly recommend this Firestone shop. The techs are also great. When you go, ask for John. You won't be disappointed.

Really saved my day! Work to fit me in where they could on a busy Sunday. Kept me up to date as things progressed in the repair of my vehicle. Their waiting room was especially clean and comfortable with TV and a nice bathroom. Give him a try next time you have automotive needs or tire replacement.

Store was nice and clean. The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. The main service tech that worked on the car was very thorough and helpful! On the road and couldn t be happier with how the car is riding with the new tires, thanks!!!

From the initial call, to bringing my vehicle into the shop, I was treated with respect and honesty. The service recommendations were thoroughly explained, and even shown to me, which is huge when you don't know all the mechanic lingo. I did not feel pressured to make a decision on what I should get serviced, I was even given time to think about what to get done. The techs got the service done quickly and in line with the amount of time they asked for. I was given all the costs upfront for each of the services recommended, so there were no surprises at the end for the final costs. I was told about the Firestone loyalty and credit card, and the benefits of each were explained to me, giving me another option to make payment and receive discounts. Again, I wasn't pressured to apply for the card, but instead, I was given all the information to make a well-informed decision. Eric showed me kindness and respect. Every interaction on every phone call I heard him answer, and with every customer that walked in, was top notch! We need more people like Eric filling our customer service roles. Tyler took the time to explain each service recommendation to me, and also showedme the concerns. Tyler gave me all the costs upfront, so there were no surprises. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision on what service to get done. Thank you Firestone, and it's top notch employees at this location!

I was able to come in the day before and view the tires I selected online and talk with the technician about them. The day of my service I was treated politely and my check in was thorough. The guys stayed in communication with me all day and updated me on my status. The quality of work was appreciated

6 hours for an oil change that cost me 110$ absolutely terrible. Will never be back. Will never suggest anybody go here. Manager actually told me that if I wanted it fast I should've told them do it fast? Excuse me? 110$ for an oil change is already high. 6 hours for that service? I could have done myself for 45$ which is what I'll be doing from now on.

If you want to be talked down to, treated like an inconvenience, seen as an opportunity to price gouge in order to meet sales quotas and gaslit for any concern you voice, THIS IS THE LOCATION FOR YOU!On 9/20/23 I had my rear brakes and rotors replaced. I noticed a noise right away and when I brought my vehicle back in on 10/19 for an oil change, I mentioned that the brakes were grinding. I was told by Tyler that there is a period of time they need to be broken in and if I didn t do that, they can make noise. I was never told this. Instead of addressing the issue, Johnathon recommended I get new tires and replace my front hubs and bearings ($3,600) as THAT could be the reason my rear brakes are grinding. I declined the hubs and rotors. I brought the vehicle back on 12/14 to replace the tires as recommended and I asked AGAIN about the noise. Johnathon said he would look at it but when they test drove the vehicle, there was no noise (according to the tech) and the brakes look "great ! Johnathon mentioned that it could be from the hubs/bearings they recommended back in Oct. BUT now, they say the hubs/bearings look fine, instead, I need to replace the CV axle on the front end. ($1,200+) To reiterate, everything I have mentioned about the noise and grinding is in the REAR. When I questioned the recommendation, I was told often people think it s coming from the back of the car, but the noise is actually coming from the front. I am told to give it a little time to see if the noise comes back. (It never went away) So, I bring my vehicle back in on 3/1 for oil change. I only keep using them at this point because my husband had a good experience in the past, we were sold on the credit card and want to maintain our warranty. When I arrive for my 10:15 appointment, I am told there is no appointment, instead I was marked as a no-show on a different day. Thankfully I have a voicemail from them scheduling it and my days/time were correct. When I mention this, Johnathon says don't worry, I ll take care of you. Implying that he's doing a HUGE favor for me. I had a scheduled appointment, confirmed by your voicemail. This wasn't my oversight. At that time, I mention the noise in the rear brakes AGAIN, and I pay for a complete vehicle inspection in an effort to address this ongoing brake issue. After I pickup the vehicle, SURPRISE! Johnathon says, BRAKES LOOK GREAT! But now I need $6,000 in repairs on the front end, including ABS Brake Bleed (which was just done by them in Sept., less than 6 months ago) I brought my van back yesterday, 3/5 and was told there s no way they can see me until Monday because of their EPIC sales weekend. (The same sales weekend he tried to encourage me to get my $6,000 repair done for. He had room to schedule that, but not look at my brakes.) Johnathon finally said if I drop off my car on 3/6, they would have to keep it and hope to be able to look at it. Frustrated, I have another mechanic look at my brakes, he showed me that my rear brakes are METAL ON METAL and at this point, are grinding so badly, I am afraid to drive it. So, I bring my vehicle back in today at 7am, the first thing Johnathon says is that they won t touch it until I put some gas in because the gas light is on and they won t be able to test drive. It is just anything he can do to brush me off and not fulfill on the warranty. When we push back on his claim that the brakes are perfect, he says he personally checked the brakes three different times and they look great. So my husband tried to show the video from the other mechanic, and instead of listening and addressing our concern, he just talked over us and then kicked us out of the store. When we asked for his regional manager s information, he told us to google it. I don t understand why Johnathon is so resistant to working with integrity, being honest and straightforward, and fulfilling on the Firestone warranty.There must be some corporate incentive and an obvious superiority complex at play. Stay away.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I replaced a tire 3 months ago and they DESTROYED my rim. They etched a gash all the way around it and it won t come out. They said there is NOTHING they can do. That is NOT how you run a business and not how you treat customers. I will be taking by vehicle elsewhere next time I need tires replace which is very soon.

We were told to pick up our car in 1 hour and they ll call us by then. 3 hours pass still no call. Came back car wasn t even started. Now they re making us wait another 1-2 hours to come get the car. Do not come here. Go somewhere else. Dumbest place I know.

John and his crew are very thorough, I bring both of my cars here and they do excellent work I find them to be incredibly honest and reliable, I won t go anywhere else They even stop their day to put air in your tires !!

I used to love firestone, they are pretty quick and although a little pricey always do the job well. Usually when I get a oil change or any work done they do a full diagnostic and let me know if something needs to be done. (Tires looking bad, battery replacement etc). Which is great for the company (they get more money!) And great for me so I know what's going on. This time around after our oil change they said getting a diagnostic would be $100! What? Since when! I was just there in October and they did a full diagnostic on my car and I ended up getting new tires! If they are going to nickel and dime something this silly that must mechanics do automatically I'll have to rethink my business here.Update:They called and personally explained the difference of why one is charged and one isn't. We have been getting our Oil change service done by Firestone for some time. They are very professional and nice to talk to them every time. As usual I scheduled an appointment with them on phone and dropped the car. I was waiting for a call for pick and didn't receive one until 5, so called them and they mentioned having one digit wrong so were not able to reach me. On google it showed the closing time is 7 but they close at 6 which I was not aware of. They called back to check if I will be picking the car and they are waiting. This was around 5.55 PM. I really appreciate they calling and holding for me. It's the service that matters and you will get it here.Service: Oil change

This is the best complete auto care shop I've been to ever since living in the valley use to go to sun devil but not anymore this Firestone is by far the best thank you Brian nelson for getting me taken care of quick fast and in a hurry and the right way you have mine and my family's business from here on out

They left a tool on my engine. Think twice before taking your car here! They also did not tighten things up after oil change and oil leaked all over my driveway. This location employs ppl who do not care about your car.. Just your money.

Their appointment system is completely useless. It allows you to make an appointment and it shows that there are multiple appointments available at the time that you make it. They call you back and tell you there s no way they can do it but that they will happily reschedule it for later. I m pretty sure the reschedule wouldn t happen either. Get a better system.

I had an appointment for an oil change this morning and arrived to this location and realized I was at the wrong location. Tyler Vasquez, Manager of Sales, kindly took my appointment and got me in and out. I have never had anything less than an excellent experience at this location. Even when they are slammed or short staffed, I am always given exceptional, personalized customer service. Tyler is an A+ employee and goes above and beyond. I will be a long time customer and really appreciate all they do!

These guys are great -- it's usually about the people providing the service, the company somewhat. These guys are professional and good communicators.I dropped off my car so they could work on it when they had an opening but they finished the work in less than half the time expected -- I suggest anyone else do the same.No pressure to do anything more than what I asked for !!!!!Service: Wheel alignment

Be wary of their services... dropped my car off for an oil change (which was extremely overpriced) and tire rotation. We marked my tire to ensure that rotation was completed and sure enough... the tire was in the same spot when we went to pick up the car. Had we not checked, we would have been charged for services that weren't performed. On top of that, I would say that the customer service is lacking. Other than an apology and not charging us for the rotation, there was nothing else done to correct it. If a place wants to keep your business, they should go above & beyond to correct a mistake--unless that is a normal way of business for them and they just got caught....Services: Tires, Oil change
