They do it allThis was my first time comming here. My experience was good overall. The place is neat and clean for a repair shop. The staff are excellent and friendly. If your gonna get alot of work done I recommend droping the car off. The issue i have is they don't show you the prices at the shop or online untill the work has been completed. overall the prices are average. I recommend getting there credit card for deals.***If anyone likes my honest reviews then please like my post and follow my google account***-Thanks

With little to no heads up, I had to find a place to get an oil change and tire rotation on my 2020 Volkswagen Passat R line, After calling around to multiple locations of other big name franchises, none of which were available to squeeze me in or if they were available they did not have the appropriate parts to service my vehicle and the timeframe needed I found Fire stone complete auto care, well-being, extremely professional, and courteous over the phone. They asked me to bring my vehicle on down and they would see what they could do for me. I was quoted a time of about one hour to do the oil change and tire rotation, and was pleasantly surprised when I was able to pick up my vehicle 45 minutes later, the staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and just generally pleasant to be around. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Firestone complete auto care deer Valley. It has been a little over a week since I received the service in my vehicle is running top-notch. no leaks no drips in my car is riding smoother than it has the past few months .

Was visiting from out of town. I needed an oil change. And I found this location and firestone to be very credible and honest. The manager Joe walked me through the process of little things that I needed to pay attention to on the car but didn't pressure me to shell out more money. I learned a few important maintenance details hadn't considered. Got a great service and felt this shop was more honest than most shops I've visited while on the road from outta town. Highly recommend Back on the road safely.

Predatory. Check the yelp reviews for a more accurate picture of this locations practices. Brakes replaced in September, already metal on metal. Brought the vehicle back three times in the last five months for the same squeaking brake issue after they replaced pads and rotors, each time they insisted that the brakes were, in their words, beautiful. Took it to another mechanic and they showed a video of the right rear brake pads, completely ground to the metal. The managers reply was I personally inspected the brakes and they were perfect so they are either incompetent, or completely lying. Gave us a bid for over $6000 in repairs insisted that between September 2023, and now March 2024 nearly every piece of the suspension and drivetrain needed to be replaced. Again, check the yelp Clear picture of how this location treats their customers. Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant Road.

All of the gentleman there have been extremely nice and have provided me with great service; from the new young man who put air in my tires, to the older gentleman (I believe he was the manager), who came out to my car and got on the ground to look at one of my tires, and the man who ordered my new tires and had then on and had me on the road in less than 4 hours. I also have to mention the price. I have a speciality car and was quoted double the price at the dealer. I am more than pleased with the service and the cost.I'm very appreciative, especially when we live in times where customer service is almost nonexistent so, thank you very much for the great service!

Was looking into buying a used vehicle and needed a used car inspection. They stated they were busy and could see me the next day. I mentioned I m out of town and was wondering if they could squeeze me in. They moved their schedule around for me. Very professional front desk and flexible crew. Definitely will recommend and use for future needs.

Very good costumer service, they have a nice inventory of what you need.Needed to replace 2 tires for my Tundra, even if this location did not have them they managed to get what i need in few hours and schedule same day tire replacement .Nice place and clean , nice waiting room see pictures , videos.Ninos was helping me , awesome guy!

Lifetime alignment is a great value and a way to keep a pulse on my vehicle s health. I m grateful they found a flaw in my older tires and matched a competitors price.The staff is kind and professional and the work was done in a timely manner. what more can I ask for?Thank you!

Every time I take my car to the Firestone Deer Valley location I receive excellent customer service and car care. I am given the straight scoop regarding needed repairs, pricing, etc and never feel like they're trying to upsell me on anything. My car is old and has a lot of miles and I appreciate their honesty and the way the fix whatever the issue is. I wouldn't take this car anywhere else.

