I have been to other mechanics that took a week just to look at my car. Deer Valley Car Care, did not waste their time to finding the issue. They had my car fixed in two days, pricing very reasonable. I will be going back and will refer any and everyone.

Great customer service from beginning to end and never any pressure to get items fixed that aren t needed. All parts and prices are discussed and all my questions are answered before services are done. Great place to bring your car and get it worked on by honest people.

I have been using Deer Valley Car Care for years and cannot rate them highly enough. Tony and Rich are knowledgeable about all things related to automobiles and so honest. For all repairs they are excellent on quoting me a price and explaining in detail the work they do on my vehicles and foreseeing future repairs that I may need to start budgeting for. There are never any surprises. I suspect they have a long list of loyal customers, so if you plan to become part of that list be prepared to schedule out your appointments for service by about a week. These guys are the best. They always give a fair price and fix my car in a reasonable time. As much as I hate it when my car has issues I'm glad I have them to go to.Update: It's been several years that my family has gone there and it's always been great. I'm now needing to get a new car and I could not be more glad with the amount of advice I got. This place is still the best.

I have always had great experiences here. I have taken my car in multiple times and they have always diagnosed and fixed my car at very reasonable pricing. They are very honest about the work they do and will tell you what is most necessary to do on your car first. I have sat inside on many occasions waiting for my car and have only ever heard pleasant conversations and positivity throughout the whole place. They are very respectful to everyone, in person and on the phone. They are not aggressive with selling and usually have many options of what you can do. I definitely trust what they tell me and only feel that way based off of the several conversations I have had with them about my personal car. I even moved about 15 miles away and continue to drive my car there to have them to do the work.

My wife and I love this place! We've been to so many different auto repair shops and these guys are the best. They are undoubtedly honest and wonderfully skilled technicians who I am happy to come to when we need help. Whether you just need an opinion, lots of work done, or a simple oil change, this is the place to go. No matter who you speak with they will take fantastic care of you. I am happy to give them my business and loyalty.

Came here because my car was leaking and smelt terrible inside my cabin when driving. After doing a once over, they told me the car dealership who did my oil change didn t put the oil cap on. Not only did they replace the cap, they topped off my oil and didn t charge me a dime. In todays world, everyone is trying to survive and make some money- they could have charged me but didn t. Thank you guys! I ll be returning and I ve already started spreading the word.

Had a very pleasant experience with taking my work truck to them. They were honest, up front with what needed to be taken care of and what wasn't necessary at this visit, and did ab amazing job of explaining everything. They stayed on top of communicating with me and I will definitely be going back for any other needs.

My family has been going here for car repairs for years. They are honest and priced right. I had a minor issue and they ran diagnostics for free and quoted me a price for a repair if it needed it- they said to just watch it for a few months. Also advised me to check with my car dealer first to see if its covered by them- since I still have some warranty left. I will definitely return should I require their work.

This is our go to repair shop for any of our vehicles. Always available to take our car in for evaluation. Very prompt in letting us know what they believe the problem to be. Very quick turnaround to repair. They also have been forthcoming when they have not been able to repair an item on an import vehicle. Fair and competitive pricing. A reputable and courteous Auto Service Company

I don't leave too many reviews. Usually only good ones and when it's well deserved. I've been going to DVCC for 3 years and can say confidently that there are few businesses out there that deserve 5 Stars like they do.Deer Valley Car Care is the kind of place you hope for in an auto repair shop. I am lucky enough to have them within walking distance or I may have never found them. I am hoping my review (along with others) helps more people find this jewel in the desert.I take all 3 of my vehicles here and won't take them anywhere else, unless DVCC recommends it. Though, they seem to be equipped to handle most repairs, even with some of the newest technologies.Honest? Extremely! They recommend only what you need and explain things thoroughly. Not pushy at all.Their pricing is very competitive if not better than most. Three years and never once felt gouged.The Staff is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. You can just tell that they actually appreciate your business.I hope this review helps. Use Deer Valley Car Care with confidence.

Took my 1974 Chevy Ice Cream truck to have an engine installed, along with a new radiator, and a complete overhaul of a botched previous install by another person. He corrected all the mistakes and made sure everything was running properly for me. This also included having me come back to dial it all in after a couple weeks at no additional charge. After a nightmare couple years from the other person's botched work, Rich got my truck running properly again. Thank you!Services: Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

Tony was excellent! Brought my van in to replace belts and do a power steering flush and he called back because it turned out I didn't need anything done! Even did a complimentary inspection to other parts of my vehicle. I felt bad that he didn't charge me anything! I highly recommend this auto shop. I will bring every one of my vehicle in when service is needed.

First went here because of an oil change special. Went here again to have my A/C fixed, great work! These guys are phenomenal!! Trustworthy, honest, quality work, friendly, very knowledgeable, I could keep going on and on. I have found my new mechanic shop :)

Excellent service. I've used this place when my truck decides not to work. The owner is completely fair and explains the problem and solutions in depth. I highly recommend their service. Don't settle for less. This is the best auto repair service in the valley.

I had a bizarre electrical emergency with my vehicle. The mechanic that I had regularly used could not get me in for 10 days. So I called Dear Valley Auto Care and Tony got me in the next morning. Had the problem fixed and ready to pick up the same day.We'll definitely be calling DVAC for future maintenance and repairs.

Just expensive for mediocre care. They ll always charge an exceptional amount for labor. I went just before a cross-state roadtrip, with fumes leaking into the air conditioning. they replaced vacuum tubes, which didn t solve the problem (which ended up just being a bad $5 oil o-ring). You d think $250 in just labor costs could have also purchased a bit of inspection to see what the real problem is. Thanks for nothing (and a very smelly roadtrip).
