Had a really excellent experience with them today. My low tire pressure light went on between doctor's appointments. I stopped at this location for the free Air check. They noted not just that 3 of my tires were getting low on tread but pointed out a nail sticking out of the sidewall. I explained that I had a doctor's appointment and that I normally go to a location closer to my house. Noah was really friendly and thoughtful. Saying to get it taken care of soon. I went to my doctor appointment and sure enough when I got back into the car the light returned. On my way back I decided to stop back at this location and brought 4 new tires at a pretty reasonable price - even though they were quite busy they got the vehicle done within an hour while I enjoyed lunch at a nearby restaurant. Dustin was especially helpful. Thanks so much!!

I thoroughly enjoy visiting Discount Tire not only for their exceptional customer service but also for their consistently positive attitude, regardless of the season. Their staff consistently provides helpful advice and goes above and beyond by offering complimentary air checks and quick consultations on tires and wipers. Made an appointment for 9:45 to get one new tire put on and they had it done by 10:15! They were extremely accommodating because I really needed all 4 tires done but can t afford them at the moment. They worked with me and we made a plan to put better used tires for the other three at a reasonable price until I can return and get 3 new ones. They were so kind and understanding and we left with a safer car. It only took a little bit longer for them to do the other 3 tires!

I heard from my mechanic, Jim, of United Car Care in Sun City that Discount Tires he always recommends for any tire issue. So off I went. Talk about professional! Friendly, knowledgeable. Just a pleasure to work with. I had a slow leak, they found a nail, patched it at no charge. Said I had great tires with lots of wear left. And best of all, NO CHARGE!

You guys NEVER disappoint!! Even if I don t have an emergency, you are always there! This time Curtis helped me with my tire blow out and my other tires that needed to be replaced. I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Thank you Curtis and everyone at Discount. Know that you ARE appreciated!!

Spent 35 minutes (and counting ) for air check. I called the store asking if we can expedite the process, the employee responded with: You can leave if you don t want to wait.. Is this the best response?

Brought SUV in for tire rotation included with my tire purchase. Made an appt a week before. Was greeted quickly, and they got my car done in the quoted time of one hour. Good job guys.

The service advisor was pushy n controlling trying to sell a set of tires. I hardly couldn't say a word in. They are very expensive n he was trying hard to convince me to buy those set expensive tires. I just had to walk away.

The "salesmanship" at this shop is equivalent to every stereotypical used car dealer, or worse.You lost a long time customer for refusing a rotate and balance because of your stupid sales tactics. Stay away and go to Bell!Additionally, depending on where their "numbers" are, your tire warranty will range from $17 to $39 per tire.I have spent thousands at this location, from my Khumo's for the SUV's, to the Michelin run-flats for the BMW.This time, the salesman who assisted me was biting on the bit for another tire sale and refused me service to rotate my front tires to the rear. The front tires have wear but still have life left (see pictures) . This guy was just wanting another tire sale.Lastly, I also had a tire replacement recently under warranty that was not balanced correctly and shimmers on the highway due to a weight flying off. They are also refusing to correct that.Shame!

This is the only Discount Tire we will go to! Have bought over 6 sets of tires from them and every time it's the same awesome experience. Have sent multiple families to this location for superior service, also. Keep up the great work!

Came in because this is one of my favorite Discount Tire stores to do business at. I get my tires checked here alsoAssisted by Caden Munoz who provided far past superior service with getting four OEM tires for my 2009 Nissan Versa S 1.8. Super helpfulWould I return again? I plan on it!

I had to be at work at 8 40 AM but when i work up the tire had a low pressure symbol so i took it to discount. I explained to someone that i just needed air for my tire so i can go to work. After a guy with glasses ans blond pushed back hair explained that my tires were in the yellow and asked if id like yo purchase a new tire..i declined and asked them to just fill up my tire so i could leave ASAP. After going into the back for about 7 mins he came back and stated that it was "unsafe" considering my tire was still in the yellow and just had low pressure he deamed it unsafe to drive and that i NEEDED to purchase a new tire. I told them i didnt have the money for a new tire and to just put the tire back on so i can take it to a free air pump down the road. He out right refused and said it was unsafe. Then proceeded to ask "how much money do you have" as if he was just trying to get money out of me. I told him that i wont waste my money on a spare that will go out 100 miles down the road. If i wasnt in such a rush i would have stayed and called the cops for distruction of property. I gave them my car with all tires included and theyre trying to give it back to me with no tire. The man in the glasses forced me to buy a new tire when all it needed was some air. I will never recommend discount to anyone i know nor will i ever come back to such bad service. Dude just wanted my money. Save your money and go to a llantera shop.

I spent many years working in the tire business, and I feel like Discount Tire is my best option for quality service. Any shop can sell a tire, but execution is a different story. With that said, shout out to Caden. Caden did everything right great customer service, follow through and communication was spot on.

Miles and Mitch not only educated me but helped get air in my Ford 350 Dully Tires ALL 6 OF THEM!! They protected me against getting a blow out on the freeway or from getting a flat. The gentleman went above and beyond for this boss lady right here and helped our pool business which in then helps our children!! Thank you discount tire!!

Here right now for a tire check no appointment but the waiting time is too much lots of staff great service I didn't pay anything cause I had bought the tires with them so they said it had a nail in it Zef Garcia helped me check in location is easy to see on Thunderbird and 83rd Ave next to shell there was a lot of customers so I couldn't take as many pictures as I wanted too I didn't want to upset people for being in them but store looks clean all of their staff was nice and they offer complementary water while you wait.

Great Service. It s nice that the free air check station is located within the shop so that you re vehicle is not sitting in the sun. It s also located just next to a Circle K which offers a car wash.Isaac was very helpful and went out of his way to give great customer service.Highly recommended.

I had a reservation. I asked what to do & was told to have a seat & I'd be called. Meanwhile I waited & waited.I saw others come & check-in I guess and Wait awhile, then leave.So I went up again & asked. Then he looked up my order & asked if I ordered two tires of a certain brand etc.No, we ordered 3 because they had only one in stock & I needed 4 tires. He said the order was for two tires, the one in stock and the one they ordered.So He recommended a different tire they had 4 of that would work even though a different size & was a better tire for the heat here, so that's what I got.They were installed in a reasonable amount of time & I love the tires & feel much safer now.However, I spent most of the day there & then had to walk a long way in the 110�+ heat to get my car when it was ready.Even though I'm in pretty good health for an eighty-year-old woman, it was a little difficult but probably good for me.

Despite the fact that I d rather walk on legos all day than have car troubles, this was a pretty pleasant experience. All of the employees provided excellent customer service and no one guilt tripped me into buying tires so that was fun, too. Thanks guys <3

Went in for a screw in my right front tire. It took about 1 1/2 hours to wait. But they repaired the tire. And there was no charge. Everyone was pleasant and there was no sales pitch..

Don't buy extended tire warranty it!It dont work if you got a older car with alignment issues. They don't even rotate the tires for you even if you have purchased the extended warranty. They are pushy just wanna sale you new tires instead.

Mateo was awesome! I had my tires replaced because I got a flat less than 2 weeks ago and I ll be damned if it happened again today on the same tire. Mateo was amazing in helping me getting that replaced in an hour! Definitely will be referring this location for exceptional service! Thank you Mateo :)

They always push up sales.It seems they don't have the economical tires in stock, BUT they have $40 higher priced in stock. You can't walk out of there without the wiper blade speech. It's comical to sit in the waiting room and to listen to it over and over again. The service is good the constant sales pictures are a pain. My wife doesn't like going there any longer Because they really turn the pressure up when she goes in.

Great store. I have used Discount Tire for about 30 years. Today we were out and about. Got a low tire pressure sensor. Went to this closest store for help. They were great. Fast, and friendly. We were also close to due for rotations. So we got tire fixed (nail) and tires rotated. We were back going in less than a half-hour. Good job!

Always get great service here! Latest example took my son s car in with a flat tire with expectations they d fix the flat. Tire was only 10 months old. They checked tire and felt it showed too much wear so they replaced it!

Drove out of town for an event, and got a flat tire. Caleb had incredible customer service and patience with me the whole visit. Great service!