We have been doing business with this Firestone for years, but recently have noticed all kinds of "policies" that keep getting thrown in front of the service. They stopped honoring the lifetime alignment for my lifted truck, which was lifted when they first sold it to me (when they rebuilt the front end for almost $10K.) They refused to honor the lifetime warranty on the full break rebuild they did for over $6K, and now they refused to do the alignment on my Mercedes until I buy new rear tires. So I went to NTB and they did the alignment... and I will now buy my tires from them and not use Firestone for anything any longer. You don't honor your word or warranty's and that is criminal.

This Firestone Center makes doing business a pleasure. The team there is always helpful and friendly. I have frequented the center to get new tires, rotate the tires or having air added to the tires. They make it an easy and efficient experience. I can get the tires, rotation and air anywhere however, it is the customer service that keeps me coming back.

What a fantastic way to be welcomed into the Wonderful state of AZ! I just moved to AZ from NV just last week and everything was going well until my AC on my Expedition went out. I quickly searched for a repair shop and found Firestone nearby (and open on the weekend no less!!!!!) I went here and spoke with Joe and explained my situation and how I needed saving from the experts with my AC not working. Joe advised they could help and got to work right away. I got a call a few hours later and was advised my AC compressor was shot and needed replacing as well as the other components needed for the AC. After getting a fair price I was told the car would be ready the same day! That was amazing news to hear. I even asked for an oil change and Firestone came through and delivered very quickly. I definitely now have my go to shop for all my future repairs. Thank you Joe and the AMAZING team at Firestone for helping me in my time of need and delivering FANTASTIC customer service. You guys are all life savers!

This team always perform an awesome job every time I bring my car in for service. Having had a 3rd visit, I appreciate and thank you Karam, Ninos, Mike & Tanner. Karam's follow through with a phone call was much appreciated. Ninos stayed later to accommodate me being late to pick up my car on a Friday evening. Many thanks to you all! This location is wonderful. As a young-ish woman with zero Auto knowledge, I've been made to feel stupid at other auto places. That doesn't happen here, they are super helpful here and actually explain things to me and are honest when I ask them if I should get other services done. If I don't need it, they tell me so. I will continue to come here from now on!

I took my Camry there because of an oil leak. They diagnosed it as a loose filter but they could have taken advantage of the situation if they wanted to. These guys are Honest and Respectful . Definitely going to use them again!!!

Made an appointment for my wife to drop off the car at 2pm. Karam was made aware that we were on a tight schedule. Wife added an alignment to getting 4 new tires. She was told no problem that it would be done by 5:30, when she returned at 6 and truck was still on lift with no tires, she was then told it would be done at 6:30. She ran to the store next door and came back to it still not being completed and said alignment hadn't been done at that point. At 7pm the car was finally pulled out, with new tires I can't confirm if alignment every was truly done. Customer service is definitely not a priority, recommend going down the street to another tire dealer.

I received great service at Firestone. Sadly, the option is no longer available to get a standard oil change here. The only oil sold is synthetic oil at a much higher price than regular oil. I ll be going elsewhere to get a standard oil change.

Great guys work here. I needed an ac recharge they got it done quick one side was blowing a little warm they figured it out right away. Got me back on the road ac working great! Trustworthy nice gents here!

The techs at this shop will up sell additional maintenance. Was told my front brakes were metal on metal. Just checked them. Front passenger brake pads are sitting at 4-5mm. Front driver side brake pads are sitting at about 5mm. This location has employees with integrity issues. Would've appreciated a "hey your pads are getting low, you should start thinking about having then replaced." Instead of making a bold statement to have customers impulse buy additional maintenance. This company is only good for their lifetime alignment plan and nothing else.And to add: lug nuts were over torqued. There's no reason I should have to use penetrating oil on top of an impact on top of a beaker bar with a tube for extra leverage. The techs do not adhere to manufacture specs.

My car has been having issues. Charged me $550 for a Hub bearing and removal of wheel bearing. Took off the entire skid plate and just threw it in the trunk with all the bolts. Now they are claiming they aren t a body shop and can t do some good honest work on the car. Unfortunate. Intentionally left skid plate removal off the bill. Bad service and management.Services: Tires, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment
